The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

الفندق جيد جدا الغرفة تم حجز غرفة بالشرفة المكان بعيد عن الميدان والأسواق ولكن المطعم المقابل على البحر كان ممتاز ولذيذ خدمة الفندق ممتازه وسريعه ولكن يوجد بعض الاشياء مكسوره بالغرفه مثل الستارة جهاز المكيف ولا يوجد مواقف للسيارات كثيره وامنه السيارة التي تم استأجرها تم حكها من شخص اخر

Останавливались на 1 ночь по пути из Тбилиси в Каппадокию, брали 2 номера. Отель находится в спальном районе, высоко на горе. Без автомобиля добраться будет проблематично. Отель городского типа, территории как таковой нет. Парковка на улице перед отелем, места достаточно. Номера нормальные, свежий ремонт, правда в одном номере местами присутствовала плесень на стене в коридоре. Есть тапочки, халатов вроде бы не было. Большой балкон, большая кровать. Удобный матрас и подушки. Завтрак включен. Такая альтернатива классическому турецкому завтраку: на большой тарелке - подносе с разделением много всего, но по чуть-чуть: картошка фри, сосиска и кусочек обжаренной колбасы, отварное яйцо, нарезка помидор-огурец, зелень, перец, маслины, сыр, масло сливочное, мед, варенье. Свежайший хлеб, чай - без лимита. Мы хорошо отдохнули и с новыми силами поехали дальше. Спасибо First Joy Hotel.

Mein Urlaub war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Besonders die schöne Aussicht hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was für viel Komfort gesorgt hat. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.

O hotel está perto de Trabzon (no carro).A sala estava com vista para o mar, muito tranquila manhã com a canção de pássaros 👍 pequeno-almoço é bom, há um estacionamento para o carro.

What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Номера в отеле супер. У нас почти целая квартира была ) по местоположению не очень - до воды не дойти, Migros далеко. На своем транспорте доехать до пляжа можно ) ценники в ресторане гостиницы дороже чем везде, ну это само собой. Мы брали тут одну ночь чтобы поваляться в красивом номере - это получилось. Бассейн кстати не работал(
