Excellent service was provided by the hotel reception and service staff. They responded to our requests promptly and efficiently. WeChat was an excellent means of communication.  Room was cleaned thoroughly each day with all the supplies provided. It was great that there was a washing machine, kitchenette and huge fridge that made our 2 weeks stay like home.  Location was perfect as there were a supermarket, shopping mall and subway train right below the building. There were also a wide range of food available along the side streets in all directions of the building.  Overall, it was an excellent experience staying in this hotel. The service staff made all the difference.

入住體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟舒服，設施齊全且都能正常使用，衞生間乾濕分離很貼心。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房都超快，全程無卡頓。酒店位置也很便利，周邊交通、吃飯都方便，晚上特別安靜，睡得特別香。性價比拉滿，下次來還選這家！

Though it's not too far from the high speed train station, the location is situated in a deserted area where there are not many shops around. There are some commercial buildings next to it but most are either on sale/rent or so there's an emptiness feeling in the air.

My service department is like a hotel. It has clean room, but just still use a bit of cleaning on the carpet.

O transporte é conveniente, estou muito satisfeito, sou um cliente antigo, muito satisfeito, o chefe é muito simpático, sempre dando presentes, obrigado. A localização é ótima, a viagem é muito conveniente e os cupons de compras em grupo também são muito econômicos. Recomendo a todos que experimentem!

We had a 2 night layover to see the Shaolin Temple and for that occassion it was a good choice. The staff was helpful and nice and the Location near the Railway was also OK. It was really quiet in the room, we slept quite well. Only two things: there's No laundry room but a washing mashine in the room, but not enough hangers for drying. They brought some after we asked, so that's fine. And the bathroom could be cleaner.

Such a beautiful place to stay when u travel to this city. The whole building has so many restaurants in side. You do not have to going outside to eat. And Shipping . The stuff are so friendly and kind ! The only thing I would like to suggest is put the more sign inside the mall then will helping us to find the elevator entry to the hotel.

The location is convenient, near to metro station and plenty of food choices. Room was clean and adequately equipped, except there's no fridge in the room. But the hotel does provide shared washing machine in the reception room. The owner operator couple was kind enough to wash our laundry as we're going out and didn't have time to wait. How sweet of them.

A estadia foi excelente. Éramos um grupo de três pessoas, dois adultos e uma criança. A criança dormiu confortavelmente. As duas recepcionistas foram muito simpáticas e atenciosas, prestando um serviço excelente. Desta vez, não estávamos de carro e elas até perguntaram proativamente se tínhamos um! O ambiente era ótimo, os produtos de higiene pessoal eram excelentes e as instalações eram satisfatórias. O hotel parecia limpo e higiênico quando entramos! Há muitos restaurantes deliciosos no térreo, incluindo opções para lanches à noite. Também pedimos comida para viagem, que estava deliciosa! O hotel oferece serviço de transporte da Estação Leste, o que é muito conveniente. O café da manhã não é servido no mesmo prédio, mas não é longe. No geral, uma ótima experiência! Sem dúvida!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a shopping mall downstairs and the scenery is beautiful from the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
