"Good; -Hotéis de Alta elevação com bom valor para o dinheiro -Limpeza com bom serviço - Cozinha confortável, casa de banho e quarto espaçosos -Balcónio disponível para roupas de ar fresco ou secas -Localização à frente da praia com duas piscinas para acomodar os hóspedes -Roupa no 38o andar com grandes vistas (foi muito cheio devido ao Dia de Namorado) Bad; -O hotel é Muito velho, MAS ainda aceitável se você não se importa -Nós chegamos às 4:30 e tivemos de esperar um pouco.Parece que não havia quartos disponíveis para check-in naquele momento, e não havia explicação clara. No início, nos foi dado quarto 2404 e informado que fomos atualizados para um quarto Premier, mas quando chegamos, o quarto não foi decorado para o Dia dos Namorados, como pedimos. Compreendemos que o hotel é provavelmente muito ocupado e que não há garantias especiais. Mais tarde, um membro do pessoal bateu na nossa porta e pediu-nos para nos mudar para a sala 2403, perguntando se alguém nos tinha chamado (não recebemos nenhuma chamada). Finalmente, fomos movidos para a sala correta, que foi bem decorada com um arranjo “Feliz Valentine’s”, que realmente gostávamos, mas os hóspedes não deveriam ser atribuídos à sala errada em primeiro lugar. -O balcão não Pode ser usado por um tempo, porque o fumo de cigarros continua a fluir com o vento. -Havia muita barulho de adolescentes a correr motocicletas lá fora."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly pleasant and kind; they helped me with everything and answered all my questions. They even let me store my food and drinks in their freezer upon request. The room was clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. No insects were found in the room. The furniture isn't old, everything is well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was a real pleasure staying here for a week. However, the cleaning could be better. The shelves and fridge weren't wiped down for dust, only being cleaned during the second service after I specifically asked them to. It was mostly quiet, except for the last night when other guests were noisy, and it was quite audible. The location is ideal, with a market just a three-minute walk away and plenty of other amenities nearby. Walking half an hour to the beaches wasn't an issue for me at all. I would gladly return to this hotel again 💗"

"Thoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this"

"Este hotel é muito limpo e tem um ambiente muito agradável, especialmente a área da piscina. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. O quarto é grande e silencioso. Gostei muito da loja de massagens do hotel, eles também oferecem esse serviço. À noite, aproveitei o frigobar perto da piscina. Vi muitas famílias passando tempo aqui com seus filhos. Se você procura um hotel agradável e com bom custo-benefício, eu recomendo este."

"Great hotel on good location and even it being near the walking street we were not disturbed by any noise. Staff friendly. Room is very big and spacious but just one thing that may be adjusted is the mirrors are not short people friendly 😅. Could have longer mirrors."

"It’s marketed as a five-star hotel, but in my opinion, it feels somewhat overrated. The room is spacious and clean. There is a minibar with free bottled water and coffee sachets, though the cup noodles are charged. The breakfast and swimming pool are both quite good and enjoyable. That said, the location is fairly far from central Pattaya. If you’re not driving, you’ll likely need to rely on Grab whenever you go out. One downside is the TV, which does not seem to support streaming services such as YouTube or Netflix, although it’s possible I simply missed the option The power outlet layout is also quite impractical, with some sockets placed under the pillow. On top of that, I hit my head several times on the light above the bed, which was not a great design choice. :("
