This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

O Lago Lawn é um belo resort com tanto trabalho a fazer sem sair do resort.As vistas do lago são incríveis, há 3 lugares diferentes para comer, uma enorme piscina interior e um tubo quente juntamente com duas grandes piscinas exteriores que não usamos devido ao seu início em Abril. No clima Mais quente, você Pode alugar caiaques, placas de paddle e até Mesmo barcos. Estamos certamente voltando para desfrutar das atividades de verão, mas também é incrível para o tempo mais frio, uma vez que o resort é tão grande com uma sala de jogos, piscina interior e restaurantes, você pode vestir as crianças sem sair do resort. A cidade de Delavan, com todas as necessidades básicas, como Walmart, Kohls, Floet Farm e muitos restaurantes, é apenas 15 minutos do centro do Lago Genebra para desfrutar de mais shoppings e restaurantes e apenas 3-4 minutos.

GGuest UserOur stay was actually nice. The only frustrating part is we had to come a day early for our stay due to bad weather coming Saturday night where we live & we had to be sure we could get home by Sunday. I spoke with the Trip.com gentleman and with me on the line he called the Delta hotel because I wanted to switch Saturday night to Thursday night due to bad weather coming. We were there to meet our new born granddaughter. After he spoke with Crystal, a customer service representative at Delta, he said everything will be fine, but I will need to make Thursday’s reservation directly with Delta reservations so he transferred me. Before he transferred me, I asked him if Saturday will be canceled and we will not have to pay. He said Delta Customerservice will take care of that so as I spoke to Crystal about it, she said you need to talk to Trip.com to get that taken care of because Trip.com does not refund, I told her I did talk to Trip.com and they told me that Delta will take care of it. And she said she would look into it so she transferred me to the reservation line and I made the reservation for Thursday, March 12. As we checked in, I brought this situation up and the gentleman at the front desk said to ask about it Friday morning because I had to check out then check back in. So Friday morning I went to the desk to discuss the situation and to check in again because this booking was through Trip.com. The manager was there and she explained to me that they don’t give a refund, but I explained to her that I talked to Trip.com and Crystal, from Delta and she said she would take care of it. To me taking care of it was canceling, and we would not have to pay for that extra day so the manager stated she would look into it. Saturday morning, as I checked out, Crystal was at the front desk and I went through the hole discussion again, and she did have something written down that she looked at, and she said we need to cancel through Trip.com the third-party reservation and that Delta will not refund us for Saturday night. I do understand the rules, but also as customer service from both Trip.com and Delta I would think because we’ve stayed Thursday night that we should not have to pay for Saturday night being that it was the same amount of nights. In the end we paid for a night that we did not stay therefore I feel either Delta or Trip.com got paid twice for that night cause I’m sure that room was taken by another customer, my hope is that we can be refunded for the Saturday night we were charged for and did not stay on top of this. We ended up paying more which I was fine to do being that we had to book through Delta for Thursday night, which I will always book directly with a hotel, and no longer a third-party since they do not consider blizzard weather a reason to get home. Please consider a refund for Saturday night. Thank you, Mindy Kottke.

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

The mattresses and pillows are a bit uncomfortable, so you may want to bring your own if you are a light sleeper. Overall: The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI is a good budget option for travelers looking for a clean and convenient place to stay, just 25 minutes drive to Downtown Madison. The location is excellent, the breakfast is okay, and the rooms are clean. However, the mattresses and pillows are a bit uncomfortable, so you may want to bring your own pillow if you are a light sleeper. Here are some additional details that I would want to share with potential guests: The hotel is located right off a major highway with easy access to Downtown area, airport and interstate to other major cities. The rooms are big, but they are functional and have everything you need for a short or long stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a fitness center and a indoor pool. Overall, I would recommend The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI to budget-minded travelers who are looking for a clean and convenient place to stay. GGuest UserI wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our  wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards.  Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues.  I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!       Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service  by these two men!

KKonstantinThe hotel has a swimming pool, but I didn't use it, which is why I cannot comment on it in more detail. However, I have seen some people using it. There was breakfast served every morning, but the selection was basic. I wish they had regular corn flakes for cereals in addition to the three other types. However, bagels, muffins, sausages and fried egg discs plus different juices are enough to give you strength for the start of the day. Here are the positives and negatives of this hotel: ++ Conveniently located near the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, CVTC and Marshfield Clinic. There are many restaurants and fast-food places around, and there is a bus stop close by, as well as a Kwik Trip gas station. + The room was cozy and clean. + The room had a futon and a good desk. - Wifi did not always work reliably; sometimes, I had to enter the credentials repeatedly after some time went by. -- Poor sound insulation: When someone walked above my room, it felt like that person was tramping. Fortunately, the guest above me moved out, but if you want silence, insist on a room on the second floor. Overall, I had a good time at the hotel, and the staff was friendly. I feel like it provides good value for money.

NNoel MarianoLocation, value, and facilities were great, but sadly things went a little downhill after check in. Check in process was smooth and the room was clean and welcoming. However, the next day when I was back in the afternoon, the maid would prop open the rooms with was working on with the deadbolt blocking the doors from closing. She would prop the doors open even if she was at the other end of the hall. This causes the door to the room next to mine to swing and bang loudly. Constantly, which was rough as I was on a zoom call in the morning and trying to rest afterward because my evening event. Then, at the morning of check out, I went to my car to put my bags away before checking out and the shuttle driver almost hit me as I was walking to the lobby because he was going very fast and was trying to swing into a parking spot in front of the lobby doors. He yelled at me from where was sitting and was gesturing wildly with his hands, I wasn't sure but I thought he gave me the finger. Finally, the woman at check out was very terse and rude as I tried to ask questions because I had an additional charge on my account--which she said was the hold for the days stayed, but I was charged 3 times for a 2 day stay. It wasn't until I called later in the evening (as she did not seem to have the patience to answer my questions) that I found out that they erroneously charged my card for another room (the invoice even says ”wrong card”). Everything was great until the second day. I would probably stay again for the convenience and value, but try to limit my interactions to with the staff at a minimum.

GGuest UserNice modern hotel but very poorly run. Nobody cleaned our room during our 7 day stay. The breakfast was dire; 2 days running there was no milk or bread in a state which has 1.26 million cows! The hotel has great facilities like a laundry and ice machines on each floor. It could be amazing and the bad parts have to be down to poor management. There was a strong smell of hydraulic fluid on the top floor and in the lifts. The staff looked like they really didn't want to be there, except a lovely lady called Lee on the front desk who was very sympathetic and friendly. Our mattress and pillows were hard and lumpy, well past their sell-by date. Both my wife and I suffered 7 nights with poor sleep quality and back pain. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper as there was none in the room. On the way to the airport after checking out, I received a notification that they had charged is an additional $150 with no reason given. When we checked out, we were told that their printer had brocken and they were unable to provide us with an invoice. They promised to email it to us, but 2 days later we still haven't received it. I would never stay in another Wyndham hotel.

GGuest UserNo frills hotel, meets the basic needs. First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on. By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did. The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine. The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton. Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby. For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet. We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

GGuest UserThe cleaning staff was amazing, the pool was decently clean but there were signs of wear. The breakfast wasn't very good, on the lower end of free breakfasts for hotels. The Front desk staff was basically non-existent, left the previous check-in person's information on the screen when we started to check-in. The keycards to get in stopped working before check-out time. One of our rooms keycard stopped working the day before checkout and the other room the keycard failed for the rooms at least sometime before 8 AM on checkout day, we were lucky we left someone in the room when we were loading the car. Toilet flush would make noises in the shower and it just felt like the rooms were poorly constructed. It is a nice stay right now, and the price is good, the room cleaning staff did a wonderful amazing job, I cannot give them enough compliments, the beds were very comfy and everything worked well now. I just fear that as time goes on things will break and won't be fixed, (there was a very large chip in our tub) but while things are relatively new it should be a good place to stay for someone wanting to explore the Wisconsin Dells.
