My daughter stayed at the hotel for one night before leaving Durham after graduating. The hotel was quite large, with a resort-like feel, and the rooms were spacious. However, there were very few staff members; only one person handled check-in at the lobby, and they gave me the wrong room key, forcing me to walk across the entire hotel to get it back. No one helped with the luggage cart, and I couldn't even offer a tip.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was comfortable. Breakfast options did not meet the expectations set by the rest of the hotel experience.

We needed the hotel to sleep for a night. We were able to book last minute. It was clean and we were able to check in later than expected. Help was prompt and the staff was helpful. I would book again should the need arise.

They have good breakfast and it’s free and the employees are awesome

AC smelt a little bit strange, breakfast was great! Service very kind! Would go there again when staying in/around Wilmington!

The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The location is very central.

The hotel wasn’t very busy which was nice. You do have to pay to have a car parked there as an additional charge. They have a free happy hour and snacks every night which was very fun. Being there during the holidays affected the hours on some of the amenities.

The hotel is near the exhibition venue, you can walk, like the service and friendly attitude of the counter, the bed is very comfortable to sleep. The room has no smell. I like to come back to the exhibition next time. I will choose the same room.
