We moesten 3 kwartier wachten voordat we in onze hotelkamer konden. Kamer was goed, ruim en zuiver. Helaas wordt er erg bezuinigd op het eenlaags wc-papier Het ontbijt was niet zo best; de broodjes waren niet voldoende afgebakken dus niet te eten. Ander brood werd te laat aangeleverd op de ontbijttafel. Verder was het erg druk tijdens het ontbijt; er stond een lange rij om bij het ontbijt te komen en veel te weinig plaatsen voor alle gasten. We misten ook een afvalbakje op de tafels, waar je het afval direct in kwijt kunt tijdens het ontbijt. De afsluitbare fietsenstalling was erg slecht; alle fietsen van Fletcher stonden in de stalling waardoor de gasten geen plaats hadden om diens fietsen te plaatsen. Verder was het dak van de stalling, wat niet meer was dan een container, gescheurd en bij regen waren de fietsen toch doornat. Er was een zwembad, maar over badjassen is niets aangegeven door het personeel. Al met al toch een tegenvallend hotel.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is in a good location. It’s close to the train station. The closest park is 6 min walk from the hotel. The amenities can be requested from the front desk. The room is small but sufficient for a one person traveler. The bed is a single bed and quite small. The bathroom is also small. The shower section is partitioned by a glass but it covers only 50%, so the water will splash outside the shower section when you take a shower. The floor is usually wet after a shower. At the lobby, there is a meeting section, you can have a business meeting there. Coffee is also free at the lobby. Recommended for business trip. Not many restaurants nearby, but there are many restaurants in the 10-15 minute walking range.

首先這個酒店衹訂了一個晚上，經過跟前台一番周折後，終於可以拿回屬於我們預訂的房型，前台也幫忙升級了房間；因為攜帶的行李箱多不方便，再繼續訂了兩個晚上，就換了雙人標間，發現枕頭套有幾根黑頭髮，廁所沖水按鈕用不了，前台説會叫人過來修，等了一個多小時都沒有維修的工人過來，我先生接受不了，浪費我們時間，他就去跟前台爭議，然後又給我們換了一個最好的房間，整體乾淨，房間空間足夠大，但是我發現有咖啡粉，沒有咖啡機，沒有風筒，燒熱水器是壞的，服務員又過來解決，感覺這個酒店丟三落四的，總感覺缺點什麼，每樣事情都要我們極力爭取才有。

No nosso quarto, o aquecimento não era bom e os óculos de banheiro estavam muito desligados. Quando anunciamos isso, foram tomadas boas medidas. Isso foi bom. O serviço também era bom e amigável. A jantar no restaurante, pelo contrário, não era bom. As refeições básicas já foram bastante ao preço, você deve encomendar legumes e batatas ou batata. Então, vai ser muito caro. As porções eram muito pequenas e em parte não à temperatura. Verdadeiramente um abrasador. O hotel é bom, o restaurante não é bom para comer.

Decent sized room, reasonably priced. Although we didn’t have dinner there (attending a concert which ended much later than the dinner service), the option was available. Comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom had a generous sized walk in shower (very easily accessible for visitors with limited mobility. Although other guests had alleged issues regarding the renovation works, we were fortunate that this didn’t affect our stay. The hotel appears to have taken onboard earlier reviews mentioning tired decor - we can attest to the fact that the hotel are implementing some significant improvements. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would love the opportunity to return and see more of the area.

Having stayed in the Netherlands many times over the years, it’s easy to say this was by far my favourite stay - wonderful hotel, perfect location in Arnhem and great food and service - Highly recommended

I enjoyed my stay here,its in a beautiful environment and the staff's are super nice. My only problem is the balcony needs more cleaning. Would love to visit again

Small and traditional hotel. Quiet and elegant. There are forest close by. You do need a car or taxi.

Wat een fijn, rustgevend hotel. Omgeving veel te doen!

住了很多次，一如既往的好。酒店服務很好，早餐我説能不能帶一點食物走, 服務員就給我一個餐盒，我隨便打包，我帶了一點麪包路上吃，很貼心。
