excellent,good location,and delicious breakfast. daily house keeping.
but my room in 13th floor,some elevator's light of 13th floor is broken,I supposed it will not stop at 13th floor since I push 13 and no red light turn on,but it stopped at 13 floor finally. so I think the light of button is damage.

Отличный отель прямо рядом с театром на Таганке. Всё новое, современное, стильное. На первом этаже атмосферный ресторанчик «Шагал» с десертами по мотивам живописи Марка Шагала. Очень удобные матрацы и подушки в номере. Есть небольшой SPA-центр с крытым бассейном.

The best view in Moscow (make sure to book a river view room)! Former luxuriousness has faded (no turndown service, no plush towels, no exclusive bath cosmetics) but still a very solid 5-star hotel in an unbeatable location for tourists, and excellent value for money. My biggest issue really was no coffee machine in the room:)

Очень довольна! Бронировала номер на сутки на мамин ДР в выходные. Атмосфера как в Сочи: отличный вид на водохранилище, рядом яхт-клуб, ресторан Водный и городской пляж. Завтраки очень вкусные, мисо суп утром после праздничного вечера - супер решение.
Посещали аква-зону, но там было не интересно, потом ушли на пляж.

房間大小適中，早餐還算豐富，衹是到點就收，連個招呼都不提示，這不符合五星級酒店標準服務。去機場客運大樓有班車，挺方便。遇到一位酒後班車司機，滿車酒氣味，車開的還比較穩。

Удобная кровать, Но в коридоре и в номере пахнет старым ковролином. Не смогли попасть в бассейн, потому что надо заранее записываться в него :( а бассейн был основной причиной почему выбрали этот отель

KKevin YoYoWe had an excellent stay, made even more memorable by a lady staff member (11/426) who went above and beyond to assist our group. As we had a large number of bags that couldn’t fit into the taxis, several drivers were reluctant to help. She kindly stepped in, helped negotiate with the drivers, and ensured we were able to arrange suitable transport smoothly. Her support and dedication were truly appreciated.

We decided to treat ourselves to a mini-break for my birthday without leaving the capital and chose Mövenpick Moscow. We were very pleased.
Check-in and Service
From the very first moments, we knew our stay would be great. The reception staff were welcoming and smiling. Special thanks for their flexibility: upon check-in, we were offered a higher floor. The service here is absolutely unobtrusive, yet very warm and attentive.
Room
The room has everything needed for comfort: cleanliness, nice amenities, and the bed is simply heavenly. The pillows, blankets, and mattress are perfectly soft; we slept like babies.
Spa and Pool
A huge plus for the hotel is its own spa complex in the basement. Everything is very hygienic; they provide slippers that are disinfected with a UV lamp – a nice touch for guest health. The 24-hour gym was also a pleasant surprise; you can work out anytime.
Birthday Surprise
Since we were checking in for a birthday, the hotel provided a wonderful compliment: they congratulated us with champagne and an exquisite pastry, and also offered a late check-out.
Atmosphere and Location
The hotel has a pleasant aroma throughout, and the location is excellent – all the best restaurants, cafes, and main attractions are within walking distance.
We managed to relax both mind and body, even while staying in Moscow. Mövenpick is a solid 'five-star' and a true oasis of calm. We will definitely return to recharge again.

GGuest UserI'd give the club building a 5+ for its value for money.
Firstly, the amazing panoramic views of Hotel Ukraina and the Moscow River.
Secondly, the quietness in the room – I don't know if it's excellent soundproofing or smart guest placement, but it's a welcome bonus.
Thirdly, the club lounge – delicious breakfasts with sparkling wine, and light dinners with meat dishes and beer. We were there on May 9th, and they also had vodka and light snacks (herring canapés, etc.).
Check-in was quick, and the staff were very polite.
We didn't make it to the pool.
The room decor isn't super modern, but the view from the windows makes up for it.
Small notes on the mattress – it was a bit firm and slightly sagged in the middle.
Definitely worth the money.

CcontumacysgThe location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from Kyiv Metro Station (which is also Kyiv Railway Station), and only three stops from Revolution Square Station, the closest station to Red Square. The hotel reception is on the fifth floor of a shopping mall with strict security. There are many shopping districts and centers nearby. The hotel rooms and service are also excellent. Highly recommended.

FFangtanyiThis is a chain hotel, so the service is standard. When you arrive, you first fill out a paper registration form at the counter. Your proof of stay will be provided when you check out. If you're on a tight schedule, I recommend speaking with the front desk the day before. There's a mall, a supermarket, and a subway station directly across the street, making it very convenient for getting around, sightseeing, finding food, or shopping. It's also easy for taxis to find the location.
