Good Location, nearby Gurney drive & tanjong bungah. Easy parking excess . Upstairs room have a spacious balcony but it's empty, hope they they will put in some chairs and table in the future. have nice cafe beside hotel.

The villa itself is cleaned regularly, and common areas are kept tidy. However, room cleaning is only offered once during your stay (12 nights), and they don't change the sheets or towels. It's located in a quiet area, about a 15-minute walk to the beach. It's a good location if you have a motorbike. There's a decent cafe nearby with tasty roti for breakfast, and you can also find places to eat lunch and dinner in the vicinity. Several convenience stores with essentials are within walking distance.

Location a bit tricky for first timer. Road sign ”Lava Mansion” quite small. The landmark ,Mayfair condominium. Parking were free. Just verified your car plate no. We booked two room. 1) Suite with spa bath (2 kingbed, 2 sofa, tv, iron) located at ground floor. Room is big enough to gather my whole family (8 peoples). Car parked infront of room. Suitable for elderly & family with kids. 2) Suite with 2 room ( 2room, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom inc huge spa bath). All is good. Can accomodate 4 pax. I booked for my siblings. Located at level 1. Batu cafe, just a 2 minutes walk. Can chilled and have a tea time tea. Facing sea ! Nice view. We spend around 1 hour to take a family pic there before checkout 😅 Overall. Satisfied with this hotel. Calm & chill area. Not to far from georgetown (only 3 minutes away) Definitely will come again!

For our trip to Escape Theme Park, this accommodation was perfect! (Location wise) The host thoughtfully switched on the air conditioner and lights before our arrival, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. The spacious layout more than enough for our group of 3 families (10 people in total). The photos shown accurately reflect the unit. Cleanliness was spot-on, and the most impressive part was the bed comfort, it was of excellent quality. All the pillows smelled fresh, and everything was well-prepared. The only minor was the RM500 deposit, which is only returned 3 to 5 days after checkout, and I had to send a reminder to the host on the 6th day. I'm used to receiving the deposit back the day after checking out. However, this did not affect our stay at all, overall, it was a great experience with the unit! Most importantly, thanks to the Trip platform for the worthwhile promo price!

This mountain villa I booked on Trip.com was an absolute gem – a perfect 10/10 experience! The moment I stepped into the courtyard, I was enveloped by lush greenery. Opening the window revealed rolling green mountains, and I could hear birds chirping in the morning and watch the sunset glow in the evening. The air was filled with the fresh scent of plants and trees – it's truly the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The villa's interior has a lovely vintage feel, and it's fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances. The bedding was also quite clean. What was most impressive was the butler service; they confirmed our arrival time in advance and were incredibly responsive to any request, without any delay. When traveling abroad, I definitely recommend staying at guesthouses run by fellow Chinese people.

I used it while traveling alone. The type of outlet didn't suit me so the charger I brought with me wouldn't work, but they quickly provided a replacement. I rented one room out of several buildings (houses), and the facilities were all clean. The other guests were quiet so I was able to use it without any problems, and it was very satisfying as it was reasonable compared to the price.
