It might have been due to the May Day holiday rush, but the hotel's cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were leftover food stains on the table right inside the entrance. However, after contacting the front desk, they promptly arranged for cleaning and even offered two complimentary breakfasts, which was a very timely solution. The location is excellent, very close to Pang Dong Lai Angel City store. The parking lot is connected, which is a great convenience. When we left Pang Dong Lai, the hotel helped us input our license plate number so we didn't have to pay any additional parking fees.

Esta foi a segunda vez que me hospedei neste hotel e parece que não será a última. O hotel está idealmente localizado no coração do distrito comercial central, com todos os seus restaurantes, parques e acesso ao lago Ruyi, além de fácil acesso ao transporte público – você pode pegar o metrô para qualquer área da cidade, bem como para o aeroporto ou ambas as estações ferroviárias. Excelente serviço na recepção e nos quartos, uma boa seleção de pratos para o café da manhã e, claro, vistas deslumbrantes das janelas.

位置：酒店位置在新鄉東區，離高鐵站挺近，酒店門前停車也方便，距離三胖很近，大概3公里。 環境：房間環境整潔，空間很大，裝修現代，全屋智能化，普通大床房這個價位遠超預期。 服務：酒店小姐姐耐心解釋有問必答，早餐種類豐富，品質在線。 最後：非常推薦！

Por razões que não são o nosso controlo, temos de ficar Mais UMA noite EM Luoyang.Sem hesitação, temos de voltar a reservar o Luoyang International Hotel.Ficámos felizes que o Mesmo Pessoal de recepção Vicky nos aplaudisse com o Sorriso e a acolhimento quente. Vicky é muito familiar e rápido no controlo no procedimento.  Encontramos o quarto de hotel em condições imaculadas, tudo inspotível, e passamos tempo no Salão executivo que serviu bebidas não alcoólicas e bebidas alcoólicas com snacks leves.  Ficámos muito felizes por ficarmos duas noites no total.

A estadia era muito confortável.O hotel é Muito bonito e limpo.As quartos são Muito espaçosos e o banheiro era incrível. Referência especial ao senhor deputado Aaron na recepção frontal, que nos ajudou com os nossos bilhetes de companhia aérea, porque o pessoal da companhia aérea não conseguiu entender o nosso inglês. Uma coisa que devem melhorar é a rotulagem dos alimentos no pequeno-almoço, uma vez que é uma cadeia internacional que devem considerar essa rotulagem para os convidados internacionais. Na minha opinião, as etiquetas devem explicar correctamente os ingredientes ou o conteúdo do prato.

I love the rooms. I love the place but the problem is they promise with the heat and air conditioning. The rooms are too hot. They need to keep a little more maintenance. Keep everything running in good condition. But Got a great atmosphere for the rooms. It’s a you that needs to be BETTER maintained .. could be perfect ..!

O quarto era muito bom, mas muito frio. Pedimos ao hotel um cobertor e eles nos deram um aquecedor portátil que funcionou bem. O buffet de café da manhã tinha bastante variedade, mas no domingo, quando estava lotado, o hotel não repôs a comida que faltava, mesmo faltando 45 minutos para o fim. O serviço foi muito atencioso com as bebidas e a louça suja. Na segunda manhã, saímos para tomar café da manhã com a placa ”por favor, não perturbe” na porta do quarto, mas o serviço de quarto entrou e limpou o quarto. É um bom serviço, mas a equipe deveria respeitar a decisão do hóspede de entrar no quarto.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

住之前，住的過程中，退房以後四個小時內，沒有任何人告知，房間裏的拖鞋不能帶走，拖鞋上也沒任何的標註。今天從胖東來回到酒店車裡已經是退房後3個小時左右或者是四個小時了，開車去了另外一個酒店，多虧沒上高速，突然來電話，強制加微信讓交錢買下拖鞋。還各種刁鑽的解釋，比如她説在房間指南里有寫不能帶走拖鞋。這個女的，太厲害了。我説了，讓他們領導過來拿，因為他們的疏忽，造成了這個事情，又不合時宜的有個所謂員工要求加個人微信，給她轉錢。都孬成這樣子了，竟然會發生在許昌。來許昌幾次，不管是網約車出租車還是本地其他朋友，介紹美食，幫忙少些彎路，還有很多其他的，真是暖心。沒想到這次來會碰上這件事。
