"Recommend if you are looking for a short trip, location is convenient, can go many places for food hunting. Best part is free complimentary tickets for Lost world Hot Spring and Night Park. We enjoyed ourselves with the petting zoo, hot springs and fire shows. The animals inside are very cute… Room is clean and staffs are friendly there. Feel warm as insect repellent lotion is provided. 👍"

"On the day I checked in, I left my things in the room and I went shopping. I did leave a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. When I came back, the minute I put down my shopping, someone tried to open my door. Looked through my peep hole and saw a middle aged woman. The key obviously did not work. She left after a while but came back with a bell boy who rang in my doorbell. I opened the door and bellboy apologised and asked if I was staying here. I said I have checked in at 3pm. Bellboy pointed at two luggages and said he sent them to the wrong room? Wait what? Whose are these? The woman said they were hers. Bell boy said he delivered them to the wrong room.
Next, front desk called me and asked for my name. Not to apologise but ask for my identity. She confirmed that there’s been a mistake in assigning rooms. I asked her what do I need to do. She said nothing. No apologies. I asked her why the bellboy entered my room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was there. No answer.
My advise to those who choose to stay here - double lock your doors and keep your valuables with you. They did not respect my DND sign and entered my room."

"A mountain-view room that purifies the soul. The air was fresh and humid after the rain. Swimming at the foot of the mountain was a great escape from the heat. Playful long-tailed macaques roam around. The security guards were also very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and a wonderful host – I accidentally left some personal belongings behind, and both the host and security guards promptly helped me communicate and retrieve them. Looking forward to enjoying life at The Cove again next time! ❤️⛰️"

The stay was pleasant. The unit was good when we entered, the air conditioning was working well.
We did not use the kitchen utensils as we brought our own water heater.
Except for the temporary blackout, the master bedroom bathroom shower drainage was choke, water drained very-very slow..
Overall we enjoyed the stay with a good view from the balcony.

"Adorava minha estadia aqui tanto!Tudo era ótimo a noite de Natação era o melhor, super calma e relaxante 😍 A sala estava Muito limpa, e ter Netflix era um BOM bônus.
Para melhorar, seria ótimo que cada quarto pudesse ser fornecido com um painel de ferro e de ferro, um mat de oração, uma variedade de chás mais ampla e opções de jantar.

"First time staying at this hotel and I was so pleasantly surprised, they actually fulfilled my special request! 🥹 My partner and I had such a happy birthday staycation 🥳
The service was excellent, the room was clean and super comfortable and the location is great there’s a mall just right across the street, which made everything so convenient.
The only small downside is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience.
Overall, I’d definitely give this stay a full score 💯 and would love to come back again!"

YYauheniya Satsura🏡 Modest but Convenient Hotel Near the Beach
We stayed at this hotel in Pangkor, and overall, our experience was positive.
- 📍 **Location:** It's super close to the beach and the main street with cafes and shops – you really couldn't ask for a better spot.
- 🏠 **Accommodation Style:** The hotel is made up of small bungalows, each with its own entrance. Most have a little terrace with a table. It's all very simple, but clean and pleasant.
- 🛏️ **Amenities:** The bedding was clean, there was always hot water, and the air conditioners were powerful. The towels, however, are quite worn out and could use replacing.
- 🏊 **Pool:** There is a pool, but it looked a bit gloomy, so we didn't use it.
- 👥 **Staff:** The owners are polite and friendly. No deposit is required. There's a front desk, but it's not open 24/7, which is something to keep in mind if you're checking in late.
📌 **Bottom Line:** A simple yet tidy hotel with an excellent location. It's suitable for those looking for affordable accommodation by the sea without extravagant expectations. We were happy with our stay.

GGuest UserWe booked a suite, and it was incredibly spacious! Having that extra room to move around is a lifesaver when traveling with children. It also features a small kitchenette, which made our trip incredibly convenient. Being able to easily prepare quick snacks or prep things for the kids right in the room was a huge plus.
Another major highlight for us was the indoor swimming pool. My daughter absolutely loved it! It’s a great setup because you don't have to worry about the midday sun or sudden rain ruining pool time.
Before booking, I searched everywhere online but could barely find any information or photos regarding the breakfast. The only review I managed to track down mentioned that the selection was ”limited.”
Now that I've stayed here, I wanted to share these photos so future guests know exactly what to expect. Yes, the selection is on the smaller side, but the quality is great. Even with fewer options, every single food item provided happened to be a personal favorite of mine! So while it might not be a massive buffet spread, it definitely hit the spot for us.

CCGSOHIt was a pleasant stay overall.. except that the hand basin was clogged, the traffic noise from the adjacent main roads was a bit too much to bear at times, especially for those light sleepers. There was one early morning that we were abruptly waken up at about 6:30am by the heavy and persistent cigarette smoke from the centralised air conditioning system. With this, we asked for a room changed and the reception was responsive and willing to accommodate to our request.

AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay! The scenery was absolutely beautiful, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was superb comfortable, clean and well maintained. It’s a perfect place to escape from the busy work routine, unwind and release all the stress and tension from the office. I truly enjoyed the relaxing environment and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a refreshing and peaceful getaway. Would love to stay here again!

Contactless check in and checkout as well. The only thing is there is some humid smell in the house, after open the window and get some fresh air, it’s good.

1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply)
The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional.
The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint)
The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet)
They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!)
As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead.
Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel
provided.Very inconsiderate!!!
The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!!
If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!!
I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

Cons : Lift access card is trouble , it so hard to scan and we always have to stand inside lift , try several times for the card to be scan , and parking is located at level 3 , the lift access card says “your card had no authorise to that level” , we have to go down to G Floor and then scan card again to Level 3. And also , another side was doing construction works so there’s some noise

AAnonymous UserLove the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature.
HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby.
Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.
