Foi uma experiência idílica. O chalé fica perto do rio. Era super limpo e tinha tudo o que era necessário para uma estadia confortável. Cozinha bem equipada e sauna aconchegante. Ótima experiência!

I did not receive any check-in information beforehand so I had to call to get the code for my room, but they did answer very fast so it was not a big deal. The location is quite good and room was clean as well.

打開門後，看到整體室內設計風格讓人驚喜：廚房設備齊全、大桌子使用非常方便。桑拿室100分！還能從陽台看到美麗的晚霞。

The room was very good, but the temperature of the hot tub was a little low. It was very ski-friendly, there was a restaurant downstairs, and the sleep was very good. You can travel with several families

Fuss free stay and breakfast provided in the fridge was satisfactory. Amenities and overall interior are excellent. The cons may be that the lobby doesn’t have common toilet access and the check in time is quite late (though they did notify earlier check in after). I did not know my breakfast was provided in the fridge as it was not in the email confirmation or instructions.

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

Excellent apartment, clean and tidy ! Highly recommended for family to stay !

スタッフの方も親切で、備え付けのサウナもあり整いました。 ロヴァニエミ駅からも徒歩でいけスーパーも近くにあるので良かったです。近くの木にはリス🐿ﾞがいてとても可愛かったです！ロヴァニエミの景色を見ながら過ごす事が出来ました。
