"First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. You step right out to the Cai Dian Ta Night Market, making dining incredibly convenient. Public transport is also a breeze; it's just a ten-minute walk to Youth Park Station, making getting around very easy. Despite being so close to the night market, it's not right next to it, so you won't be bothered by any noise. Secondly, the hostel environment is excellent and very clean. Guys and girls are on separate floors, so you won't run into each other. The restrooms, washrooms, and shower rooms are all spacious and spotless. The lighting is also bright and comfortable. There's a fridge and plenty of tables and chairs, making for a large communal area. It's perfect for eating takeout or using your laptop, and it's all very clean. Finally, after check-in, the staff provide some disposable toiletries, and you also put on your own bed sheets and duvet covers. This helps friends new to hostels get accustomed to the hostel lifestyle. Last but not least, I really love this place. The next time I come to Shenyang, I'll definitely be staying here again."

"The owner is a well travelled young chap whom has a great sense of humour, he cares alot about the cleanliness, always ready to help and holds conversation well. The hostel is in a residential area, but in a strategic location, you can easily travel to the popular attraction. There's also alot of good foods around. The place is well equipped with one time use kits which most traveller will need. People with bad legs or lots of heavy luggage might have to reconsider due to the lack of elevator. Conclusion: Excellent, will stay again if I'm traveling solo."

"It is a good hostel but there is a lot of smokers so the smell is pretty inconvenient in the common areas. It was a walkable distance from the Russian Street and also close from the ocean. The rooms are good with good beds and AC. There is not much space to put your stuff away but goof enough for short stays."

"They kindly guided me, and although I stayed here because it was Labor Day and accommodation rates were three times higher than usual, it was the best value for money. I was flustered when I had to leave early in the morning for my train because there was no one in the lobby, but I managed to open the door and get out without any issues. Since there was a language barrier, I was a bit confused about using the facilities, but I recommend asking questions and getting help to use them. For women, there are bathing facilities and a sauna in the basement, and a lounge on the second floor where you can use a water dispenser and refrigerator. They even gave me a cute astronaut keyring when I checked out, so it will be a great memento! Thank you."

"This is a warm and cozy hostel with a bar and pool table. Along the staircase there are pieces of artwork for you to pause and appreciate. There are also two cuddly cats to keep you company late an night if you prefer to spend time in the common area. The microwave is a life saver on those mornings during which you have to head out super early. Apart from the subway station which is a five minute walk from the hostel, there is actually a bus stop right in front with public buses taking you directly (no luggage scans! No line transfers!) to the People’s Square, Zhongshan Square, Russian Village and even the airport."

"Great hostel, great bar, great experience ! The hostel itself is very clean due to the lovely cleaning lady. It has a small kitchen and washing machine which is super useful. The bar has a good atmosphere with some nice craft beer too, as well as some events on certain nights. Oh and the cute cats make the hostel that much better!!!"

"A small and humble hostel. There is a paid washing machine (7-8 yuan) and areas to hang the laundry, though the wind is so strong it’ll probably drop to the ground soon after. Wifi is available as well. Note that toilets are standing. I recommend bringing your own shower toiletries; while it provides shampoo and shower gel, there it is diluted and a weird smell comes out of them. Officially a non smoking policy but some guests disregard the policy."
