A five star hotel close to all major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants, caffe and wine bars within ten minutes walk. Great hotel and good value for money. Front desk service is excellent but not so in the breakfast restaurant. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Cheguei no dia em que todas as ruas estavam fechadas para um evento de ciclismo, então tive que estacionar meu carro a 3 km do hotel e caminhar pela floresta para chegar até ele com uma bagagem de 25 kg. Eles não enviaram nenhum e-mail ou sequer ligaram avisando sobre isso. Além disso, o serviço do restaurante foi péssimo. Jantei lá e o garçom estava visivelmente embriagado, esquecendo meus pedidos e ainda me cobrando o menu completo quando eu só havia pedido um prato. 30 euros no total. A comida também estava muito ruim. Para piorar, me cobraram 4,50 euros por algo que chamaram de taxa municipal. Definitivamente uma experiência ruim. Nunca mais voltarei a este hotel.

Fantastic hotel for the price. A little out of the city centre but clean and great facilities

My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Este é um hotel de suítes semelhante a um apart-hotel. A decoração é relativamente nova e de certo nível, provavelmente de um hotel quatro estrelas. Os quartos são muito espaçosos, com uma suíte principal, cozinha, sala de jantar e sala de estar. A cozinha está totalmente equipada com utensílios, incluindo micro-ondas, forno e fogão elétrico. O café da manhã também é muito farto. O custo-benefício é muito bom. Conhecemos um funcionário da recepção que estudou em Qingdao, na China. Ele foi muito acolhedor e se comunicou conosco em chinês. O serviço foi excelente e ele nos ajudou a resolver alguns problemas, como encontrar bons restaurantes. Este hotel é uma boa opção para uma parada durante uma viagem pela Europa.

This is a lovely hotel with a superb pool overlooking the lake with spectacular views. It’s popular with tourists groups so breakfast can get busy but the location and pool are hard to beat. We had a superior room with partial lake view which in reality meant we overlooked a building site but we didn’t spend much time in our room anyway. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

We had a problem to take the keys to the room because we arrived late. Tke keys didn't work The breakfast is very good The SPA is minimalistic

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.
