quiet hotel, International breakfast, the staff is very kind and friendly, there is a spa (not included in the price, payment depends on the tariff, discount for hotel guests is 10%). Of the minuses, the photos of the bathroom do not correspond to the photos on the site, the bathroom is much older. The window was walled up, in fact, we lived in a room without windows, we were only 2 nights, so it did not bother us much, visitors who stay longer, I think, will be unhappy (room 424)

駅から少し歩いたところにある。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーです。とても交換を持てました。お部屋はクイーンベッドのある落ち着いた色調で綺麗でした。2人のキャリーバッグを広げて置けるだけのスペースは十分あります。シャンプー、コンディショナーが無いので持参が必要です。ドライヤーは奇妙な形をしていて風量は囁か。なかなか乾きません。持ち手が持てなくなるほど熱くなるのでタオルを巻いて使うことを勧めます。シャワーは少し狭いので動きづらさがありますが、清潔です。朝食はベーコンやチーズ、スクランブルエッグにクロワッサンなど、定番の品が並びます。どれも美味しくてお腹いっぱい食べてしまいました。総合的には満足で、こちらに泊まって良かったと思いました。
写真の場所は朝食会場です。お部屋の写真は撮り忘れてしまいました…。

The room was nice and large, with a retro decor. The first floor lobby has plenty of seating and is warm in the winter, perfect for chatting with friends downstairs. It's very close to the train station, very convenient.

Villa crespi is absolutely beautiful! And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year! The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat! But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

The room was small, some of the older male front desk staff had poor service, while the younger ones provided good service. There is nothing around the hotel, so you need a car, and it is not easy to get a taxi.

The front desk uncle is fluent in English and the service is very thoughtful. The room is also in keeping with the best style of best western, with a kettle, drying racks and so on. Located next to the city center train station, it is very convenient. The price is also very reasonable and worth recommending!

The hotel is very well located in the centre of the village.
The hotel is very warm and very comfortable.
The spa is very clean with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi to enjoy with a 24-euro extra per person.

This is a suite hotel similar to an apartment hotel. The decoration is relatively new and has a certain grade. It is about four  stars. The room is very spacious. There is a master bedroom with a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and kitchen utensils. Complete, there is a microwave oven, electric stove, etc.,  Breakfast is also very rich. The price is very good. We met a front desk staff who had studied in Qingdao, China. Chinese was very enthusiastic to us, very good communication, and the service was very good. , can help solve some problems, such as finding good delicious restaurants and so on. This hotel is a good choice as a transit point for European tourism.

TT/RWhile the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

MmattiaDuring my recent stay in Torino, I was pleased to spend a weekend at the Belezia Palace Luxury & Spa, an experience that has been far beyond expectations. Situated in the heart of the city, this hotel encarnates a perfect balance between historical elegance and modern comfort, offering a refined and relaxing stay.
One of the hotel's strengths is the wellness area, a real jewel in a suggestive architectural context. The warm indoor pool, with soft lights and marble details, is perfect for relaxing after a day to explore the city. Water is kept at an ideal temperature, and hydromassage seats help dissolve any muscle tension.
The Turkish bathroom is spacious, clean and equipped with a aromaterapy system that makes the experience even more sensory. Heat and covering vapours, combined with natural essences, promote deep purification of the skin and a general sense of regeneration. Even those who are not used to this type of treatment will be pleasantly surprised and reinforced.
The Finnish sauna completes wellness experience in an excellent way. After a few minutes inside it, you feel a feeling of light and wellness hardly describeable. There is also a relaxing area with tisane and fresh fruit, perfect to finish the path.
The staff is always careful and discreet, ready to meet every need with professionalism. In short, the Palace of Belezia is not just a hotel, but a real luxury and quiet home. I strongly advise those who seek exclusive and regenerative experience in the heart of Torino.

GGuest UserWe only stayed one night, but we're eager to return. The hotel is simple, clean, and traditional, with lots of games and books for our child. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was simple but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. We didn't skip dinner, but I noticed a good selection of wines.

The design of the hotel itself is very good, there is a sense of quality, the room is very spacious, and the snowy mountains can be seen from the window. But the fly in the ointment is the bathroom, the shower room can't block the water, it is easy to make the bathroom full of water, very embarrassing.
