No geral, foi muito bom. Parabéns ao atendimento ao cliente da Ctrip. Houve um pequeno atraso em relação aos impostos no check-in; mostrei a eles meu pedido e recibos, ambos incluindo a taxa de turismo, mas eles ainda insistiram no pagamento. Finalmente, um gerente confirmou que nenhum pagamento adicional era necessário. O hotel não estava lotado; fiz o check-in às 14h, mas cheguei cedo, às 13h, então não havia muitos hóspedes. Sugiro que sejam mais atenciosos. No geral, estou satisfeito. Há uma loja de conveniência próxima com tudo o que você precisa, e os restaurantes ao redor são bons.

Initially we are curious because we never been outside the langkawi mainland. In our trip here, i think we are the only malaysian there, but the hospitality given to us both were beyond words. Amenities, room, location and food were perfect. For a nature lovers like us, i think is good place to run away from busy life in city. Just be aware with the boat schedule, and plan your trip ahead. You can stay in the island whole day, but its depend on your type of holiday that you seek. I definitely would come back again.

Thank you so much for everything, this hotel is really great! At arrival, we enjoyed our free welcome drink, the staff is really helpful. The pool is so nice! Its located at a very quiet place in Kuah. Only one thing to say which was negative; the balcony door did not close properly so there was a lot of noise.

I had a very pleasant stay at Resort World Langkawi. The location is slightly away from the main tourist attractions, which makes it perfect for travellers who prefer a quieter and more relaxing environment. The receptionists and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to answer any questions I had during my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel also provides free parking, which was very convenient since I had rented a car to explore the island. In terms of accessibility, the hotel is about 20 minutes from Langkawi International Airport and roughly a 10-minute drive to Pantai Cenang, making it easy to reach popular spots while still enjoying a peaceful stay. One thing to note is that there is only a single mini mart within the hotel and the prices are a bit on the higher side. On my first morning, I ordered breakfast through Grab instead, which was still convenient since delivery services can reach the hotel easily. The room floor had some visible stubborn stains and the hotel does not provide room slippers, so you may want to consider bringing your own if you prefer not to walk barefoot in the room. Overall, it’s still a good option for travellers looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Langkawi, especially if you plan to drive around the island.

Esqueci de tirar foto do quarto deluxe. Para o quarto deluxe, tudo é igual, exceto pela ausência de banheira. 4-5 minutos de distância da praia. Para mim, reservar um quarto deluxe é bom. Porque você passará a maior parte do tempo na piscina enquanto aproveita o pôr do sol e a vista da praia. Se você vier com sua família, deve escolher Frangipani. Este resort não é lotado. Hotel is 15 floors. Check in to room with sea view on 11th floor - big, clean carpeted, separate shower and tub. Lobby pretty big with restaurant, meeting room, tour guide and a bistro. Welcome drink is a choice of fruit juice or beer at bistro. Also included is a high tea voucher for following day. Took a short walk and found a variety of different food places around - malay, Indian, Korean, Japanese and a tze char joint as well. A lot of different varieties of shops and duty free shops as Langkawi is a duty-free island where alcohol is cheaper than soft drinks. Many seafood joints around within 0.6 to 14 km radius.

De qualquer forma, permita-me repetir, a equipe da recepção foi fabulosa!

This place completely blew us away! We didn't anticipate something so beautiful! The room was amazing and comfortable. The surrounding area of the hotel is very gorgeous and they have an awesome pool side as well. Great, convenient location. Super friendly staff members. I'd highly recommend this place. The only picture I could find was one of the view from our balcony.

Cheguei ao hotel por volta das 13h30, o que foi um pouco mais cedo do que o check-in normal, mas a equipe da recepção foi gentil o suficiente para me deixar entrar no quarto imediatamente. Você precisa de um cartão de crédito no check-in para o depósito, mas também pode usar um cartão de débito, além de pagar o imposto de Langkawi. Fui para o meu aniversário, mas acho que eles podem ter deixado de notar quando fiz o check-in. A localização permite que você fique longe o suficiente do barulho da Praia Cenang, mas perto o suficiente para pegar um Grab por RM 8-10. I booked a 2-night stay with my Mrs in one of the villas connected to the shared pool, and our experience started off on a great note. We were picked up from the airport in a very comfortable Toyota Alphard arranged by the resort. Our driver and resort staff, Khai, was incredibly friendly—he patiently answered all my questions and gave us fantastic food recommendations since it was my first time in LGK. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Daniel at the lobby. He served us beautifully presented lemon peach teas as a welcome drink and brought us through the entire check-in process. While waiting for our villa to be ready, we had lunch at the resort’s only restaurant. Unfortunately, this was the only part of the stay that fell short—the pizza crust was undercooked, a bit greasy, and tasted store-bought, which was quite disappointing. Thankfully, things picked up again after that. Khai later escorted us to our villa, and we were relieved that our balcony didn’t directly face the restaurant. However, I do feel the pool and villa balconies could be designed to offer more privacy so diners aren’t looking out over the area. Overall, the stay was truly pleasant. I loved that the resort is away from the busy beach, giving us a peaceful and quiet environment. All the staff were warm and friendly. A few standout perks include: 1. Complimentary rides to and from the property (subject to booking and availability) 2. Free minibar, replenished daily—including coffee capsules 3. Complimentary Netflix and YouTube accounts on the TV (which both my wife and I really love) 4. A pretty decent in-room breakfast experience. (they definitely do breakfast better than lunch, in my opinion) I also indulged in a 90-minute massage, which started with herbal tea, grapes, and a carrot stick during a herbal foot bath, followed by a foot massage and a one-hour full-body aromatherapy massage. My masseuse, Yaya, was incredibly patient and attentive, constantly checking on the pressure and even gifting me a small goodie bag at the end. All in all, I wouldn’t mind returning—and I’m even considering trying one of their larger 3-room villas next time. I highly recommend this resort for big families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
