This was my second stay here with my family, and it was just as impressive as the first time. The room was spacious, and both the bed and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool—it’s stylish and well-designed, with a fun water slide and inflatable rings that made it especially enjoyable for the whole family. Even during the busy weekend, when the hotel was quite full, everything was well-managed and there was still plenty of space and amenities for all guests. We truly had a great experience and are already planning to return again next year.

Excellent hotel for the price! The rooftop pool with a sea view extending to the horizon is fantastic, and the views of the Sanctuary of Truth are beautiful! The buffet breakfasts are tasty and clean. At first, we thought the location was a bit far, but then we realized that tuk-tuks go directly through the entire center to Walking Street, making everything feel much closer!

No início, nos foi dado quarto 2404 e informado que fomos atualizados para um quarto Premier, mas quando chegamos, o quarto não foi decorado para o Dia dos Namorados, como pedimos. Compreendemos que o hotel é provavelmente muito ocupado e que não há garantias especiais. Mais tarde, um membro do pessoal bateu na nossa porta e pediu-nos para nos mudar para a sala 2403, perguntando se alguém nos tinha chamado (não recebemos nenhuma chamada). Finalmente, fomos movidos para a sala correta, que foi bem decorada com um arranjo “Feliz Valentine’s”, que realmente gostávamos, mas os hóspedes não deveriam ser atribuídos à sala errada em primeiro lugar. -O balcão não Pode ser usado por um tempo, porque o fumo de cigarros continua a fluir com o vento. -Havia muita barulho de adolescentes a correr motocicletas lá fora.

Great hotel on good location and even it being near the walking street we were not disturbed by any noise. Staff friendly. Room is very big and spacious but just one thing that may be adjusted is the mirrors are not short people friendly 😅. Could have longer mirrors.

The hotel was nice but more for families as on the weekend the beach chairs were always full and many kids around. The hotel has private beach with free kayaking during your stay which was quite nice. Hotel were friendly and kind too. Location is a bit inconvenient but you can book a taxi to go to city center still just not very walkable. Worth the price tho, should stay at least 2days+ to properly enjoy the beach and facilities

O hotel tem uma localização muito conveniente, com acesso direto ao shopping Terminal 21. Gostei da varanda do quarto com uma vista linda da cidade. No 32º andar, o restaurante abre apenas a partir das 17h, o que foi inconveniente para nós, que queríamos almoçar. Há um miniparque aquático para crianças, uma piscina infantil e uma piscina grande, com 130 cm de profundidade. O clube infantil foi projetado para crianças de até 6 anos aproximadamente. O escorregador é adequado para crianças, pois ao aterrissar você acaba na água com uma piscina rasa e, pessoalmente, eu bati meu traseiro com força e me arranhei, e o calção de banho do meu filho de 12 anos também se desgastou. O frigobar estava bem abastecido com sucos, água, refrigerante, nozes, batatas fritas, café em sachês 👍, chá e açúcar. Tudo o que você precisa está no quarto, exceto um ferro de passar roupa, que você precisa solicitar. O quarto é limpo, a roupa de cama e as toalhas são boas. Smart TV e você pode assistir ao YouTube. No geral, o hotel é bom, mas pessoalmente eu gosto quando os corredores e quartos são claros, mas aqui é escuro demais para mim. A equipe é muito educada. O sorvete na piscina é super gostoso!

We were at the hotel during the new year's eve 2026 celebration. The staff are very nice to our family. We appreciate the stay very much. However, small recommendations are advised and I hope they can see this. First, on New Year's eve dinner which you had to pay $35 USD each, we noticed there is a new guest table which has not been shown, seemed like they added it up for the late registration guest. When there was a firework, this extra table just stood up and obscured the scene of other tables which they have already paid to be there in the exact spots. If there is no control, there is no need to pay extra :( it was a very bad impression for us. The firework didn't last long, but the memory does. We hope they could do something to fix this matter. As you can see in the photo, the one without cloth on table,we understand the extra table was not able to see the firework from their table, but it should not be there on the first time, and they should respect others too 😡 Second, due to the high season of travel, our room did not get cleaned properly. The floor was still wet and the towel wasn't enough. We left outside and came back at late afternoonalmpst 4 pm, the trash bin and the room were not cleaned up yet 😱 Third, only in our opinion, the breakfast did not match our expectations. I ordered a flatted omelette and asked the chef twice, however, I ended up getting just an omelette 🤔 If you drive a car in high season, you will have a high chance to park the car around 300-500 meters away and walk to the hotel. However, there is a shuttle mini EV car for you. Just drop the bags first. However, there are compliments. The staff, overall, are willing to help and find solutions, as you can expect from the Centara brand. They are there to help out for kids and families with lots of luggage. The service mind is the best. It is a quite small hotel in Sriracha compared to other hotels around. Not many staff there, but they do care and deliver their jobs. For example, one guy is a door man, doing the counter job, picking up bags from the room and then driving the shuttle 😆.

O hotel está cheio de turistas. Parece ser muito popular entre famílias como eu. O café da manhã é excelente. Nós nos divertimos muito ficando neste hotel. O quarto era limpo e as instalações estão bem mobiliadas. Eu recomendaria sinceramente que outras pessoas ficassem aqui

Thoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

Navana feels like one of those places you go when you’re tired of the city and just want to disappear somewhere quiet for a bit. The whole vibe is super calm — lots of greenery, soft music, and that tropical “hidden sanctuary” energy. Even though it’s in Pattaya, it somehow feels totally away from Pattaya. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, with a warm earthy style. If you can, go for the pool access or villa rooms — waking up and stepping right into the water is next-level relaxing. Beds are comfortable, AC is strong, and you get those little design details that make the stay feel premium. Breakfast is solid: good variety, fresh pastries, proper coffee, and a nice outdoor seating area by the water. The restaurant’s dishes are surprisingly good for a resort — not overpriced, flavors hit well, and the staff is super friendly without being too in-your-face. The pool area is the highlight. Big pool, lots of spots to chill, and it stays peaceful even when the hotel feels busy. The beach is small but private and clean — enough for a walk and some photos, not really a swimming beach, but perfect for sunsets. Service is consistently good. Staff helps quickly, keeps everything tidy, and the whole place just runs smoothly. It’s the kind of resort where you naturally slow down without trying. If you want a getaway that’s close to Bangkok but feels far, Navana is one of the best picks. Great atmosphere, comfy rooms, and that perfect balance between nature and a modern resort vibe.
