Hostels em Oaxaca, Mexico

A super nice hostel. We loved the kitchen and free water and coffee. The staff is very helpfull and the location is super central. The bathroom was clean most of the time and the room is ok (2 pers room).

The dormitory is clean, with reading lights and outlets for each bed, and a locker for luggage. The room has a very bright atmosphere during the day with light coming in from a large window. It was quiet at night and I slept soundly. The temperature of the hot water in the shower is stable and the water pressure is reasonable. I was saved by renting a towel. The common space is large, and at night, guests can talk about travels and exchange information, creating an exchange with nature. The kitchen is clean and equipped with cooking utensils, and it is comfortable to prepare your own meals. Location was within walking distance to tourist spots and markets, bus stops were close, no trouble moving

Good location for ADO bus terminal but a long way from the best beach areas (10 mins walk to access the beach due to the river running along and in front of the hostel so you have to walk up on to the main road and cross the estuary and back down to the beach, 45 mins walk to La Punta area along to the other end of the beach)

Vale la pena el gasto. Si busca un hospedaje económico.

部屋のドアの鍵が上手く掛からずその点をメモに書いて置いて来ました。それ以外だと隣の施設の爆音が23時頃までうるさい。せめて22時以降は静かにして欲しかった。 施設は綺麗に管理が行き届き快適に過ごせた。

Service is great. Hostel is run by enthusiastic young volunteers from around the world and they welcome you from the first moment. There is a WhatsApp group where activities are announced every day (that was something new for me) and also one can get Intel or help should they need to. I booked for one night but stayed four as the hostel is quite quiet so, you can rest despite the roof top bar that keeps the music there. Also free water is available. One thing though that I didn't like was the all the time cold water at showers ❄️ That made me catch a cold 🤒 Nevertheless, I had a pleasant time in Puerto Escondido. Hasta luego

Paulina Youth Hostel left an indelible impression on us because of the receptionist, Kevin & the cook, Maria! Kevin could speak good English & was great in helping us navigate the transport system. Unlike other cities that we have visited there weren’t much in terms of choices of transport to the airport. Taxis are a monopoly here! Meanwhile Maria cooked a delicious breakfast for us the 2 mornings that we were here. She was a lovely lady with a big smile. Thank you Maria. The location of the hostel was good. A good place to base ourselves in Oaxaca.
