Pedimos um Samba extra para eles não poderem dar, pedimos sanduíche ou qualquer pão que também não era disponível, MAS depois de algum tempo, eles dão sanduíche a outras pessoas. Quando nos confrontamos com eles, eles disseram que estavam em diferentes refeições, pedimos que só lhes dasse sanduíche que negavam, quando dissemos que eles vieram depois de 11. Depois de reclamar e dizer à recepção, a resposta dele era principalmente defensiva e, finalmente, só lhe disse que podia discutir com o gerente superior.Era nosso tempo para sair da cidade como no nosso itinerário, então saímos do local como é.

Прекрасный отель, классный номер - брали делюкс с видом на горы ) Персонал очень доброжелательный, приветливый, завтраки шикарные 😊 На крыше бассейн с фантастическими рассветами и закатами 😍 Так же на крыше есть бар с нереальными видами) Отель находится на возвышенности, брали всегда такси и все ок, до центра не далеко.

The hotel hasn't done any maintenance in the rooms in years. Our room smelled like mold, and humidity. The shower kept changing temperature, sign of a bad water heater, and had sewage smell coming from the drainage. On our first night, the light switch in the bathroom started smoking and doing sparks everywhere - if we hadn't been there to call the reception right away, it would have been a severe fire hazard. The location is quite good as it is right on the lake, and Is a nice walk in the morning. The cleaners woke us up at 6.30 AM because they were slamming doors and screaming. I think this hotel is a 3star and not 4

Very nice hotel, not far from Kandy's city center. We actually walked into town one day along the 2 lane winding road. The pool is very nice, there is a weight room to work out and a spa if you want a massage. Its very peaceful, has a nice view of nature and a nice little bar with some quality cocktails. If you are going to Kandy and you don't mind being a bit outside the city, this is a real good spot. I would post more pictures, but the site limits the size and its a lot of effort to shrink a photo just post it here.

The location is fantastic, especially if you want to enjoy views of the famous rock right from the pool — it’s truly a highlight of the stay. The buffet is generous, offering a good mix of local and international dishes, so there’s something for everyone. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which were spacious, surrounded by nature, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was a treat to spot different animals around the property, which added a unique charm to the experience. On the downside, the bike rental is significantly overpriced, and it seems that very few guests use them because of this. Additionally, many amenities — even something as basic as extra water — are quite expensive, which takes away slightly from the otherwise enjoyable experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful place in an unbeatable location, with great food and lovely surroundings, but some of the pricing policies could be more guest-friendly.

A lovely stay! It’s been a little chilly in late July, the room has a heater and a thick blanket making my stay cosy. The wifi signal has been great - in my previous accommodations they would be unstable. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, I was able to do my laundry here, which was perfect as I’ve just over half way in my time in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was well balanced and healthy. The location is perfect, it’s right next to the main road. There’s a big supermarket nearby as well the city centre. For hiking you can easily access the Single Tree hill. Thank you for having me.

A bed was bad.We couldn’t have a good sleep and the AC is very noisy Not impressed, Not happy

Lovely view and soft, comfortable beds to sleep in for the night. The single, only problem I had was the waiter at the restaurant kept asking me, “are you okay, is everything good?” literally every 2 minutes. After saying “yes, thank you” multiple times, he stands there and starts a conversation, and once, just stands there and looks at me. The only thing I want to do is eat my food in peace. Lastly, after the only thing he brought me was a cappuccino (as it was a buffet so I fetch my own food), I gave a 1000 lkr tip. He was visibly upset with this and his over-friendliness completely disappeared. I didn’t dare to go back to the restaurant after this. Food was good, however!

O hotel está no TOPO Da Montanha de Canti, e a Estrada de Montanha para ele é Muito estreita, MAS a paisagem é Muito bonita.O hotel é Mais Como um Povo de Alto nível Na China, o decoração é Muito elegante e TEM um Ambiente local.A sala está aberta, UMA Grande janela de aterragem Pode aproveitar a beleza e a delicadeza do rato é Muito louvável. Mais importante, o Pessoal é Muito entusiasmado, todos estão sorrindo 😊 Na cara. A Mais inesquecível é que a irmã Da recepção é super bonita, e Muito adorável. As crianças gostam especialmente dela.
