Read Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.

Reserved a “RiverView” room that overlooked the parking lot. And in their defense, the river was viewable-ish beyond that, but not what I would have paid extra for. And only more viewable if sitting up on one side of the bed. Overall a strange layout.  Called the front desk and was told no other options were available and that it was classified as “riverview” because it was on the 5th floor.  However, we did enjoy the restaurant and patio space with firepit.

A casa de banho era funcional e moderna, mas era relativamente compacta, comparada com outras propriedades de Home2suites. Infelizmente, a experiência de pequeno-almoço não correspondeu às nossas experiências anteriores com esta cadeia: por exemplo, o distribuidor de sumo de laranja FOI quebrado com nenhuma outra opção de obter o sumo, nenhuma opção normal de pequeno-almoço quente - apenas sanduíche muito seca (provavelmente devido a um requecimento múltiplo), apenas um tipo de iogurte sobre-docetado do dispensador, sem pastelaria decente

Comfortable room. Paid for 2 breakfasts to be included in the booking but still had to pay for them as extra. Good location and value for the hotel, just need to be more clear on what's included in room at time of booking to make sure it's actually included.

Quarto limpo.Sem vestido ou outro Tipo de guarda-roupa para desenhos; pegajosos disponíveis, juntamente com placa de ferro/ferro.Secador de cabelo.Sem microondas, Mesmo que UMA foto Na sala de fotos EU VI.O café é adequado, MAS Pode ser Mais bonito. A máquina de gelo no MEU piso não funcionou, o acesso fácil a outra unidade no outro piso através do elevador. A distância a pé para o Shuttle de Cidade Livre e vários restaurantes e cafés muito bons.A decoração é Quase moderna no Meio século.Pequeno Desk e cadeira de escritório, MAS nenhum outro lugar adicional, excepto no SEU leito.Pequeno vinilo ”otomano” (como?). Aquecimento/AC é eficiente e silencioso? Não havia modo fan para a circulação aérea que era bonito.A vista do quarto FOI bloqueada por um pilar estrutural; não Queria perturbar as salas de mudança; Na vista traseira, deveria ter ido para a sala ”visão de piscina” EM vez de ”visão de cidade”.

The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle.  This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

酒店比較老舊，尤其是通鋪地毯有潮味，覺得不乾淨。但它位置很好，停車場大，房間大，服務不錯，早餐也不錯，因為熟悉，我多次住這家。有一次住了旁邊的萬豪酒店，雖豪華但房間小，半夜還報了兩次火警，性價比太低，體驗太差。所以經常住這家。

I thought the front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The check in and out was super quick and easy. The breakfast was minimal, but good. They have a waffle maker, some cereal, yogurt, toast, coffee and juice. We were happy with it! And we swam in the pool which was small, but nice! It was a good location- about 10 minutes from downtown and easy to get on and off the highway from. I will say the hotel is a little run-down looking, especially our carpet in our room, but it was ok! The TV worked and had enough channels and the beds were comfortable. For the price, it was worth it, I'd say!

I was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.
