特別漂亮的里亞德，屬於摩洛哥傳統庭院式民居，環境沒話説，從庭院到房間到露台，每個都在我的審美點上，精美而且打掃得特別乾淨。 民宿位置很好，走路五分鐘就到了藍色大門，遊覽麥地那老城特別方便。就是在一條小巷裡，不太好找。其他老城裡的里亞德應該有同樣的問題，畢竟菲斯老城有9000多條小巷子，太複雜了 早餐是每人一份，精緻而豐盛，有三種麪包或當地麪餅類主食，橙汁，水果，酸奶，煎蛋，咖啡或茶。 服務人員態度特別好，我們是自駕，到達第一天導航把我們導到了一個禁入門口，顯示衹有300米，於是我讓先生停在那裡，我自己走路去找，但導到一個三岔口目標消失，眼前出現兩條很深的巷子。當地人問我要了20迪拉姆，結果到了才發現不是我預訂的這家，而是另外一家也叫Zamane的民宿，在我的央求下，工作人員帶我去了位於另一條小巷裡我要找的Zamane, 我看了一下門口的牌子，寫的是“Riad Zamane Maison d’hotes ”，而不是攜程上“Riad Zamane boutique &spa”, 不知道是不是這個原因，導致無法正確導到。當天會英文的經理生病了沒來上班，也沒有做好安排。特別感謝負責房間打掃的Nadia女士，放下手裡的活，跟我一起走到我們停車的地方，指引我們從另外一條路開到民宿附近停好車。 還要感謝一位H開頭（我忘了他全名）的帥小夥，幫我們去買礦泉水，他總是面帶微笑，見面就熱情打招呼，很親切。這裏想建議民宿能在房間裏放幾瓶礦泉水，至少一大瓶，菲斯很乾，太需要了。

Риад находится на краю Медины, идти от оживленной туристической части минут 25-30. Вечером лучше не ходить пешком, может быть не безопасно. Комната была большой с хорошей кроватью. Завтрак был в основном из сладостей и выпечки, но было вкусно. Персонал был дружелюбный.

Nós gostámos da nossa estadia neste Riad. O hospedeiro nos recebeu calorosamente e podia arranjar um táxi para nós por 3 horas da noite com um bom preço. As quartos são apenas bom para o preço. O nosso quarto tinha ar condicionado, TV com YouTube e Wi-Fi bem funcionado, e eu iria voltar para aqui no futuro.

This is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!

The location ok the breakfast good but no have a minimum standard for the room service no slippers for the customers !!!!!!! It’s 2 or 3 star level hotel but not 4 star

Incredible service every step of the way. Mohammed is an absolute legend who helped us out with everything from finding laundry on night one to sorting us out with a guide around Fes. Beautiful place on the outskirts of the Medina with easy access to the roundabout and the Blue Gate. Would 100000% stay here again. Thanks so much for everything to all of the staff at Layla, especially Mohammed!!!!

Experiência maravilhosa, mas alguns pontos negativos a salientar. No pequeno-almoço, o responsável seguiu-nos para nos pedir para resolver, enquanto nós tinhamos comunicado o nosso número de quarto na entrada de pequeno-almoço foi compreendido. Esta situação colocou-nos particularmente mal à conforto perante os outros clientes. Por outro lado, depois de ter comprado dois cuidados para um montante de mais de 1 700 dirhams, eu quis esperar uma vinte minutos à piscina. L’accès m’a cependant été refusé, sauf à payer un supplément de 200 dirhams pour ces quelques minutes. Excepto que tudo foi Top

Hotel très bien situé, dans la ville nouvelle. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Hotel très propre. Terrasse agréable au 4ème étage. Nourriture correcte, Petit-déjeuner également. Seul bémol, les portes des chambres devraient être isolées car les bruits des parties communes sont génantes. Aucun bruit des chambres voisines. Très bonne expérience, je retournerai surement dans cet hôtel.

Идеальное расположение: с одной стороны выход на парковку, в другой в медину. Очень приятный персонал. Вкусный завтрак. Много колоритных фишечек в оформлении.
