Perfect place, was just a bit disappointed in the fact that there weren't any heaters in the room, only outside and didn't seem to work well so bedrooms were a bit cold (and windows were opened when we arrived so while it's good for fresh air, it made the place a bit chilly).
The environment is very good, there is a swimming pool, the room is large, there is a small yard, fully furnished, kitchenware, tableware, bathroom is large, clean and tidy. Parking is very convenient.

Highly recommenad staying at the Spanish Lady staff were amazing we had a great stay in our 2bdrm unit it's an older style could do with a bit of paint to upgrade but beds were comfortable kitchen was well equipped with oven an stove top cooking utensils dishes etc.
Shower toilet well stocked with towels complimentary shampoo/conditioner handwash toilet paper very clean. We stayed 2days and enjoyed our time only downside for us was the window in the toilet glass shutters allowed cold air into the room as well as a security issue for me. Overall stay was excellent access to laundry an if it was warmer weather the pool and spa would of been absolute tops for us as a family. Close to shops supermarket and city centre.

However, as per policy (says the receptionist), I was surprised why they have to swipe my card even though i have already paid online, which I didn’t allow, because I have had a bad experience with card scam thus I have to deposit $200NZD which was returned upon checking out (after they checked the room).
The stove’s exhaust and overhead light weren’t functioning. There were only 2 chairs inside 2 hand towels and 2 flannels though a triple (good for 3 adults) room was booked. Good enough the TV was at first soundless that we found out that the inn’s black book weren’t there.
We could have been charged for its loss if the receptionist didn’t look for it the night before we checked out.
There was a room price disparity of of $16NZD more or less which I paid online and the actual receipt at the inn. The online booking was $16NZD more expensive.

沈沈The room was very nice and the landlord was very patient and kind. Winter is a bit cold, but it is acceptable. Not far from there is a Chinese food outside, the supermarket is 500 meters small, and it takes 20 minutes to go.
GGuest UserBeautiful place to stay, big size room & bath with Jacuzzi. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay are there. Ample parking spaces. We enjoyed our stay so much that I have already made booking for our next trip in March 2026.
