We received a free upgrade. The lady who checked us in was bubbly and helpful. Our room was warm, clean and spacious. Very happy with our stay.

Simple cozy place nearby the area of Sommarøy, with a nearby convenience store for any replenishments! My wife and I went via car, so we cannot advise on the way to get there via bus. Parking is free, right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and there was a good spread, with the restaurant serving dinner. Our time was short, we didn't manage to try the sauna facilities. We would have loved to stay a couple more nights!

O hotel oferece uma vista privilegiada da pista do aeroporto. Os quartos são minimalistas, com apenas cama, TV e banheiro; não há frigobar nem chaleira. No entanto, a vista da área comum do 11º andar é fantástica, e foi por isso que reservamos o hotel. Naquela noite, vimos a aurora boreal da varanda.

Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming. Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!

Facilities: All wooden structure, very warm, by the sea, no elevator, small room area, no hair dryer, hot water bottle in the room, simple. Breakfast is simple, bread, sausage, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, very simple. Hygiene: clean Environment: The seaside, the bay is outside the window, and the sea is under the window. Excellent ! J’ai reservé sans prêter attention et j’ai été surpris. L’auto check-in est très simple, il y a un grand parking gratuit. Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables. La pièce commune pour se poser le soir est incroyable, digne d’un vrai chalet de montagne. Il y a un piano, un platine vinyles, des jeux de cartes, des livres, un poil à bois et des baies vitrées avec vu sur le fjord. Une vrai ambiance chaleureuse. De plus il y a une machine à laver et un sèche linge à libre disposition. Les cuisines sont très bien équipées et il y a en plus un placard réservées uniquement pour la « Free food ». Il y a également des boites de rangement annotées pour la nourriture de chaque chambre. Le personnel est très accueillant. Je recommande cet hébergement, j’y reviendrais dans le futur.

We were notified that the elevator was out of order in the first day of check in, it was terrible to carry luggage up to the 4th floor. We spent three nights there, unfortunately, the elevator was not repaired on the day we check out. But the staff is friendly and the the cookies provided at the snack bar is good!!

The hotel is centrally located near most tourist spots and meeting points for tours. The breakfast is nice with a variety of food but would be even better if there can be variations between days. There is also a gym and sauna overlooking the harbour. A nice place to stay in town.
