Шикарный отель! Номер был просторным, чистым и современным и новым. При отеле есть отличный красивый ресторан, в котором мы и завтракали. Завтрак был великолепен, советую всем брать номер именно с завтраком. Также мы смогли посетить бассейн при отеле с сауной (в бронирование включено 2 часа бассейна). Очень жаль, что мы остановились всего на одну ночь.

観光というよりホテル内でゆっくりすることを目的にここを選びました。部屋もサウナも快適でよかったです。
欠点がないホテルです。
旦那が誕生日だったので、直前にメールでケーキのオーダーを相談したら、無料で手配してくれました。ホテル一同サプライズのお手伝いをしてくれて嬉しかったです。スタッフのホスピタリティは満点以上です。
レストランも大変おいしかったです。最高の滞在でした。

Очеееень кайфовое место. Не много трудновато добраться, но само место 🔥. На ресепшене ожидала супер милая женщина Весна, она была очень мила и любезна. Номера светлые, чистые большие и есть все удобства. Вообще все. Т.е. можно и самому еду приготовить, есть все для этого. На территории большая парковка, она расположена чуть ниже самого здания. В одну ночь передали 4 градуса и нам включили отопление, о боже, это было что-то гениальное, хоть сейчас и конец мая, но о нас позаботились) рядом все очень колоритно и красиво.

應該是滑雪度假村的酒店 淡季人不多 早餐挺豐富的不過都是白人飯 有免費水療和桑拿房還不錯 衞生很好 房間也還適中 這邊吃飯有額外20%服務費 慎重

前台態度一般不算很熱情，辦理速度慢，房間裏面床圍框架裝飾是水泥牆很奇怪像毛坯房裝一半一樣！設施陳舊！好處就是距離廣場比較近方便走走！附近吃的就沒有好吃的了，第一家日料及難吃又換了披薩店也及難吃！

We had a wonderful stay at Luka’s cottage. Luka was an excellent host—very helpful and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The design of the cottage is beautiful, blending charm with functionality, and the location in nature is truly relaxing. There are plenty of attractions and activities to explore in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway

Ambiente: perto do Centro Da cidade, perto do Gondola dourado 🚡 também perto do Ponto de Vista, BOM ar, Menos poluição, escolhido por Apartamento de todo o panorama, quarto grande e amplo, edifício de clã TEM UMA CAMA com janelas, lá em baixo TEM cama de refinação e balcão
Serviço: a recepção e o restaurante têm funcionários de serviço que conhecem inglês. Em geral, sente-se Muito bem. O inverno é Melhor esquiar. Se você voltar, você VAI escolher

選錯了 這其實是個旅遊團會住的酒店 房間較大 但設施一般 淋浴房還是很久以前的款式 不是很方便 位置不錯 步行幾分鐘到湖邊和商業街 因為是旅遊團會住的酒店 服務就跟一般 早餐遇到一個團 吃飯排長隊

酒店很漂亮，後面是大森林，前面是遊樂場，停車挺方便。就是車子莫名其妙被人劃了。
早餐很豐盛。住了兩天，品種換的挺多。
晚餐12歐一人，自助餐，性價比也挺高的，但是沒飲料。旁邊咖啡吧點餐也可以，味道很好。
四樓房間沒有空調，上半夜很熱，又不敢開窗。陽台門打開很涼快，但是晚上不敢打開。
四樓的頂棚窗户沒有遮擋，一大早就很亮，影響睡覺，建議有手動窗簾。

BbaobeipoloThe room was excellent, with two floors: the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were downstairs, and the bedroom was in the attic upstairs. The trees in the yard looked out from the window. It was incredibly quiet at night, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one night due to limited time.
I took these photos as a souvenir upon leaving. If I were to visit Zlatibor again, I would choose ZEN again. It was such a comfortable cabin.
Also, a small side note: I forgot a small pillow at the hotel. The owner kindly kept it for us and we will pick it up when we return to Serbia. Thank you so much.

LLiangyingchunThis hotel is generally very good, the environment, health, service, hotel supplies, breakfast, facilities, hot water, parking lot are very good. When I evaluated the facilities, I gave 2 points, not because the facilities are not good, but because the design of the 508 room I lived in is not good. See the attached picture: the room is a slope on the top of the building. The steamed buns are less than 50cm from the roof height. The roof is also painted white and there is no warning. Sleeping, head hit the top of the room and fainted back to the bed, to the bedside table to take a glasses and was knocked down on the floor. This is not a question of whether the room is good or not, but whether it will be terrible. I don't know why this design can be a guest room, obviously not in China.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, clean and you can cook. The hotel is located in a ski town, a bit like Taiwu Town in Chongli. We opened it in the summer. The surrounding environment is beautiful and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient.

Hygiene: More environmentally friendly♻️, because the daily room cleaning only cleans up the garbage, does not change the bedding and towels, and does not make the bed
Environment: Close to the town center and the gold Gondola🚡 sightseeing spot, good air and less pollution. I chose a panoramic apartment, which is large and spacious. There is a bed in the attic with a window, a sofa bed downstairs, and a balcony.
Service: There are English-speaking service staff at the front desk and restaurant. The overall feeling is great. It is better to ski in winter. If I come again, I will choose it again.

NNiudouWrong choice. This is actually a hotel where tour groups stay. The rooms are large but the facilities are average. The shower room is still a long time ago. It is not very convenient. The location is good. It takes a few minutes to walk to the lake and the commercial street. Because it is a hotel where tour groups stay, the service is just average. I met a group for breakfast and there was a long queue for dinner.
