Personal atento, gentil y súper amable. Desayuno abundante. Posición en la zona Escalón, llena restaurantes y cerca de San Benito. Piscina limpia y agradable. Acose hamos mucho este hotel sobre todo para la experiencia que vivimos con el personal del hotel

Hotel was well located, we could walk to many restaurants and attractions, for places further away we either used a taxi or an Uber. Buffet breakfast was not the best, we tried it both downstairs and on floor 10 executive level. We did not eat any other meals at the Barcelo so cannot comment. Many of the staff were very good and others were just average, our cleaning lady was great, front door staff just stand around and let people struggle with doors and luggage. Nice to have laundry machines on floor 11, we did our own laundry for around $3.00 which was handy. I found the building HVAC did not work great, so the room always felt damp/humid, even with AC running almost all day. Elevators are brutally slow, and when the hotel is busy, there can be very long waits due to weight loads.

Easy check in, service was very nice and respectful Food close by if you want to walk, many different options, and transportation to and from the airport was excellent!

The room facilities are complete, and you are welcome to use water/wash towels, etc. The only drawback is that there is no small soap; the elevator item in the hotel's comprehensive facilities is a defect, giving people a sense of insecurity; breakfast/front desk service are all OK.

Located in the business district, the surrounding shopping malls and various shops are very convenient. The hotel has a swimming pool and an open breakfast area. The lounge area looks at several books in El Salvador for people who are new to the country to learn about. I stayed for one night, because I left early, breakfast was not enjoyed, and the service staff worked hard and enthusiastic. The hotel has a drop-off service, pick-up because my email and customer service message no one responded.
