The balcony made it even better, giving us a lovely spot to wind down at the end of each day. The beach and pool area were simply stunning. Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. Very nice place for relaxation with a nice view hard to reach without a car no night life at all after 10:30 pm nothing at all so we had to rent a car to go to town . They changed the towels procedure by the beach without informing us that they refused to give me towels very nice breakfast but staff refuses to serve u hot drinks after 10:30 very good supportive concierge officer free parking

This hotel is amazing, and so is the service. I'm usually very picky about service, food, and the overall concept, but I honestly can't find a single fault here. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holidays at the end of May, it never felt crowded. Every request was handled instantly, whether it was for something in the room, at the restaurant, or on the beach. I never had to remind anyone. The food in the main restaurant was all delicious, which is also rare. I especially loved the steak selection for dinner and the abundance of interesting appetizers and salads. A special thank you to the pastry chefs, as the desserts are magnificent, both in the main restaurant and the pastry shop. The a la carte restaurants didn't impress me as much. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that in the 18+ ”no kids” zone and on the main beach, you don't feel like people are on top of you because there are so many sun loungers. It only gets busy around the main pools, but if you want, there's a pool on the first floor with swim-up room access, where you can always find a sun lounger and swim with a gorgeous view. Special thanks to Mirza and Aidana, the chat assistants, who responded extremely quickly to everything and gave a warm welcome and farewell. After this, we stayed at the Liberty Signa hotel, but all the service and the hotel overall fell short compared to Xo, even though they are part of the same chain.

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

Excellent location of the hotel, to the center on foot 25 minutes. Close to the Blue Port shopping. Side view to the sea, own beach. Entry into the sea, small hammer Galka, better to take special shoes. Good modest breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Visitors, elderly foreigners.mainly English. The room is very small. The refrigerator and teapot is available. Very. Comfortable bed and pillows. The shower cabin is convenient for the full, there is a place to turn, but there is no door and so water is everywhere. It's not critical for me. The worst is the fan. It turns off after 1 minute of work. It's impossible to put hair, huge minus. Of the stuff, only watt sticks and body cream. And soul gel. The hotel is not new, but it is monitored perfectly, quality.

Our room was on the first floor! Turns out this is a celebrity-favorite hotel! But sleeping at night was really difficult! The bar and restaurant on the basement level were incredibly loud, especially the music! The music was still blasting past midnight! And then again around 8 AM. The hardware was pretty good, but the room didn't have toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, or slippers! Only towels! And large refillable bottles for showering! No disposable slippers either! It's conveniently located for walking into town! Aside from the noise, everything else was pretty good! The restaurant in the basement offers a rich variety of food, and there's a young man there who speaks Chinese and is very polite! He proactively asked us what we wanted to drink and encouraged us to take our time eating! However, the room we were given was not the same as the one we booked in the pictures!

Big and clean room with new furniture. Nice bathroom. AC worked really well. The gym is small but everything for a full body workout is available.  The massage was great as well. Bit pricey, but worth it.  Location is very nice, no loud music at night, but close enough to bars/restaurants/clubs and historical sites. So perfect location for every purpose.

Food is standard, not to say what wow , but you won't stay hungry Vegetables (glow, mushrooms) seemed not fresh but might have been such Marinovka, on amateur Number clean , there is all necessary , quality of hygiene at the level People , staff are very kind and friendly, please what there are Russian-speaking people! It is conveniently located as close to the airport . The pool 🏊‍♀️ excellent and massage and spa services are available . Generally recommended)
