We had a wonderful stay at Grande Hotel Macao. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overlall, the service, facilities, and overall were truly satisfying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Macau. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and comfortable, and very clean. The suite has a balcony, two toilets, a washing machine, and a stovetop, which is super convenient. The staff are all very warm and friendly. When I checked in, I requested a quiet room, and both rooms they gave me were quiet and comfortable. The view from the room is truly beautiful and healing. There's no entertainment center inside the hotel, but there's a supermarket on the first floor where you can buy some food and daily necessities. It's just a few minutes' walk to catch a bus, making it convenient to go anywhere. The shuttle service seems to be hourly, but there are also ** cars nearby that make getting to the gate very easy, or you can take a bus. There are some downsides, though. Calling for delivery at night was very quick, but in the morning and afternoon, the phone lines were unreachable. I had to go to the hallway to find the cleaning staff, but the aunties were very quick and had super good attitudes.

The room facilities were a bit dated, but very clean, and the towels were of good quality. All the basic amenities were provided, including a phone charger, mini-fridge, iron, and hairdryer. We booked a sea view room, and the view from the window was great, though it rained both days we were there, which was a shame as it would have been even prettier. The hotel breakfast offered fresh ingredients and a rich variety, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. Even the jam for the bread was homemade, and the juice was high quality. From the front desk to the baggage services, gym, and spa, the hotel staff provided excellent service. The gym was small but had basic equipment, and the swimming pool was outdoors. The massage therapist at the spa was from the Philippines; I highly recommend Michelle, she was fantastic (I got a promotional deal: 60 minutes for MOP 599 including service charge, plus tax, so the total was MOP 680-something, originally MOP 890). When leaving, the concierge helped call a taxi, but the waiting time was a bit long, especially in the rain. The hotel is located in the old town, within walking distance of attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, the souvenir street, and St. Lazarus Quarter. There's a 'Geng Ji Dim Sum' right outside the hotel; if you cross the street and turn right, it's delicious and affordable – highly recommended. Also, the ice cream shop in the picture is excellent. Macau is small, and I recommend experiencing local transportation. This time, I unlocked the public transport mode. You can enable overseas travel on Alipay, search for Macau, and use the travel code to scan and pay for rides, which are a flat MOP 6. For the light rail, you need to buy tickets at the counter; scanning is not an option.

This stay was truly a more-than-five-star experience! When I booked this hotel, I thought it would be a typical hotel, but to my surprise, it exceeded my expectations after checking in. If I ever come to Macau again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel! **Facilities:** I stayed in a sea-view room with a balcony that offered direct ocean views – the scenery was absolutely stunning! It's really hard to find a hotel with a balcony in Macau. The hotel also has an outdoor heated swimming pool and a hot tub, and there's even a sauna in the changing rooms, so you can fully enjoy yourself even in winter! The hotel's decor is incredibly luxurious, making you feel like you're living in a palace, and the facilities all seem well-maintained. **Breakfast:** Breakfast is served at the hotel's Parisian restaurant and is a buffet with a diverse selection. You can also order noodles, sandwiches, and omelets made to order on the spot, and they taste pretty good. What's more, they even offer ice cream for breakfast, which is really special! If you choose not to eat at the hotel, there are plenty of 'cha chaan teng' (local diners) and other restaurants just across the road, some even open 24 hours! **Transportation:** The hotel is located right in Fisherman's Wharf, particularly close to Casino Oceanus and Sands, so you can take their shuttle buses from Gongbei Port to get near the hotel. There's also a bus stop not far from the hotel, so transportation is incredibly convenient. If you need a taxi, the hotel concierge can even help you call one. **Service:** The hotel staff's service attitude is genuinely excellent – very warm, thoughtful, and makes you feel right at home!

I really loved the blinds! The location is fantastic! My stay in Macau was amazing this time. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The amenities were complete, and the toiletries were high-quality, showing great attention to detail. The front desk and room service were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with a wonderful ambiance, and it offered great value for money. I had a truly fantastic stay! I usually stay in Taipa, but this time I chose Harbourview Hotel since I was visiting the Grand Prix Museum the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised. Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading me to a suite – the room was incredibly spacious, and most importantly, it was spotless and well-maintained. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Macau. It's super convenient; you can take the Sands shuttle and just cross the road, or use public transport as there's a bus stop right opposite the hotel. There are water dispensers in the hallway, though only cold water, which was perfectly fine.

It was the best boutique hotel I ever experienced. We stayed 4days3nights there. Fast check-in, friendly staff especially Selene who help us with the check-in process, she gave the room that I request-high floor, near lift& room with a view of Macao tower. Selene handed out 2 roses for us. 🥰🥰🥰Such a sweet gesture. Fullly equiped hotel with AI toilet bowl, Dyson hair dryer, coffee machine & complimentary nail clipper. There is paid laundry area with iron& resting area with microwave& complimentary oats&tea! Hotel S even gave us a complimentary photo at their rooftop bar as a memory with Macau tower as a background. Overall, my stay at the Pousada de Sao Tiago in Macau was quite good. The hotel's setting is very unique, built into a hillside with a rich historical atmosphere. The terrace offers great views of the river and city skyline, providing a quiet and relaxing, resort-like feel. Both the architecture and the courtyard have a strong Portuguese influence, making for excellent photo opportunities. On the first night, we did encounter an unexpected issue: a leaking ceiling in our room caused a power outage. However, the front desk and maintenance team responded incredibly quickly. Staff arrived promptly to address the problem, maintaining a professional and patient demeanor throughout. Although it was late and we were quite tired, the entire resolution process was handled smoothly and efficiently. The next morning, the hotel manager personally apologized and arranged for us to change rooms, also offering a complimentary afternoon tea set as compensation. This demonstrated the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Our subsequent stay proceeded without any further issues. Overall, despite the unforeseen incident, the hotel team's service attitude and problem-solving efficiency were commendable. The staff were all very competent. If you appreciate quiet, historic, and less-mainstream hotels, this place is definitely worth considering.

Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall. If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel both times I've visited Macau. The environment is lovely, away from the casinos, and it's great value for money. You get direct views of the sea-crossing bridge. However, transportation isn't very convenient. When I was leaving, a taxi I'd ordered was taken by another guest, and I couldn't get another one. I ended up having to take a bus to the Grand Lisboa and then a taxi from there, almost missing my ferry back. The hotel's homemade egg tarts are delicious, sold on the ground floor, 60 for half a dozen.
