Hotéis com spa em Zlatibor District, Serbia

It seems to be a hotel in a ski resort. Not crowded during the off-season. The breakfast was quite substantial, though mostly white food. It has a free spa and sauna, which is nice. Cleanliness was excellent, and the rooms were reasonably priced. However, there's a 20% service charge for restaurants, so be careful.

The room was excellent, with two floors: the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were downstairs, and the bedroom was in the attic upstairs. The trees in the yard looked out from the window. It was incredibly quiet at night, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one night due to limited time. I took these photos as a souvenir upon leaving. If I were to visit Zlatibor again, I would choose ZEN again. It was such a comfortable cabin. Also, a small side note: I forgot a small pillow at the hotel. The owner kindly kept it for us and we will pick it up when we return to Serbia. Thank you so much.

Очень удобное расположение отеля со своей парковкой. И очень классный спа со своим бассейном. За один день успели погулять по Златибору и еще наплаваться в бассейне и отогреться в сауне. Рядом 2 маркета, завтраки приемлемые, голодными не останетесь)

This is magical! The room is a stunning chalet. The aroma marketing is a unique experience, laced with a distinctly love potion; you just want to walk and breathe. An incredible spa complex with hydromassage, a huge pool area, 3 types of saunas, a hammam, and an experience shower. Breakfasts are art and variety at their finest. And the icing on the cake is Amouage Reflection shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, and hand gel. They have everything, absolutely everything! Verandas, terraces, service, two-story parking, concierge, nearby cable car, and the center nearby – PERFECT ❤️❤️❤️ We'll be back in the winter, but we'll need to book in advance during the ski season. This is the best hotel of our entire Balkan trip.

The only saving grace of this hotel is the new rooms. However, there's construction all around. The bedrooms are tiny; you can only pass sideways between the bed and the wall. There are no hotel amenities; we didn't even have soap at the sink. There was no toilet paper in the room, and judging by the staff's reaction, that's completely normal. They brought some, so apparently, you ask for it, and they bring it, while others might bring their own. The toilet locks with a key. There's an empty bottle in the wardrobe drawer; it seems no one checks there. The bathroom has a large unused space, yet nowhere to put anything – not enough shelves or hooks. The hairdryer is in a crumpled box above the toilet, where the slippers are also shoved. Overall, there's a serious lack of storage for belongings. Service is a 3 out of 5. We approached the construction site, and the girls were chatting amongst themselves. We decided not to interrupt them, and they just kept talking while we stood and waited. It was amusing, really – a guest waiting for them to pause their conversation and pay attention, while they just chattered about their own things. The waiter in the restaurant did the same, pretending not to notice us, then profusely apologizing. Not sure what the point was. The spa area, for which I specifically booked this hotel, is a separate work of art. We never actually got to use it. The reception staff couldn't get through to them and told us to call and book ourselves. The next day, we went to the spa, and there was no one at the front desk. Everything was under renovation, with plastic sheeting everywhere. What we booked the hotel for turned out to be out of order. Overall impression: there are so many other hotels out there; I'll definitely be trying a different one.

Wrong choice. This is actually a hotel where tour groups stay. The rooms are large but the facilities are average. The shower room is still a long time ago. It is not very convenient. The location is good. It takes a few minutes to walk to the lake and the commercial street. Because it is a hotel where tour groups stay, the service is just average. I met a group for breakfast and there was a long queue for dinner.

The room is very clean and spacious. The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs, and a kitchen with an induction cooker. It is a standard resort hotel with a terrace. The outdoor scenery and air are very good. The front desk and restaurant service are warm and proactive. The breakfast is rich with many choices, but it tends to be cold food. One small regret is that the four pillows in the room are all large and high, which makes my family members who like to sleep on low pillows unable to rest well. It is recommended that the hotel equip the room with pillows of different heights.

Снимали аппартаменты в данном отеле. Все понравилось, заселили быстро. Парковать на машине в принципе можно было везде вокруг отеля, мы встали напротив входа в ресторан гетсби. Завтрак очень хороший. Единственное, хочется чтоб в номере были тапочки. Их очень не хватало. Зубного набора тоже не было, кому нужно учитывайте этот факт.

We were very satisfied with the room and had a comfortable stay. The hotel service was also excellent, and the kids went to the spa every day.
