The LazyBee International Youth Hostel Shenyang was recently renovated in 2026, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Shenyang. With Shenyang Railway Station just 5km away and Shenyang Taoxian International Airport only 21km away, transportation is very convenient. In addition, Qingniangongyuan Metro Station is just a short walk away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Star River Cloud Sea Hot Spring, Shenyang Museum and Liaoning Industrial Exhibition Hall all nearby. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service.
"The hotel is newly renovated, with comfortable bedding and a spacious bed. The room and windowsill were a bit messy with my roommate's belongings. The bathroom, toilet, and sink areas are separate, but the trash can was full at night, and there were some personal items left on the bathroom floors from previous guests.
At check-in, the front desk provided a disposable toiletries kit and slippers, which was great. However, aside from asking us to put on the three-piece bedding set upon arrival and remove it upon departure, they didn't mention any other important information or the Wi-Fi password. We had to figure everything out ourselves."

"The owner is a well travelled young chap whom has a great sense of humour, he cares alot about the cleanliness, always ready to help and holds conversation well.
The hostel is in a residential area, but in a strategic location, you can easily travel to the popular attraction.
There's also alot of good foods around.
The place is well equipped with one time use kits which most traveller will need.
People with bad legs or lots of heavy luggage might have to reconsider due to the lack of elevator.
Conclusion: Excellent, will stay again if I'm traveling solo."

"They kindly guided me, and although I stayed here because it was Labor Day and accommodation rates were three times higher than usual, it was the best value for money. I was flustered when I had to leave early in the morning for my train because there was no one in the lobby, but I managed to open the door and get out without any issues.
Since there was a language barrier, I was a bit confused about using the facilities, but I recommend asking questions and getting help to use them. For women, there are bathing facilities and a sauna in the basement, and a lounge on the second floor where you can use a water dispenser and refrigerator.
They even gave me a cute astronaut keyring when I checked out, so it will be a great memento! Thank you."

"Fiquei muito surpreso.Foi a primeira vez que fiquei em um albergue de juventude tão aconchegante.É muito perto da entrada do metrô e a três minutos a pé.O serviço da senhora na recepção foi muito bom. Oh and the cute cats make the hostel that much better!!!"

"A small and humble hostel. There is a paid washing machine (7-8 yuan) and areas to hang the laundry, though the wind is so strong it’ll probably drop to the ground soon after. Wifi is available as well. Note that toilets are standing. I recommend bringing your own shower toiletries; while it provides shampoo and shower gel, there it is diluted and a weird smell comes out of them.
Officially a non smoking policy but some guests disregard the policy."

Health is very good, the environment is average. I didn't expect any service for the service, but it was really awkward. The front desk also had a lottery business and kept playing lottery tickets. I had to wait for the guest to check in. The room has a charged drink, but the room rate of 150+ does not include drinking water. I asked the front desk sister to tell me that there is no charge. I have to go out to buy it myself. I have never stayed in a hotel that does not give bottled water for these years.

This youth hostel is really friendly. I got off at Dalian Station and contacted the store and they gave me a very detailed route. The transportation is very convenient. The subway, 2002 tram, and bus are all in front of the door. It is not far from Wanda Plaza. The girls in the store provide very good service and help to store my personal belongings. As soon as I entered the room, I felt that the boss was very stylish. The room is retro and clean, which makes people feel relaxed. There are board games and movies downstairs. There are also pies and hot lemon tea in the morning. They are delicious. This is a very attentive youth hostel. I will stay here again next time I come to Dalian.

The hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.

The room is very big! It must be not embarrassed, it feels very hygienic, the bed is very comfortable to sleep, the corridor is clean and bright, the boss is very good, there is no heating in April, but she has electric mattresses in her house, especially satisfied, and also provides disposable toilet covers and disposable slippers.

Guest UserChecked in quite late that day, but the front desk was still able to process it. The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and also very close to the subway station. The room's air conditioning system worked great, providing excellent ventilation.

The owner is kind and friendly and full of historical knowledge and local tips! The common area is filled with cute decorations and mementos from the people who have stayed previously. The room and bathrooms are immaculately clean, and the owner comes by every day to tidy up. The space is smoke-free and a relief to breathe in. Location is great and easily walkable to the Mukden (Imperial) Palace and other attractions. I'm very glad for this authentic local experience over staying in a hotel. I will stay again the next time I visit Shenyang!
