Our experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic.Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress. Thanks to the entire team at Janan Palace. The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool. Beautiful hotel to spend a few days while visiting Fes.

The location ok the breakfast good but no have a minimum standard for the room service no slippers for the customers !!!!!!! It’s 2 or 3 star level hotel but not 4 star

特別漂亮的里亞德，屬於摩洛哥傳統庭院式民居，環境沒話説，從庭院到房間到露台，每個都在我的審美點上，精美而且打掃得特別乾淨。 民宿位置很好，走路五分鐘就到了藍色大門，遊覽麥地那老城特別方便。就是在一條小巷裡，不太好找。其他老城裡的里亞德應該有同樣的問題，畢竟菲斯老城有9000多條小巷子，太複雜了 早餐是每人一份，精緻而豐盛，有三種麪包或當地麪餅類主食，橙汁，水果，酸奶，煎蛋，咖啡或茶。 服務人員態度特別好，我們是自駕，到達第一天導航把我們導到了一個禁入門口，顯示衹有300米，於是我讓先生停在那裡，我自己走路去找，但導到一個三岔口目標消失，眼前出現兩條很深的巷子。當地人問我要了20迪拉姆，結果到了才發現不是我預訂的這家，而是另外一家也叫Zamane的民宿，在我的央求下，工作人員帶我去了位於另一條小巷裡我要找的Zamane, 我看了一下門口的牌子，寫的是“Riad Zamane Maison d’hotes ”，而不是攜程上“Riad Zamane boutique &spa”, 不知道是不是這個原因，導致無法正確導到。當天會英文的經理生病了沒來上班，也沒有做好安排。特別感謝負責房間打掃的Nadia女士，放下手裡的活，跟我一起走到我們停車的地方，指引我們從另外一條路開到民宿附近停好車。 還要感謝一位H開頭（我忘了他全名）的帥小夥，幫我們去買礦泉水，他總是面帶微笑，見面就熱情打招呼，很親切。這裏想建議民宿能在房間裏放幾瓶礦泉水，至少一大瓶，菲斯很乾，太需要了。

設施：在Riad裏算是房型巨大，對得起suite套房的稱號。床型舒適，浴室明亮。公區絕對是非斯里的天花板級別，值得參觀逗留拍照打卡，畢竟是700年歷史的老建築。但同時是最近翻新的，不用擔心設備設施老舊。傢俱等用料考究，甚至都是螺鈿技法。最熱天入住的，我那間豪華房空調不給力，直接給我升級到家庭套房了（其他房型都滿，可見很熱銷） 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，無論是房內還是公區、餐廳等都是能夠達到五星標準。 環境：看圖就知道公區環境有多美了，馬賽克牆壁、中庭、綠植、靠椅等等，都見功法。同時位置在老城中心，離停車場大概15分鐘走路。就是巷子太多，記得看街巷裡牆壁上的酒店標牌，也不難找。 服務：服務整體不錯，酒店內員工都是很熱情的，早餐豐盛，而且露台就餐，能拍到很獨特的老城風景。不過接送行李的人員不是酒店員工，需要另給搬運費（人家很辛苦掙苦力費，給錢沒問題，提前問酒店溝通好就行） 總之，一等一推薦！

Incredible service every step of the way. Mohammed is an absolute legend who helped us out with everything from finding laundry on night one to sorting us out with a guide around Fes. Beautiful place on the outskirts of the Medina with easy access to the roundabout and the Blue Gate. Would 100000% stay here again. Thanks so much for everything to all of the staff at Layla, especially Mohammed!!!!

Hotel très bien situé, dans la ville nouvelle. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Hotel très propre. Terrasse agréable au 4ème étage. Nourriture correcte, Petit-déjeuner également. Seul bémol, les portes des chambres devraient être isolées car les bruits des parties communes sont génantes. Aucun bruit des chambres voisines. Très bonne expérience, je retournerai surement dans cet hôtel.
