The hotel facilities was great. The room had everything you would need for a complete stay with kitchen and washing facilities right in your room. There was a convenience store just right beside the main lobby for everything that you might need. Was also surprised to see a real big indoor swimming pool facility at the end of the hotel. Location was right Infront of the scenic area so it's just a short walk to where you can rent bikes to ride around the park. A special note goes to the hotel lobby staff Lisa Li who was super helpful and checked on whether I needed any assistance daily throughout my stay.

This time, the hot spring room we stayed in with the kids was absolutely perfect. It came with a private hot tub, offering excellent privacy, so we didn't have to worry about disturbances. We could soak in the hot spring and enjoy the surrounding greenery – it was so tranquil and comfortable. The room decor was elegant and cozy, the bedding was soft, and the overall environment was clean and tidy, allowing for complete relaxation. The biggest surprise was the hotel's kids' activity center; it completely captured my child's heart! Indoors, there's a craft area, a music and reading room, and a ball pit. Outdoors, there's a sandpit, a climbing area, and a small vegetable garden. The variety of activities is incredibly rich: kids can do crafts, play instruments, and even experience watering plants and gardening – it's full of creativity. My child had a blast playing there, and adults didn't have to worry about entertaining them. Additionally, the Chinese restaurant's offerings were superb. It specializes in authentic Cantonese cuisine, with fresh and genuine ingredients, and the dishes were exquisite and delicious. The hotel's overall service was attentive, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's super suitable for both family vacations with kids and relaxing getaways. It has already been added to our list for a second visit!

This is my fourth stay at the Swissotel Foshan this year, and the service quality is excellent! The hotel is centrally located, with a bus stop right downstairs and easy access to Zumiao subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk knew my daughter was returning and specially arranged for us to be on the same floor, making communication easier, and our room was upgraded – fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Now, I come almost every day for afternoon tea at Seasons Restaurant, truly experiencing the warm care provided by Swissotel. ❤️❤️

Our stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was excellent. The shuttle bus service to and from the various parks was frequent, making travel arrangements flexible and convenient. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room layout was well-designed and spacious. The king-size bed was comfortably firm, and the children's bed came with safety rails, which was reassuring. The bathroom had a children's bathtub set and special toiletries for kids, thoughtful details that we appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, hot water supply was plentiful, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, providing a smooth user experience. The dining options were extensive and consistently good. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, from delicious Chinese congee to Western pastries. The ingredients at the Sea View Restaurant for dinner were fresh, and the pricing was reasonable. The cartoon-shaped pastries and tableware specially prepared for children were a big hit with our kids. The hotel's recreational facilities were excellent. The Water World had a dedicated and fun children's area; the indoor heated pool provided a comfortable environment; the 24-hour dolphinarium, combined with scheduled educational talks, was both entertaining and educational; and the children's playground facilities were well-maintained. The service was very satisfying. The butler service was responsive and effective in helping us plan our itinerary and make reservations. Room cleaning was meticulous, and the staff were friendly. Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

My last stay at this particular Z Hotel chain was in Tianjin, and the Guangzhou one is definitely more aesthetically pleasing. Many rooms have their own unique charm, and I found myself sleeping really well after a long day. They even provided coffee, and the quality was quite good. Remember to check out the first floor; unfortunately, I didn't have time for it. The lobby on the first floor is absolutely stunning, decorated in green with a lovely Christmas vibe. If you're here for a business trip, I'd suggest eating out for breakfast instead of at the hotel.

Coming to Foshan to buy furniture, Sofitel was a must! I originally planned to stay two days, but ended up extending my stay daily because the furniture malls in Foshan are truly enormous, and two days simply isn't enough to explore them all. My top choice for Sofitel was first and foremost its location – it's the official hotel of the Louvre Furniture Mall, with the mall directly on the first floor. You step out of the elevator and start shopping! Secondly, it's about a 10-minute drive to other surrounding furniture malls. Thirdly, the hotel is very clean, and the restaurant is also very spacious and spotless. Special thanks to manager Jia Cong for upgrading me to a French luxury room! Five-star rating!

The hotel is located on the northwestern side of Shamian Island, right by the river. It's very close to Huangsha subway station, just a few minutes' walk, making transportation very convenient. However, some of the sidewalks on the island are paved with uneven bricks, which can be challenging if you have luggage. Directly across from the hotel's back entrance are restaurants like Qiao Mei Jia, making it easy to queue for meals. To the north of Shamian Island, you can cross a pedestrian bridge to reach Link Plaza, which offers a wide variety of dining options and a Yonghui Supermarket. It's very convenient for shopping, dining, and leisure. **Environment:** For this trip, I booked a river-view room on the 8th floor. The river view outside the window was stunning. I was lucky to have great weather during my two-day stay and even caught a beautiful sunset, which made me very happy. The front desk is on the second floor. Because the hotel also houses many restaurants open to the public and has a waterfall and landscape feature, the first and second floors were very crowded and noisy, with a lot of people traffic and a somewhat chaotic atmosphere. The guest floors, however, were relatively quiet. The room faced an art center across the river. There seemed to be performances at night, which generated a lot of noise and flashing spotlights, significantly disturbing my rest. **Facilities:** The room was well-equipped with a sofa, writing instruments, a desk lamp, and a bathtub. The toilet had a retrofitted smart bidet seat. The overall room layout was sensible, with excellent natural light and an open feel. **Hygiene:** The cleaning was very thorough. The room was cleaned twice a day, and toiletries were promptly replaced, which I was very satisfied with. **Service:** From check-in to check-out, all the staff I encountered were very friendly and proactively greeted me. However, on the first day, the TV connection wasn't working, and after calling for service, there was no response for over an hour. This doesn't quite align with a five-star hotel standard, although the staff who eventually came to fix it were very pleasant. They also delivered two cookies daily as a turndown treat. Overall, the hotel is quite good. Aside from needing more attention to service and soundproofing, there weren't many major issues. I would definitely choose to stay at White Swan Hotel again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

Had a really good stay here. Walkable from Guangzhou East train station, where you can take the High Speed Rail to many cities like Hong Kong and Chaozhou, where I took day trips out to. Breakfast was abundant with east and west varieties. Totally delish, as dim sum options change everyday. Had the opportunity to try out the massage - had deep tissue body and facial. Bliss. The Shangri-La brand is always trustworthy, and Shangri-La Shenzhen is conveniently located. It's just a 2-minute walk from Exit 10 of Futian High-Speed Railway Station. You can also walk to Link City, Ping An Finance Center, Huangting Plaza, and One Avenue in about 3-8 minutes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I always stay at this hotel whenever I'm on a business trip.

The bathroom mirror is gorgeous, haha, perfect for taking photos! **Ambiance:** Very strong Christmas vibe, beautifully decorated. The ground floor also has Christmas decorations. **Service:** Both the aunties and the front desk staff were very polite. **Cleanliness:** Clean and tidy, pretty good.
