位置和交通非常便利，距離火車站打車衹需幾分鐘，周邊吃飯逛街都很方便。其次要重點誇誇服務。從前台到保潔阿姨，每一位員工都面帶微笑。辦理入住時，前台小姐姐看我們帶着孩子，主動免費升級了房型，還送了小朋友小童牙刷，小童拖鞋，特別暖心。因為要趕早班機，退房時前台小姐姐還貼心地準備了打包好的早餐，這種細節真的讓人感動。房間設施也無可挑剔。房間比想象中寬敞，床品非常柔軟乾淨，潔癖患者表示很安心。衞生間的乾濕分離設計很合理，淋浴出熱水很快，洗浴用品是大牌，香味很高級，住着很舒服。早餐也很豐盛，可以給現煮麪條和煎蛋，滿足全家人的口味。最後提一下衞生情況，角落都一塵不染，空氣裏還有淡淡的香氛味，住着很放心。總之，這次盲選的酒店完全沒有踩雷，無論是商務出差還是家庭出遊都很適合。強烈安利給要來這裏的朋友們！

The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walking to the nearest Nanmen Metro Station, just one stop from the Erdaoqiao Station leading to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious, carpeted and the bed is comfortable. We were greeted with fruit platter and Chinese tea with beautiful tea set when we checked into our room. We had a good view of the city and the surrounding snow-capped mountains can be seen from the window. However, the television set can be better positioned for ease of watching from the bed. The front desk served by Guzalnut and Paziliya, were very helpful and warm. Thank you for the great service.

Only 小黄 front desk is good, others legit cmi.. my wife go ask for bellboy cart, no one bother to help at all.. wts, we are foreigner sure got luggage nobody bother to help after almost an hour until my wife ask for cart to bring luggage up and nobody care till i got piss off and asked for 退房. Totally ********, but thanks 小黄. Willing to upgrade us for free but i decline and paid for the upgrade room, thanks alot. P.S. Travel alot in china, not just a stopover for few days in urumqi but bringing my whole families to stay if the hotel is good as they keen in travelling in xinjiang in future.
