This place was perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub area. The breakfast was yummy. My friends and I had a great time catching up with each other in this relaxing environment.

We love staying at this hotel ! It has the friendliest staff and so clean and well kept .they have an indoor ,hot tub and pool and outside pool with fireplace..It's so close to stores ,restaurants that you can just walk most places ..We met the friendliest families staying and this trip was amazing..Will stay again every time

The hotel is very large, on the edge of the Pigeon Valley National Road, it is very convenient to come from the Great Smoky Mountain Forest Park. It feels that a whole lot of commercials belong to this hotel. The rooms are large and very beautiful. There are various commercial and amusement buildings downstairs. Facilities, parking is free. There is a Chinese reception at the front desk. Personally feel that the street view is better than the river view. The river view room arrived at night, a dark river. The hotel has a self-service laundry room. This is very important. At 11 o'clock in the evening, there are still many people playing outside, almost all families with children.

Prior to booking I was informed check in was 11am and checkout same time. When arriving at 11, I ended up having to wait 4 entire hours. So when you book 2 nights 3 days it’s really only 1 full 24 hours. The resort is pretty over rated to say the least. I won’t be back or recommend it to anyone.

To be honest a little pricey for a small room. But it definitely is an iconic hotel and the lobby is beautiful. Ducks are cute and the hotel is duck-themed. Parking is extremely expensive, 40 dollars.

GGuest UserI had an excellent stay at this hotel. The gentlemen working valet were outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They managed my needs seamlessly while also handling several demanding guests with grace and efficiency. Their level of customer service was truly impressive, and each of them has a bright future in hospitality. The room was meticulously clean and exceptionally well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. One unexpected highlight was the water. As someone who frequently visits Nashville, I've often had issues with the local water. Whatever treatment is used typically irritates my skin and can even make me feel unwell, to the point that I usually use bottled water just to brush my teeth. To my surprise, the water at this hotel was wonderful. I experienced none of the usual issues and was able to use it without any discomfort. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville, TN.

In fact, the scenery of Dawu Mountain is a lot in Fujian, Zhejiang, very ordinary, but the blue mountains road behind is really good.

HHrishi MenonWe stayed here for 3 nights as a family. The hotel has a lot of facilities to keep kids happy and engaged. Indoor waterpark was good with quite a few slides. Thanksgiving decoration was beautiful. They also did a lot of activities right from 8:30 am until 9:45 pm to entertain the families and kids, and that was really nice of them. Rooms were OK, it didn't have a microwave. They have a breakfast place, ice cream shop, flavored pop corn and sweets/candy shop, and a pizzeria. The breakfast place had ”A la carte” option, no buffet. Overall, it's a very nice place for families with kids. The kids will never feel bored even if they have to spend a whole day in the hotel. And location is perfect.

GGuest UserWe came with friends as we usually do every February. Shanica greeted us with such a smile! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Our friend even had the room next door with a fireplace! The entryway was warm and inviting and very comfortable. Even had a table out there where we could play games and talk. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and had nice towels. This why it is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge!
