"I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, practically in the center of Budva but not on the main, crowded streets. All the amenities are nearby – Megamarkt, a bakery, and a laundry. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and the promenade, 25 minutes to Mogren Beach, 7 minutes to the bus station, and 10 minutes to the Mega Mall. The rooms are modest but comfortable – good beds, a small kitchen with essentials, air conditioning, and a balcony. Three of us stayed in one room and it didn't feel cramped. Seka, the wonderful host, is always helpful, provides tips, and is constantly in touch. Excellent value for money. I recommend it for couples and family trips."

"This is a gem of a place. The views from the balcony were always so pleasant and sunsets worth a million bucks. A walk down to the beach front and a plenty of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Przno is a more quiet neighborhood in Budva. Sveti Stefan is a 2 min walk from here. The apartment is super clean and well equipped and tastefully decorated. Marijana, the host is awesome and knows what true hospitality really means. Thank you so much Marijana!!! Definitely see you again!"

The accommodation itself far, far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, tidy, spacious, and meticulously prepared down to the finest detail. From the quality of the furnishings to the overall ambiance, everything was perfectly thought out. With its quiet, peaceful, and comfortable atmosphere, it offers a unique environment for relaxation. I absolutely must mention the pool. Throughout our stay, the pool was always sparkling clean; the water was crystal clear, and the hygiene level was exemplary. The fact that it was spotless at all hours of the day clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and unforgettable vacation, this is absolutely the right place. The combination of the host's attentiveness and professionalism with the quality offered by the property truly creates a flawless accommodation experience. "Наше знакомство с Черногорией началось со Свети Стефан. Мы легко заселились в апартаменты, хозяйка очень приветливая, все объяснила и рассказала, что находится поблизости. Вид из апартаментов просто шикарный! Мы в влюбились в Черногорию с первого взгляда! Спасибо за гостеприимство и желаем успехов, больше довольных гостей!"

"Хорошие, чистые, просторные апартаменты. Рядом с набережной. Находятся в торговом центре. Рядом большой супермаркет. Нормальные цены и очень большой выбор всего. Недалеко, на набережной, большая стройка. Как почти по всей набережной. Заселение в 15:00, выезд в 11:00. Внизу есть парковка - 15 евро/сутки. Очень удобно. При заселении дают карту, по ней можно безлимитно заезжать/выезжать в течение суток. В самих апартаментах есть небольшая кухня, сушилка на балконе. Не хватает небольшого обеденного стола или барной стойки (место позволяет) и крышки для сковородки 🙂. Хозяева - приятные люди, все рассказывают, встречают, в каких то моментах идут навстречу 👍🏻."

They provide any kind of crockery you need, even salad bowls 👍👍👍👍👍 They clean every day 👌 and change towels daily too 👌 They're also super helpful with any questions, like where to go or how to get around 😊😊😊😊 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The restaurant food is delicious 😋 I tried the beef 👌 pork 👌 fish 👌 and chicken 👌 I ordered various dishes and they were ALL tasty, plus the prices are lower than in other restaurants 👌"

"A Very nice aparthotel, nice staff and the apartament was very cosy and clean. The location is great- a 6 minute walk to old town. And What I liked most was the caffe Shop downstairs - very good coffe and croissants and the cocktails we drank in the evening were perfect!"
