When we were arriving, we didn’t have navigation so it was wonderful to see the big sign from the road. Check in is also 24hrs which really helped us as we were arriving late. The room had everything we needed and included 3 power points under the table lamps. It would’ve been nice to have brighter lights as it was a bit dim but the lamps helped to focus the lighting. All the staff and housekeeping were friendly but I wished the front desk had more knowledge for overseas travellers. It’s also conveniently located near a shopping area. We got our traveller eSIM cards from the nearby AT&T store. I didn’t get to use the amenities.

I stayed in this hotel last year while forgot my ring in the room, the housekeeping team led by Cathy Walter helped me out by not only found my ring but also put lots of efforts in try get it back to me in another city. With my last min schedule change I left the country without being able to take the ring. Amazing that Cathy kept my ring for 6 months untill I return to US stayed in this hotel this week that see my ring right at check in at front desk. This is the best service and help a traveller out when needed. Great job for Cathy and team!

O Ambiente é bom, a sala é Muito grande.É que não há UMA água quente, não Pode ser satisfeita para beber água quente.A temperatura do ar condicionado é relativamente baixa, sente-se um pouco fria, eleva a temperatura, o máximo de oxigénio Pode ser de 25 graus, e para as pessoas que estão habituadas a 26 graus, é necessário adicionar roupas.

The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem

Eu sempre gosto de ficar no Best Western Plus, bem, um abaixo é sempre que alguém fecha a porta de SUA sala, você ouve isso no SEU quarto, então você VAI levantar cedo, então você está chateado, então você está levantado às 7h, a Menos que você esteja dormindo duro. Boa coisa que EU levantar cedo. A decoração está atualizada ✅ O pessoal frontal é grande ✅ A manutenção da casa é grande ✅ mm O pequeno-almoço é bastante bom, o único com que eles praticam é que eles podem ter que voltar e fazer alguns itens, e o senhor e a mulher que trabalha nessa área actua como eles pagam por comida que eles por vezes vão ficar lá e Olha o que está fazendo ... Como geez deixe-me respirar

It was nice hotel, Spacious and clean room and have lots of food options nearby. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good had multiple options for Non- Vegetarians but less options for Vegetarians. Will stay here again if needed.

Não há água quente para chuveiro ou barbear.Por um quarto de 300 dólares, encontrei isto incrível.

Grande quarto no quarto andar, não Queria um quarto no primeiro andar, o quarto estava Muito limpo e cheiro Muito bom, recomendaria.

Overall a very nice hotel for its location, services and room size/setup. Everything is new of this hotel. Free breakfast including non-dairy beverages are very nice. I had an unusual surprise to find used towels hidden in the under the sink cabinet by previous guests (not the hotel’s fault, who would know your guests hid towels under the sink). I also had an unusual surprise to find one side of my clean looking pillowcase smelled like old oil (probably essential oil that couldn’t be completely washed off). I would stay again.
