I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable.
However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time.
The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement.
On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.

O hotel era bom e a localização também é boa.
Mas as piores partes são:-
1. Os horários de piscina são limitados.
2. Você só Pode obter toalhas e outros kits essenciais depois de perguntar.
3. Eles não fornecem qualquer Tipo de louça ou desmontável se você pedir fora.
4.O Pessoal de recepção deles era demasiado pobre e incooperativo.
Pelo Menos eles devem fornecer alguns bowls ou algo assim.

The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

Amazing stay!
Excellent staff, always ready to help definitely made our stay very warm and comfortable
Breakfast had a good selection of food
Freshly made paratha, masala omelette, puri and many of other dishes.
Hotel was clean

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

It was a great experience to stay at this property. The staff across the departments is very congenial. Good people to talk on informal topics. Rita, Shrikrishna, Samaresh, Priyanka & Rajiv were very forthcoming in supporting on all the needs.
Mr Sunil Jain from Rajoo Engineers was kind enough to enable this fulfilling stay.

As i use IHG Holiday Inn Brand internationaly and i booked forst time in Zirakpur i love the service they guys provide staff were helpfull and friendly everything is near by if you guys want to do shopping or night out this is the best place to stay in so what to think for plan ahead to stay Holiday Inn chandigarh next time 🥂 cheers🤙

From the moment we arrived at Welcomhotel ITC Amritsar, we were greeted with a warm and heartfelt welcome that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile.
We were celebrating our honeymoon, and to our delight, our room was beautifully decorated for the occasion. It was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious — a perfect haven for relaxation and celebration.
Dinner was an absolute highlight — a true 5-star experience. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Chef Jaspal, whose culinary skills made our meal unforgettable. The dining staff were extremely attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout.
The pool area was equally impressive — clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. We also greatly appreciated the late checkout, which allowed us some extra time to relax and enjoy the hotel’s excellent facilities.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our stay special. Having stayed in many hotels in Amritsar over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms with quality toiletries. Bedding was very comfortable. Service was excellent on all departments, food and breakfast was great

GGuest UserOurs was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement.
The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside.
Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

GGuest UserThe hotel had its pros and cons. While the food was delicious and the room was clean, the location was marred by a nearby drainage issue. The room interior and rooftop pool were great, but bird nesting caused disturbances. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was nice, making for a mostly enjoyable stay.

JJasvinder SinghStayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should. The clean is cleaned daily. At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only … there are options of fresh fruit, parotha’s, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices. Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious. There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance. Overall it was a good stay.

PPANCHALWe stayed here for 2 days and booked total 3 rooms. Overall experience was amazing. Rooms are big and beautiful. They were clean and well organised. Each and every staff member was humble and helpful.
The pool experience was really good. Best thing for my boy. He was very happy. The view from our room was amazing. Even from roof top you will witness thee beauty of Amritsar.
We had breakfast here and special appreciation for food/restaurant staff. They were a great host. Again it was a great experience. I totally enjoyed my stay here and would definitely love to come back

GGuest UserThe moment we reached, there were some small issues which I think the hotel staff should have addressed before hand. Like the exhaust in the wahroom was not working, the Air Con was not cooling well so we had to give them multiple follow ups to resolve while our stay. Other wise, the breakfast spread was nice, lot of food options and it was tasty as well. They made sure to serve the hot food, staff was also nice. They cater your special requests if you have while you dine your breakfast.
