⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Este hotel é satisfatório em todos os aspectos: café da manhã, equipe atenciosa, localização e quarto confortável. *Café da manhã A variedade era ampla e deliciosa. O cardápio apresentava pratos de alta qualidade e com ótima apresentação. *Equipe A equipe foi gentil e prestou um excelente atendimento. No nosso último dia, eles providenciaram um transporte barato do hotel até um supermercado, o que foi muito útil. *Localização A estação de metrô fica a uma curta distância a pé, tornando a localização conveniente. *Quarto Todas as comodidades foram fornecidas, o chuveiro tinha boa pressão de água e água quente disponível todos os dias. Também recomendo o serviço de traslado do Aeroporto de Dhaka para o hotel. Com certeza me hospedaria neste hotel novamente quando visitar Dhaka.

Останавливались на 2 ночи, отель очень уютный и красивый. Завтраки просто великолепные, хотелось попробовать все. Но есть один минус о котором не предупреждают заранее. Большинство номеров имеют смежные двери из-за чего слышимость становится ужасной. Вечером было прекрасно слышно как в соседнем номере звонит телефон и кашель человека. Рано утром пришлось вскочить с кровати и ударить по смежной двери поскольку человек очень громко включил телевизор. Это конечно немного испортило впечатление об отдыхе

Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention. Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.

Average rating of service. Mosquitos was the biggest problem. Friendly staff. Was expecting a little more from a 4 star Hotel. Excellent location. Overall good but not great.

The staff in this hotel are the most professional and courteous I’ve ever encountered especially Salahuddin and Amin. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Bed and bed linen was very comfortable. Gym and pool facilities are very good. Only complaints are was the front desk staff insisting we register with IHG in order to get wifi, this was at 3am after arriving from the airport from a long flight and also the temperature in the room could not be controlled so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at times.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.
