The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walking to the nearest Nanmen Metro Station, just one stop from the Erdaoqiao Station leading to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious, carpeted and the bed is comfortable. We were greeted with fruit platter and Chinese tea with beautiful tea set when we checked into our room. We had a good view of the city and the surrounding snow-capped mountains can be seen from the window. However, the television set can be better positioned for ease of watching from the bed. The front desk served by Guzalnut and Paziliya, were very helpful and warm. Thank you for the great service.

The room was fantastic! It was a private villa with two pools, one outdoors and one in the bathroom. Both were spacious enough to comfortably fit three or four adults. My parents, who are frequent hot spring-goers, immediately recognized the familiar sulfur smell when they turned on the hot spring water and raved about it. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring while it was snowing was incredibly relaxing. The complimentary goodnight milk was also a nice touch. And they even had yak meat and matsutake mushrooms for breakfast, which were absolutely delicious!

I visited the Caucasus during the National Day holiday and needed to transit through Urumqi. I arrived a day early and booked this hotel. I checked in quite late, but the room was reserved exactly as requested in my notes. Overall, the room was clean, bright, and fully smart-enabled. It even came with a bathtub liner, a mini-bar, welcome snacks, and yogurt, which was a fantastic experience. The bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was decent. All the front desk staff were proactive and friendly. I pre-booked airport transfer, which was very convenient, and Ru Zi Wu Xiu Er from housekeeping even helped with my luggage. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Urumqi specifically for a visit.

A truly wonderful stay that exceeded all expectations! We stayed in different hotels in Tashkurgan County over three days, and only Snow Crown deserves a full five-star rating! Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated. Turn right outside and you'll be right on the Panlong Ancient Trail, the Khunjerab Pass, and the various attractions of the Wakhan Corridor. A key point is that there's a gas station right at the door. Travelers should definitely choose a hotel close to a gas station; there are no gas stations along the way to the attractions, so be sure to fill up before setting off. Outside the window, the wetlands and snow-capped mountains offer breathtaking views. Even at night, when there aren't any sandstorms, you can see the stars. Attentive Service: Of the three hotels we stayed at, only Snow Crown had the concierge take the initiative to help with our luggage from the moment we got off the bus. The front desk staff, both Tajik men and women, spoke fluent Chinese and asked if we were traveling for pleasure or business, and recommended itineraries. They also helped us carry our luggage to the car upon check-out and gave us a gift. Room Cleanliness: The room was larger than expected, very clean and tidy, with no odors. Besides the oxygen machine, it also had a humidifier, which is incredibly important for mainland travelers. The room's toiletries were all disposable Chando products, not the kind that come in refillable bottles. They were genuine and smelled great. Two face masks were also provided with the room. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was strong, making for a very comfortable shower. Full Facilities: There was a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use them. The laundry room was especially noteworthy, with more than double the number of machines compared to other hotels. There was also a free billiards room and karaoke. In the evening, you could choose between Chinese food or yak hotpot, both conveniently located right outside the hotel. The breakfast was more varied and delicious than at other hotels. This trip was made even better by choosing this hotel. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location is very convenient with many restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was abundant, and it offers great value for money. Jerry's butler service, in particular, is a model that many star-rated hotels should emulate. His responses were prompt, his demeanor appropriate, and he provided comprehensive assistance. From recommending routes and guides before check-in to facilitating our needs during our stay and ensuring a warm and thoughtful departure process, we were truly impressed. However, there are still some areas that need improvement. Firstly, the hotel still feels a bit new. The elevator had a strong smell, and after spending some time in the room, my allergies flared up, making me suspect dust mites (or perhaps it was just too dry). Additionally, the room was too hot for this time of year. We could only open a few windows, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The air conditioning, even on its lowest setting, only blew hot air. We were wearing down jackets outdoors, but inside, even without clothes, it was unbearable. I suggest adjusting the central air conditioning to a more suitable temperature. I must highly commend the hotel breakfast – it was plentiful and truly exceptional. It's a must-try!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. A taxi to Tuancheng and the museum is only about 2 km and costs 8 yuan. The room was spacious, and the stay was quite relaxing. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but the quality was adequate. These are the positives, and the hotel is highly recommended (the supermarket downstairs is a significant plus). The room interior was a bit dated, for example: the carpet was dirty, cigarette butts and other debris were hidden under the bed, the walls were damaged, the wall sockets were old, there were no hangers in the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathroom had a pungent, pungent odor (perhaps this isn't a common problem; I rented three rooms and only felt that one was more severe). The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent. Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow. Also, the souvenirs included in the booking package didn't match the pictures. They weren't coasters, but mouse pads and cardboard signs with the hotel logo. This wasn't a pleasant experience, and authenticity and trust are key. Based on the price/performance, location, ambiance, and space, I still recommend this hotel. After all, we don't stay here to socialize. A quiet and reasonably clean place is fine.

My biggest worry about the high altitude was lack of oxygen, especially since it was my first time there. The room at Banlan had 24-hour oxygen supply, so I slept soundly until dawn without any problems. The room's details were even more surprising: a smart toilet, an air humidifier, and even face masks. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I've stayed at this hotel more than anyone else. The bathroom glass door wasn't even wet. The most amazing thing was that the carpets in the public areas and corridors were vacuumed daily. The newly renovated hotel had no unpleasant odors. The front desk service was exceptional; they treated guests like family and were incredibly welcoming. They even gave me special advice on things to be aware of at high altitudes, as if they understood me perfectly. It's a truly perfect hotel, and I would easily recommend it to anyone.

OMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter. It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue. Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance. The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur. After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience. It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty.
