"This hotel is fantastic and fully equipped, truly a resort hotel, and many Japanese guests stay here! First, the hotel will send you an email in advance to confirm your dinner time. We booked dinner for two nights; it was a set menu, and the menu changed daily! The rooms are spacious, and there are many yukata choices! There are two hot springs ♨️, one in the main building and one in the south building. Currently, there are no private baths. We tried both. The main building's is smaller but fully equipped and less crowded. The south building isn't too far to walk to, just a few stairs! Both sides have restaurants. We stayed in the main building and dined there. Breakfast was indeed a bit of a hassle; you usually have to wait. You can go down early to make a reservation, and they'll call your room when it's ready! If you have time, you definitely need to try the hotel's facilities. It has three stops, including a free spa and an indoor water park. We went to the spa, and swimsuits were provided, which was very convenient! The internal shuttle runs until 11 PM, so you can go in the evening too! Be aware that the shuttle to the Kogen Station is the same as the internal shuttle, so make sure to ask when you get on! Both the hotel's dinner and breakfast are high-quality, and breakfast even includes sashimi rice! Plus, the hotel's souvenir shop is cheaper than the one at JR Station! I recommend having dinner at the hotel, as there's absolutely nothing around, no shops! But the hotel itself is so exciting, it's worth it even if you just stay and enjoy the hotel!"

"Приехали на 1 ночь. Потрясающее место.  Услужливый персонал (я бы даже сказал, что слишком), очень приветливые и отзывчивые. Идеальная чистота в номере. Мы посетили более 20 отелей в Японии- этот самый чистый и ухоженный. Территория рёкана большая - это больше онсенный комплекс, чем просто рёкан: включает несколько зданий (соединённых коридорами и переходом под землёй, смотровую у речки и парковку. Мы взяли номер с купелью, и что самое интересное- в купели та же вода, что в онесене! (хотя обычно в частной купели просто подогревают обычную водопроводную) На улице было прохладно (начало января), но абсолютно везде в номере было тепло. Онсенов на территории отеля- 4 (2 общих не крытых, 1 крытый и 1 приватный) Подают ужин с использованием местного свежего васаби, который предлагают натереть самому- вкусно. Большой зал-лаунж, небольшие японские садики между помещениями, особое внимание к каждому клиенту. Из минусов: нельзя посещать публичный Онсен с тату, нельзя курить в номерах (на trip.com может быть указана некорректная информация- если критично уточните у отеля напрямую!), высокая стоимость за ночь. В остальном- максимальная рекомендация."

"Recentemente, me hospedei no Hotel Clad durante minha viagem à região do Monte Fuji e foi uma experiência maravilhosa. A localização é realmente imbatível — situado no topo de uma colina com vistas deslumbrantes do Monte Fuji, especialmente ao nascer e pôr do sol. Acordar com aquela silhueta icônica foi absolutamente inesquecível. O hotel em si oferece um equilíbrio perfeito entre conforto moderno e simplicidade serena. Meu quarto era limpo, bem decorado e projetado com uma estética minimalista que o tornava ao mesmo tempo calmo e funcional. As grandes janelas aproveitavam ao máximo a natureza ao redor, e apreciei a atenção aos detalhes tanto nas comodidades quanto na disposição dos móveis. Um dos pontos altos foi o onsen. Foi um verdadeiro deleite relaxar nas águas termais enquanto contemplava o Monte Fuji — uma experiência que pareceu ao mesmo tempo tranquila e luxuosa. As instalações do onsen eram limpas, bem conservadas e nunca estavam lotadas. O hotel também está convenientemente conectado ao Gotemba Premium Outlets, facilitando fazer compras ou comer algo sem precisar ir muito longe. Apesar da proximidade, o hotel mantém uma atmosfera muito tranquila, o que eu realmente apreciei. No geral, o Hotel Clad é uma base perfeita para quem deseja explorar a região do Monte Fuji com conforto. Seja para fazer trilhas, compras ou simplesmente admirar a vista, ele proporciona uma estadia serena, panorâmica e satisfatória."

"石人公園に孫のラグビー試合に行きました。 駐車場も契約駐車場がありましたので問題は有りませんでした。調子が良くジジ、ババ、孫の3人で2部屋借りました。10階の浴場も綺麗でした。 また、使いたいと思います。ありがとうございました。"

"This location is peaceful area in the residential area. Hotel's staffs are great, kind and helpful. Room is large, clean and comfortable. Onsen is very good. Free private onsen is the best but need reservation. Dinner and breakfast are tasty. Love them!!!"

"The seaview room could watch the sunrise from the balcony. I turned my alarm just to watch the sun rised from the ocean. The buffet dinner and breakfast was great. Dinner buffet provided Italian wine which was very great. The breakfast we could customize the sashimi rice bowl which was wonderful. Although the dining area was a bit crowded but the space was fine enough."

"제주항공 오전 시즈오카-인천 항공편을 이용하시는 분들께서는, 아침에 여유를 갖고 싶으시다면 해당 호텔 추천드립니다. 칸데오 브랜드 객실도, 욕장도, 식당도 명성에 걸맞게 편리하고 깔끔합니다. 특히 고층에 위치한 대욕장(노천탕 있음)은 사우나도 있고, 뷰도 좋고, 넓고, 썬베드(?)도 있어 정말 좋았습니다. 대부분의 시간을 이곳에서 보낸거 같네요. 그리고 제가 묵은 날에는 저녁시간에 무료로 해피타임이 진행되어 각종 주류(와인, 위스키, 사케, 리큐어 등등)와 간단한 안주를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 대욕장의 경우, 시설이 하나 뿐이라 시간대에 따라 남녀 번갈아 이용되는 점 참조바랍니다."

"Excellent resort it was only opened for a month brand new and clean. Onsen was great and buffet breakfast came with a view. Will definitely come back next year but not in a weekend as there were too many people"

"It was nice stay! The onsen was tiny but the quality of water was so nice. The only thing you should be careful about, that the rooms without a private bath might be without a shower. Location, view and other things are cool!"
