However, when we were checking in, the girl at the reception informed us that we only made the reservation for a couple and that children were not included... I don't know if the problem was with the hotel or with TRIP as it still avoids embarrassment as the reservation was made with the correct number of guests. The Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired... it almost doesn't work! Ah, the toilet in the room (65) is terrible! To carry out our needs, we sat without support, because I don't know what kind of engineering it was, we sat and stood on our toes! Very high and extremely low sink… but overall it was good and I would go back…

We love stay at the Portal Pousada da Concha! From the reception, all very educated and attentive, very well-hygienized and organised accommodation, delicious breakfast, everything perfect! Unlike other hosting experiences, everything we saw in the photos of the Portal Hostel of Concha was exactly the same personally . Superou as nossas expectativas! Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.
