O ar condicionado não é potente, e o cartão do quarto muitas vezes não pode ser passado para abrir a porta, mas tudo o resto está bem! Há uma parada de ônibus em frente ao hotel, que pode chegar diretamente ao centro da cidade e à estação ferroviária.

É limpo e o lobby do hotel é agradável. O quarto e o banheiro são limpos. A água do box escoa um pouco devagar, mas no geral é boa. Chinelos, escovas de dente, escovas de cabelo e roupões de banho são fornecidos mediante solicitação. A piscina não é bonita, mas está tudo bem. A sauna é boa. O café da manhã também é bom.

Os quartos são espaçosos, a cama é razoável, mas ainda assim é um bom hotel e bar, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. A única desvantagem é a falta de uma promoção combinada com crianças grátis no café da manhã, o que significa que isso reduzirá o número de famílias que visitam o hotel.

The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.

Este é um hotel relativamente bom.É muito confortável para ficar.A sala está bem decorada e grande.Também tem uma banheira.A água na banheira enche-se muito rapidamente. A decoração também é muito boa, o lobby é bem desenhado e fica perto da bagunça.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. I asked in an email about early check in which is why I booked that hotel - the email outlined the charge but was not specific in saying before 10 am was another night charge. Wish hotel policy was clearer. Arriving at 05:30, and having to sit in the lobby for hours after 15 hours of flying was unacceptable.

Wir waren auf der Rückfahrt aus dem Urlaub und wollten abends in einem besonderen Restaurant essen und danach nicht bis nach Hause fahren.  Gesucht haben wir ein Hotel mit Pool und da sticht das Best Western Plus ins Auge.  Der Preis mit 72€ ist kaum zu schlagen und daher haben wir gebucht. Im Auto las meine Frau dann Bewertungen und hoffte das die sich nicht bewahrheiten, denn auf ein lautes und schmutziges Zimmer hatte sie keine Lust.  Als wir ankamen sah es von außen vollkommen ok aus und drinnen wie ein typisches 4 Sterne Business Hotel. Der Empfang war nett und kompetent, wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass die Standardzimmer zur Bahnstrecke ( die verläuft direkt hinter dem Hotel) liegen, was uns aber nicht stört. Das Parken im Parkhaus ist mit 18€ vollkommen ok und ja schon fast günstig. Ein vorab gestellter Wunsch so hoch wie möglich und so weit weg wie möglich vom Fahrstuhl wurde zu 100% entsprochen und wir bekamen das letzte Zimmer (745) im Flur und in der 7 Etage 👍 Das Zimmer war penibel sauber, und sah wirklich toll, fast neu aus.  Dann schnell umgezogen und in die 8 Etage wo der Pool und der Wellnessbereich liegt.  Es war auch dort alles ohne Beanstandung, der ganze Wellnessbereich wirkte neu und da niemand da war, konnten wir uns austoben und hatten den großen Pool und die Sauna Bereich für uns.  Es gibt an diesem Hotel nichts aber auch nichts zu meckern. Wir können die zum Teil schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen🤔  Wenn ich ein Hotel an einer Bahnverbindung auswähle, darf ich mich nicht wundern, wenn Züge fahren🤔  Klar ist es lauter aber mit geschlossenem Fenster locker zu Händeln und wer mag, nimmt eben ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite. Wir wurden direkt darüber informiert und hätten wechseln können, der Mitarbeiter war kompetent und sehr freundlich. Für mich ist dieses Hotel eine klare Empfehlung

A parte Mais confortável Da minha viagem é fácil, o hotel está limpo e bem equipado, o pequeno-almoço é bom com várias opções diferentes, a localização está a pé de várias marcas. Muito poucos contadores de check-in, então se você correr EM UMA viagem enquanto você check-in, então é um pouco de espera.
