Overall I really enjoyed my stay in this hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to do laundry. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I had a room with a bathroom in it which was nice to have but there was an awful smell coming from the drain in the shower. I didn’t complain because I was able to get used to it pretty quick and kept the door closed most of the time. Let’s be honest, the price was pretty cheap. And yes, for the price, I would stay happily stay here again.

This is a warm and cozy hostel with a bar and pool table. Along the staircase there are pieces of artwork for you to pause and appreciate. There are also two cuddly cats to keep you company late an night if you prefer to spend time in the common area. The microwave is a life saver on those mornings during which you have to head out super early. Apart from the subway station which is a five minute walk from the hostel, there is actually a bus stop right in front with public buses taking you directly (no luggage scans! No line transfers!) to the People’s Square, Zhongshan Square, Russian Village and even the airport.

The hotel has a good service attitude, complete facilities, clean and tidy rooms, a spacious lobby, and a convenient location. It is very convenient to take the subway to Qixianling and is very close to the Maritime University. It is a pleasant accommodation experience.

Until I came to Folk Hostel, I really fell in love with it. The proprietress was very warm and kind. I remember being afraid at night. I was very touched when I was cold. Everyone talked freely and really felt like they were at home after leaving their hometown. The accommodation environment is also very good. It's clean, and the bunk beds make it feel like I'm back to my student days. Many of the guests who come here are repeat guests and long-term residents. I've never written such a long review. In short, I really love this youth hostel. I hope other friends will come here. You must stay here in Shenyang. You will definitely fall in love with it.
