Pros: Check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast buffet was good. Bruce Sun was very attentive, efficient, friendly offering services during breakfast. He was out standing and deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Executive lounge happy hours was good Location is convenient and close to Ancient Culture streets Hai Riverside, Tianjin Eye, Debai temple, shopping malls Con,: room toilet did not flush properly and was blocked and the follow.up service was so so. We ordered room service at the executive lounge but service staff failed to deliver our food after 1 hour. Staff incl Service Manager tried their best to fix issue. Appreciated. Hotel shows signs of wear and tear.

Great experience here! Banyan Tree is a bit old but it is well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We love the buffet breakfast here. Near to major tourist areas like the ancient cultural street and Italian quarters. The night view of the river is stunning. Highly recommend and will come back here again if visiting. 😁

Was an impressive experience and stay here. Very friendly staff and helpful. Environment was on point and was a superb pack tourist location. Will surely come again during holiday. Convenient walking distance to food access, to tourist hotspots. Breakfast was rather impressive with diverse food options. Bed is tidy and neat, comfortable sleep and good rested nights. highly recommended :)

Check in was smooth, room size is adequate, , location is wonderful (for leisure). Breakfast spread was decent. Service is a little hard to rate. On one hand we enjoyed St Regis level of service from the front office (shout out to Mia for the thoughtful eye mask for the Mrs). On the other hand we had a less than pleasant experience during our dinner in the ground floor restaurant. The whole restaurant was staffed by a single waitress who I assume is a trainee (judging by her lack of menu knowledge, and disdemeanour) . I must add that she was polite but just out of her depth . Another point was, we were the only table occupied. Aside from the dinner experience , the overall stay was enjoyable. Just wondering why the hotel let an inexperienced staff man a whole restaurant .

The room was surprisingly spacious and the location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff were extremely patient and helpful throughout our stay, and the front desk team was especially friendly and welcoming. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, and some of the facilities felt a bit outdated. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked, and there was a noticeable damp smell coming from the toilet area. There were also some black spots around the bathtub that really need a more thorough cleaning. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great service and an amazing location, but the bathroom conditions definitely need attention.

This is a little hidden jewel in a busy section of Tianjing city. There are lots of nice surprises in our deluxe two beds room. Nice toilet feature, fridge, Xiaudu, automatic curtain control. The breakfast is very nice too. The front desk staffs are super helpful and friendly. We will come back for wonderful front desk personnel like them. 

I didnt know how big the room was. For this price the room is huge. The ”only” deluxe room is normal junior suite room size in other hotels. The funiture and the carpet is very old but for this size room and the view, I will book this hotel every time!

Our stay at the Conrad Tianjin was made incredibly special by the Executive Lounge team, and we'd like to particularly commend Manager Coco and Serina. Manager Coco went above and beyond by arranging a lovely birthday setup with thoughtful details and even customized birthday noodles for us – her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. Serina was attentive and meticulous throughout our time there, proactively refilling drinks, promptly clearing tables, and always greeting us with a warm smile. She made our lounge experience feel truly delightful. Their exceptional service perfectly embodies the high-end quality Conrad is known for and created wonderful memories for our birthday trip. And I have to say, the food at Conrad is consistently amazing; it's delicious every single time!

This Hampton by Hilton hotel is very strategically located in front of the train station and offers a beautiful view overlooking the Haihe River. With a short walk, you can cross the oldest iron bridge that faces the iconic clock in front of the intercity electric train station to the beautiful Haihe Culture Square. The location is truly excellent. We had breakfast every morning on the 51st floor, enjoying the spectacular view of Tianjin city. hotel facilities include laundry room (DIY), small gym and lobby for waiting room. The service from reception and housekeeping is also very friendly and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended for its facilities, service, and location.
