"A nossa estadia foi fantástica! O atendimento na receção foi super atencioso e simpático, e ainda nos fizeram um upgrade de quarto gratuito, o que foi uma surpresa muito agradável. O quarto era limpo, espaçoso, bem equipado e a cama era muito confortável. A maior surpresa foi encontrar uma máquina de mahjong no quarto, que nos proporcionou momentos super divertidos com os amigos. A localização é conveniente e a relação qualidade-preço é excelente. Definitivamente voltaremos a ficar aqui na próxima vez, recomendo vivamente!"

"Excelente localização, a poucos minutos a pé da saída E da estação Luomashi. Observe que, se estiver voltando com bagagem, use a saída F, pois há um elevador para acessar a estação.
Em relação ao quarto, a cama é confortável. O quarto parece antigo, mas a estadia foi boa e todos os itens de consumo estavam disponíveis. A máquina de lavar funcionou bem e minhas roupas estavam secas pela manhã.
Adicionem a recepção ao WeChat para facilitar a comunicação.
Se houver duas pessoas no quarto, uma pode tomar banho primeiro e a outra pode precisar esperar alguns minutos, pois a capacidade do aquecedor é de apenas 60 litros."

Mas o MEU esforço finalmente FOI pago quando EU conheci o Pessoal chinês que cuida do apartamento.Ele era incrívelmente gentil e falava inglês fluente.Ele DEU orientações muito úteis e estava realmente preocupado comigo, tentando me contactar várias vezes. Infelizmente, o meu WeChat não estava funcionando, por isso era difícil comunicar.
Ele era extremamente educado e até me emprestou um casaco de inverno para o Monte Siguniang e Bipenggou, e o MEU BF usou-o Durante a nossa viagem e devolveu-o depois de terminarmos a viagem. Infelizmente, não tive oportunidade de o ver novamente quando trouxe o casaco de volta.

"Éramos 4 amigas, e o quarto tinha duas camas de 1,5m e uma de 1,2m, e ainda era super espaçoso! Tinha uma mesa de jantar e vários eletrodomésticos Electrolux, com uma configuração de alto nível. A máquina de lavar e secar roupa era combinada e funcionava silenciosamente à noite. Se acabasse o sabão em pó, podíamos pedir na recepção – uma verdadeira ajuda para a viagem! As ferragens eram todas de padrão americano, tão boas quanto as de um hotel cinco estrelas. O secador de cabelo era de alta velocidade, nem precisava trazer o nosso.
Tinha um projetor 4K HD com acesso VIP a todas as plataformas, perfeito para maratonar séries!
No geral, o quarto tinha configuração de apartamento, era só pegar as chaves e entrar! O hotel é novo, provavelmente inaugurado há pouco tempo. Espero que seja bem mantido, pois se voltarmos a Chengdu, ficaremos aqui novamente. Afinal, estávamos a uns 1000 metros de tudo, nem precisava pegar metrô. Da Praça Tianfu, há metrô para qualquer aeroporto.
Uma pequena sugestão: seria bom que a equipe de limpeza adicionasse a tarefa de limpar o filtro do secador de cabelo regularmente. A experiência seria ainda melhor!
**Dica útil:**
Se estiver com malas, no metrô da Praça Tianfu, pergunte como pegar o elevador acessível direto para o térreo da Praça Tianfu. Ao sair, vire à esquerda, siga reto, atravesse a rua e vá direto até o Marriott Hotel. Em frente é o Star River Plaza, Bloco 4! (Se virar à direita e seguir reto, atravessar a rua, estará no Museu de Chengdu. Não precisa entrar, à esquerda há um centro de serviço enorme com guarda-volumes gratuito, conveniente para deixar as malas ao sair e depois pegá-las para pegar o metrô. Andando mais algumas centenas de metros, na próxima esquina, fica o Parque do Povo, onde você pode beber chá em tigela e tomar café da manhã na Casa de Chá Hemming. Saindo de lá, andando mais 800 metros, está o Kuanzhai Alley. Se estiver cansado, um táxi de volta ao hotel custa menos de 15 RMB. Perfeito!)"

"Great stay in a great location!
Right next to Taikoo and in front of the 3D Panda display, which is where all the designer boutiques have their stores in traditional buildings, like the Dior Cafe and Louis Vuitton design temple, all surrounding a temple.
There are a lot of shops and good restaurants nearby.
Also about 5-10 mins (depending on how fast you walk) away from IFS Mall and the IAMHERE panda climbing the mall. The IFS Mall is across the street to the airport shuttle bus and panda breeding center/museum sightseeing shuttle bus.
We got a free upgrade to a suite with a view, arrived late at night, and the hotel staff / building manager was easy to communicate with and check in with the next day to verify our IDs.
All the suites here seem to have a separate living room with kitchenette and projector TV in addition to the bedroom that has another TV and walk in closet.
Laundry machine ensuite too."

Filos 79Excellent five-star hotel in a convenient location. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful city view. All staff members were consistently kind, polite, and helpful.
Special thanks to the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately can't recall): she helped us purchase theater tickets and found us great seats at a good price.
The pool was lovely, large, and well-equipped with showers and a sauna. The robots that deliver food were also very cute, though we didn't have the chance to use them.
My only suggestion concerns breakfast – a wider selection for those following a vegetarian or vegan diet would be great.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel we highly recommend.

Anonymous UserPros: The pictures are accurate, the room has no strange odors, there's a washing machine, a large vanity with plenty of space for toiletries, and the shower has great water pressure. It's a loft-style room with excellent natural light, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of morning sun, but there's a projector screen that can block it. There's also a small sofa. We stayed for 3 nights, and the room was cleaned daily. The best part is the location – it's close to the subway station, there's a mall right across the street, and downstairs there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, making it super convenient. The room has a digital lock, so it feels very secure. There's also a large clothes rack for drying laundry. The soundproofing is excellent.
Cons: Although the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, it's a bit small. The living room is also small, but it's functional. Food delivery can't come up to the room; you have to go downstairs to pick it up.
For this price and location, I can only say the owner is truly generous! Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

I must commend Xiao Lin at the front desk! She proactively helped me with my luggage upon check-in and even kindly recommended nearby popular food streets. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft, making for an incredibly comfortable sleep. When I checked out, they even gave me some local snacks. Throughout the entire experience, the service was warm and attentive. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely choose this place again!

The room was okay. Besides the bedding and towels, it wasn't very clean. Some things in the room were broken, but the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the washing machine in the room (fundamental if you visit Chengdu in summer!). The location is good, right in front of Eastern Suburb Memory, where you can have a nice evening stroll, and near the mall and the subway station. Through subway you can reach the most important attraction in about 40 minutes. Overall, especially compared to the price, it's not bad.

Carrie KLCI had a great stay at SilkStay Apartment near Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley, with plenty of food, shops, and attractions nearby.
The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short or medium stay. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear, which made the whole process easy even for first-time visitors to Chengdu.

JackysumThe hotel is right next to Tianfu Square, just a few minutes' walk from the subway exit, making it super convenient to get anywhere. We were a family of four and stayed in a suite, and for the location and price, it was pretty good value for money. The three large beds were very comfortable, and it came with a washing machine and refrigerator. We even received complimentary welcome drinks on arrival, and the hygiene was also good. After a long day of walking, a relaxing bath was perfect for unwinding. The walk-in closet outside the room could even double as a drying room in the summer. Across the street from the hotel, there's a restaurant called Tao De Sand Pot, and if you mention the hotel name, you get a complimentary side dish.

The room itself was decent, very clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. The location is truly unbeatable – you can walk to People's Park, the museum, library, and art gallery, and the metro station is super close, making getting around a breeze. It offers fantastic value for money! The room even comes with its own washing machine, which is perfect for business travelers. There's also a fridge, and in this weather, having cold drinks or ice cream is just heavenly. There's a parking lot downstairs too; even though it's paid, the price is really reasonable for a downtown location. I highly recommend it for both business trips and tourism!

Maotouying📍 **Location King:** This is, hands down, the closest hotel to Chengdu East Railway Station! A godsend for travelers catching a train; even with luggage, getting there is a breeze.
🏠 **Space & Cleanliness:** The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and well-managed. The customer service team tried their best to accommodate my room type requests, showing great attention to detail.
🔧 **Hardware Shortcomings:** Opened in 2017, the facilities are showing their age a bit. Water pressure was average, and the hairdryer's power was weak (I recommend bringing your own). Even on the 29th floor, I was bothered by inexplicable banging noises from upstairs, and there was constant construction noise outside at night. If you're sensitive to noise, definitely bring earplugs (a lesson learned the hard way 😭). The front desk training could use some improvement – I specifically requested a quiet room in my notes, but was given one right by the elevator... Thankfully, the housekeeping staff was proactive and helpful without being intrusive, which is a plus!
**Summary:** The location is unbeatable, but the soundproofing and hardware are a drawback. If you're not sensitive to noise, it's still a good value for money option near the East Station; light sleepers should seriously reconsider.

Only issue was the windows didn't fully close so the small gap let rain drip in one night.
Location near to Global centre, SKP. Mall and plaza downstairs is convenient and pretty chill compared to the rest of Chengdu which was nice after staying in some busier parts.
