I have to say this is one of the best hotels that I have ever visited. The hotel room is dustless, very clean. The location is very strategic, less than 5 minutes walk to go to Todak waterfront to enjoy seafood, or another 5 minutes walk in opposite direction to go to Suria mall for shopping. The staff here are friendly and dedicated in their services.After checking in, the staff gave me a call to ask me whether I am happy with the condition of the room. The breakfast is awesome, many varieties and very tasty. I am a demanding person, but this hotel does not disappoint me. It should be a role model for other hotels to follow.

Very clean unit with complete amenities. Have a balcony with a nice sea view, and also city view from the living room. There is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube (this is good for kids) 😅. Located in the middle of the city center, all tourist hotspot are within walking distance. Will definitely come back again for the next holiday. 👍👍👍and worth the price.

Easy to communicate with the host. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The room price was very reasonable for the location and the number of beds provided. It suited our small family perfectly. The Shore Kota Kinabalu is centrally located, making it easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants, and other attractions. Parking is not free, but the price was still acceptable for us. As mentioned in many reviews, the elevator issue is quite serious. We avoided using it during peak hours, which helped a lot. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and enjoyed it.

Na verdade, podemos dormir Quatro pessoas.Claro, dormimos duas pessoas.O sexto andar é UMA piscina, Pode IR a qualquer momento.A máquina de lavar roupa é Muito boa e o ar condicionado é Muito forte. A porta do balcão é o Mar. O som é Muito bom depois de fechar a janela à noite.Não é 800 pés por três noites, é barato.Em geral, é Muito satisfatório.Não há recepção fixa Na China. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Hilton Kota Kinabalu. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and I truly appreciated their kindness and understanding in allowing us to check in early without having to wait until 1:00 PM, especially considering my child needed proper rest after undergoing surgery. The hospitality shown by the team made a challenging situation much easier for our family, and for that, I am sincerely grateful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment for recovery. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and great quality food. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Great stay, especially during the New Year holidays We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Kota Kinabalu. The location is great — close to the ferry terminal and very convenient for getting to the city center. Everything is easily accessible. The service was very good: the room was cleaned often, everything was clean, well maintained, and all facilities worked perfectly. The room itself is not very big, but it’s very cozy and comfortable. We were lucky to get a sea view, which was a wonderful surprise, as we didn’t expect it. We stayed during the New Year period, and the hotel organized festive events and delicious buffet dinners. The food was very tasty, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in its dining. One of the highlights is the rooftop swimming pool with a beautiful view of both the city and the sea — a perfect place to relax. Overall, a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Pros: Location: It's not in the busiest area, but the main attractions are within walking distance. Room: My 8th-floor room faced the river, offering a peaceful environment and a beautiful sunrise view in the morning. The room came with a basic kitchen and utensils, allowing for cooking. There's also a pool and gym available on the 4th floor. Customer Service: The customer service was quick to respond to issues like internet problems, and providing bottled water and toilet paper. However, items I asked staff to deliver to my room (like bottled water) were significantly delayed. Self-check-in was convenient, and no deposit was required. Suggestions: Provide bottled water upon check-in (my friend, who booked an SCSP apartment with another company, had 10 bottles already in their room upon arrival). Add clearer instructions for the hot water switch in the bathroom (I had to ask customer service to find out where it was). Room cleanliness needs improvement; the sofa was dusty. I suggest arranging for cleaning during longer stays.

Check in was really smooth and the location is great for walking the city but the noise of the traffic is heavy into the night. So bring ear plugs for your stay. The bathroom was in quite a poor condition, floors not very clean and, the rooms in general more worn than shown on the photos.
