空港から歩いて10分ちょっと、ホテルの従業員は英語が話せます。このホテルより高い建物が周囲にはなく、景色を遮るものは何もありません。恐らくどの部屋に泊まっても素晴らしい景色を堪能することが出来るでしょう。街を見下ろせるプールは利用しませんでしたが、簡易トレーニングルームは利用させていただきました。朝の朝食バイキングはどれを取っても美味しく、新鮮なサラダやローカルフードを堪能させていただきました。ホスピタリティは文句なく、何よりホテル全体がとても清潔で美しいです。私も自然と礼儀正しくしようと思わせてくれました。

Check in was fast and absolutely pleasant. We could check in an hour early. I will give over 10 stars to the staff. They are efficient, pleasant and with right hospitality mind. Our room was spacious, spot on. Good air-con and ample hot water. Big decent tv. Full shaving kit was there. In my previous review i have mentioned about the mattress being spring and sinking in the middle making it was hard to sleep but the next room’s mattress was good. Room rate included free breakfast and it was wonderful. There was a really good array. Perfect breakfast consisting of something for everyone. All the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious. Big points trom us. Room service meals we ordered were also really good. Location is great. Not far from the attractions. We had a great stay. We recommend them.

Видимо самый лучший отель в городе) расположен в самом центре у главной площади, все достопримечательности на расстоянии 10 минут пешком. Рядом есть несколько кафе (это редкость для города) Свежий ремонт, новая сантехника, есть горячая вода с хорошим напором. Кондиционер работает отлично. Персонал помог заказать такси в аэропорт (Grab не работает в этом городе) Из недостатков - матрас обернут в полиэтилен и шуршит. На кровати не было одеяла (взяли из шкафа без пододеяльника) звукоизоляции нет, слышно улицу и соседей.

GGuest UserWhen checking in, Le Tan answered the phone, stood at the counter waiting to finish the welcome drink, still answered the phone, went to the chair to wait, but didn't see him and asked what the guest needed. I booked 1 VIP room and 1 room. couple for the family, Le Tan asked everyone to go to the counter like taking roll call. When going to room 503, the magnetic card could not be opened and had to ask the receptionist to change another card. In the VIP room there is a bathtub with a sprinkler system, but when When it turned on, there was a short circuit, the power turned off, so the electrician came in and cut it off. According to the motto, leave it there, so the electrician took it out, no longer using it, the wifi only had 1 bar. Although the 4-star hotel is in the same Muong Thanh system, there is no welcome fruit like Muong Thanh Lai Chau, Muong Thanh Thanh Youth only has 3 stars. Upon arrival, the room is beautiful, the central location is convenient, there is only the Reception service is not as demanding as other Muong bars

GGuest UserThe hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the airport, and the staff speak English. There are no taller buildings in the surrounding area, so the view is unobstructed. You'll likely enjoy a great view no matter which room you stay in. I didn't use the pool overlooking the city, but I did use the simple training room. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious, with fresh salads and local food. The hospitality was impeccable, and the entire hotel was very clean and beautiful. It naturally made me want to be polite, too.

There are several cafes nearby (it is rare for the city) Fresh repair, new plumbing, there is hot water with good pressure. Air conditioning works perfectly. Staff helped to order a taxi to the airport (Grab is not working in this city) From the shortcomings - the mattress will turn into polyethylene and churchite. There was no blanket on the bed (taken from the closet without a sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub-sub
