This is one of the best homestays I’ve experienced. The room offered a stunning view and was located in a popular tourist area, making it extremely convenient. The space was warm and inviting so comfortable that we were reluctant to leave. The host was consistently thoughtful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this homestay for its excellent location, cleanliness, and overall comfort.

I did a 3day staycation.
Great things:
The host and her family/ staff have amazing hospitality. They will try their best to get you what you need ASAP and they keep checking on you to make sure you’re comfortable. 💕💕💕 Quickest room service too.
The place has a very quaint in-house cafe, a bar overlooking the ocean and direct access to the promenade. 📸🌊☕️🍷
Bath tub (the reason I booked there), big bathroom mirrors and proper shower heads. 😍😍😍
The linen and towels felt so fresh and new.
Best bring your laptop as my room had a projector and screen for movie cuddle time. 😊☺️😊
But, breakfast menu is really limited. And the afternoon tea “set” advertised on Trip (the 2nd main reason I booked here) was just a cup of coffee/ latte, there were no tea snacks. 🥲 You can though purchase things from the cafe.
Or order from Meituin. Lots of restaurants within 2km radius.
Overall, a great stay. I’d like to go back when the weather is warmer.

I booked this hotel solely for the sea room view. I wanted to wake up to the ocean and that was nice. The room was clean. I was bummed out that the bathtub was just there for decoration and wasn’t actually connected to any pipes which killed my soaking in the tub plans. Also the hotel stated there was breakfast available on purchase. When I went to the lobby for breakfast they said they had none and if I wanted food, to check the restaurants next door. I only stayed one night and other than the room my expectations weren’t high: and good thing so cuz there’s not much to do at the hotel anyway. Overall an ok experience

공항에서 픽업 서비스를 이용해 무난히 호텔에 이동할수있었어요 .
지하철을 타고와도 쉽게 찾을수 있을것 같아 위치상으로도 괜찮아요.
숙소가 고층 빌딩이 믾은 중심가보다 살짝 떨어져있지만
주변 환경이 여유롭고 복잡하지 않아 혼자 여행온 저에겐 위치는 일단 대만족!!
산책할수있는 5.4광장이 코앞입니다. 기념픔 사는 이온몰도 걸어서 갈수있으니 침고하세요.
저는 믹스몰은 너무 거대해서 이온몰이 맞더라구요.
숙소가 호텔형보다 멘션같은 건물을 통째로 숙소로 운영라고있는데
저에겐 더욱 집같이 편안해서 3박 일정동안 불편함이 전혀 었었습니다.
입실과정도 득템으로 업그레이드 해주셔서 첫날부터 기분이 너무 좋았네요..감사합니다~🙏
업그레이드 해주신 방 좌식 테이블 비닥이 온돌이라 너무 띠뜻해서 한국 사람 취향에 잘 맞는 객실 구조였어요
귀여운 대과라는 이름을 가진 고양이가 있어요
사전에 이미 알고있어서 제가 키우는 고양이 간식을 가져가서 줬는데 머누 잘먹어서 뿌듯..!!ㅎ
사람도 잘 따르고 숙소 마스코트 역할을 톡톡히 해내고 있는 기특한 고양이에요
직원들도 너무 친절하고 적극적이고 위챗으로 소통하고 필요시 번역도 너무 잘해주셨어요
결론은 다음애 커플로 가든 칭구랑 가든 다시 혼자 가게되더라도 이 숙소로 잡으려고래해요
살짝 아쉬운건 정원에 꽃이 안펴있어서 다음엔 꽃피는 계절에 한번 더 방문할게요~오는날 새벽에 나와서 인사도 못하고와서 다음 방문할땨까지 모두 건강하세요~

值得給到夯的一家酒店…
地理位置：這個酒店的地理位置非常好，就在奧帆中心的海邊，出酒店就可以坐到輪渡，排隊看橘子海非常的方便，離銀座和海信廣場也非常的近，很容易就能找到很多好吃的東西，像一些地道的海鮮附近也都有
環境：房間是海景房，在卧室就可以看見窗外的海，非常非常好看，在房間裏也可以看見五四廣場的燈光秀，位置非常非常得好
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，整個佈置是非常有格調的類型，特別的好看，特別的温馨
服務：雖然沒有電梯，但是老闆的態度特別特別的好，會幫你把兩個很重的行李箱拎上樓，下樓的時候也會過來幫你，出門的時候都會問你需不需要帶水，落的東西也會非常熱情的給你送過來…
總之就是非常非常好，性價比超級高，老闆請你繼續賺大錢😭😭

O quarto é tão confortável e relaxante, a localização é tão boa, a distância de caminhão para o mar, a loja de café, as lojas de compras, a Quarta Praça de Maio, alguns restaurantes locais e a estação de metro. Há UMA loja de café amigável e romântico perto do hotel, Chamada Casa de café Waveside, desfrutar do MEU café com um sol romântico.

Layout conveniente e razoável. A roupa de cama é muito confortável. Dormi muito bem e não queria levantar. O banheiro privativo também era muito confortável. O dono da loja foi muito simpático e atencioso e me deu um bolo como presente de aniversário.

Qufu was one of our favourite places and so was this interesting hotel! Right opposite the city wall and near the gate for the changing of the guard and lightshow, and of course the famous Confucius temple and mansion. The hotel seems all dedicated to promote the ancient values and arts, the villas are exciting to explore and the furnishings are gorgeous, full of details, at the same time clearly designed to be high quality accommodation, and extremely spacious. Also the restaurant is a delight and breakfast a real treat. Our stay was a highlight in so many ways, not least thanks to the friendly and passionate staff, thanks a lot!

這家民宿超級好，人均性價比超高！一羣人住在一起比住酒店舒服多了，獨棟別墅私密孩子比較吵鬧也沒關係，不是那種普通居民樓，是正兒八經的高端別墅區，小區裏面溜達風景就不錯，按照房東介紹的路線就能溜達到海邊，還有人在海釣，大海一覽無餘。
因為是獨立的別墅區，所以很安靜，很適合帶孩子或者長者自駕出行，完全不用擔心在鬧市區馬路聲音睡不好！整體來説很舒適！
房東服務也很貼心很熱心。朋友們都覺得可以天氣暖和一點再來，是威海聚會的首選，期待夏天來威海啦

KKangdabaohemumuI stumbled upon this coffee shop with an incredible ocean view while visiting Qingdao. After chatting with the owner, I learned they also have a B&B!
So here I am!
It's so popular! I'd been looking at it for days and was about to miss it, but I managed to book it for my last night in Qingdao!
This B&B is truly amazing. It's literally 100% of the ocean, and not only is the ocean view unbeatable, but it's also just a short distance from the city's landmark, May Fourth Square, and the beach! The fiery sunset and light show (which started around 7 or 8 a.m., creating a vibrant and colorful spectacle of buildings) offer unparalleled views of Qingdao's most beautiful scenery!
The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with comprehensive amenities. The common areas inside and outside the villa were also beautiful and clean! The environment was quiet, and I didn't have to worry about the coffee shop ruining my B&B experience.
The housekeeper was incredibly attentive. Before I even arrived, I called and added them on WeChat, sent them the location and check-in instructions, and even greeted me at the door. Upon arrival, we were treated to a refreshing summer drink freshly brewed in the cafe, which completely washed away the fatigue of the journey. We were quite casual and didn't need anything, but the housekeeper took better care of us than we would have. Such thoughtfulness!
When we checked out, they even helped carry our luggage from the room to the car. Such a thoughtful touch! I absolutely must share this warm and high-quality B&B with friends who are visiting Qingdao for a seaside vacation. I'll definitely be bringing my family back next time.
Book a few days in advance; don't try to leave it to chance like I did.

RRockieThis was my first time to Qingdao and I had no idea where to stay. Then I choose this. The location is a bit far from the may fourth square or other tourists spot but its a good location for homely stay. The hoise location was exact and so I could find it even at mid night on the first day. The room has all modern facilities but I must stay the room is a bit small. You may not be able to enjoy freedom of space here. But the owner was a kind hearted lady. She is always smiley and helpful which will make any tourist happy. I loved her attitude and gesture. I recommend this if you have a long vacation and you want a more homely environment..

Unlike hotels, the breakfast is a delicious and healthy home-cooked meal that allows you to understand Chinese food culture. It is very clean and delicious. 5. I was especially impressed by the kindness of the desk and staff. It is a traditional hotel that I definitely want to come back to with my family.

GGuest UserThe coastal homestay I stayed in this time was a great experience! The location of the homestay is great, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Standing on the balcony, you can overlook the sparkling sea, and the sunset in the evening is beautiful! The room is warm and clean, the details are very well done, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it is very comfortable to live in.
The front desk brother and sister are so enthusiastic! When checking in, they patiently introduced the surrounding attractions and transportation, and recommended affordable and delicious seafood stalls. When encountering problems, they are available on call, and help solve them quickly and well. It is safe and comfortable to live here, and the cost-effectiveness is super high. Next time you come to the beach for vacation, you will definitely choose here again!

HHua（huaguoshan）The environment is elegant and pleasant, close to the boardwalk, perfect for a leisurely vacation. It's also near a metro station, making transportation very convenient. The hotel is located close to a 20+ kilometer coastline, and walking along the boardwalk connects you to most coastal attractions, which you could explore for 3 or 4 days.

GGuest UserWe had a rest here with a family of 4 people. We really liked it - especially the view of the sea and the village. I want to note the hotel administrators on the good side: responsiveness, friendliness, always help. Despite the fact that we are from Russia and had to use a translator, the girl Guo Xue always patiently delved into the essence of the issue and just as diligently helped us. Thank you very much for the coziness and comfort. P.S.: there is a delicious noodle shop nearby.

The location is fantastic too – really close to the metro station and shopping malls. Taking a taxi to nearby attractions was super cheap, around 10 yuan. Qingdao was beautiful during my stay! The ladies at the guesthouse were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even gave us a little souvenir when we left. ^.^ Can't wait to come back! (I didn't take any pictures because I made a bit of a mess on the first day, but you can check out the photos on the details page – they're exactly the same. ^.^)

IivvvvvvThe front desk staff was super friendly and helped us store our luggage in our room. The hotel's location is absolutely amazing, just like in photo one, though I regret not booking a sea-view room. Personally, I found Echo Coffee next door to be much better than Koala Coffee in terms of vibe. I highly recommend getting the breakfast and afternoon tea package because it's such great value. Wake up early and head right to Xiao Qingdao; it seems young people don't like getting up early, so in the off-season mornings, every photo spot on Xiao Qingdao has zero queues. Head left to Lu Xun Park, which is incredibly beautiful.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the guesthouse indeed has a very vintage and elegant vibe, full of character. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. I've eaten here before on business trips and found the food to be excellent. This time, with a business trip extending into the weekend, I decided to book this place to relax.
However, I never expected to encounter such significant hardware issues. My room was directly connected to the air conditioning unit. After checking in that evening, I noticed the sound was unusually loud, and I could even feel a certain vibration. When I brought it up with the hotel, they didn't immediately send someone to check. Instead, they just quickly replied that all rooms are connected to AC units and are the same, and that they would send a pair of earplugs to my room. (My guess is that perhaps because I had asked during check-in if there was a chance for an upgrade during the off-season if the hotel wasn't fully booked. Firstly, I almost always ask, and if it's not available or not possible, I completely understand and wouldn't make a fuss, as it's just an extra request that wouldn't affect my mood since it's normal for upgrades not to be possible. So, I don't know if the hotel thought I was being difficult and quickly dismissed me without investigating.) Of course, I did think that maybe wearing earplugs would help, and I generally sleep very well, so I figured it wouldn't affect me much. Although before going to sleep, the noise was genuinely very irritating. But I still tried not to let it bother me and went to bed early. Unexpectedly, I was woken up in the middle of the night even with earplugs in, because there was indeed some vibration. If you're interested, you can check out the video I took in the dark by the bedside. The bed is at least 1.5m away from the window, yet you can hear the machine's sound so clearly.
The next day, perhaps the hotel realized some shortcomings, as they kept apologizing and offered a series of solutions, including complimentary drinks. But honestly, I still hope that friends booking hotels will see this review, and I also hope the hotel can truly implement improvements.
Firstly, not every side of the building has an AC unit. Everyone booking a room in the future should clarify this. If the service were truly attentive, and they had checked the room, even moving me to one without a sea view would have been acceptable. The primary function of a hotel is to allow guests to rest well! This is fundamental.
Secondly, this partial sea view room is completely pointless; there's hardly any sea view at all, at most you have to strain incredibly hard to see it.
However, I must say, their food is still delicious. As the weather was cool, I chose a seat on the sea-facing side (yes, it required a long walk and was a bit further from the kitchen) and it was a bit cold, but it didn't affect the aesthetics or the taste. The young lady who delivered the food in the morning was also very gentle and lovely. I hope this rating doesn't negatively impact her. The more serious issues lie with those responsible for the guest rooms.
I think if I have another chance to go, I might only choose to dine here.
