Amazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

O hotel é agradável, mas a decoração remete ao século passado e precisa de reforma. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. A cozinha fica aberta até tarde e a comida é deliciosa. Há estacionamento disponível e você pode reabastecer sua garrafa de água potável no saguão do andar superior, perto dos elevadores – uma solução prática e ecológica para o problema da água engarrafada.

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Gutes Hotel mit großem Zimmer. Service hat noch Luft nach oben, Freundlichkeit und an der Rezeption darf man keine Fragen stellen als Antwort bekommt man, das man ins Internet schauen kann, usw. Kennen wir von anderen 5 Sterne Hotels anders.

Bardzo dobre udogodnienie jakim jest czynna do północy strefa spa!

Zimny pokój i lazienka po zameldowaniu się. Kurku ustawione na najnizsze z mozliwych warianty. W łazience śmierdziało kanalizacją. Śniadania bardzo smaczne,obsługa miła. Pierwsza winda nieczynna,w drugiej windzie zepsuty wyświetlacz i nie można było odczytać na którym piętrze się już jest. Raczej nie wrócę.

Mój pobyt w hotelu Radisson Blu we Wrocławiu oceniam bardzo dobrze. Hotel ma doskonałą lokalizację - znajduje się w centrum miasta, tuż obok Starego Rynku i w pobliżu głównych atrakcji turystycznych, co sprawia, że jest świetną bazą zarówno dla turystów, jak i osób podróżujących służbowo. Pokoje są przestronne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone, a łóżka wyjątkowo wygodne. Obsługa hotelowa jest uprzejma, profesjonalna i zawsze chętna do pomocy. Śniadania zasługują na szczególne wyróżnienie - bardzo duży wybór potraw, świeże produkty i wysoki standard podania. W hotelu dostępne są również udogodnienia, takie jak centrum fitness i szybkie WiFi, co dodatkowo podnosi komfort pobytu.
