This was a great location in Polonnaruwa. We loved all the services provided. The hotel had a great garden and I would say this is one of the best hotel gardens ever experienced in Sri Lanka. I specially thank front office “Hansika” which she was very proactive in helping out, also her wonderful customer service to all of us stayed at the hotel. We also would like to thank “Dilshan” for his services throughout dining. We wish both of these staff very well and hope to come back soon. Also would definitely recommend the place for wonderful stay with fantastic views over Parakrama Samdudraya.

I booked a suite with two floors. The hotel service was very good, with butler service and a very rich dinner. I booked an extra room and the hotel told me that I could stay with six people. I didn't expect that the suite was two floors. The hotel helped me cancel it for free on the spot. The hotel has a good view and there is a live band performance after dinner. The only shortcoming is that the hotel facilities are a bit old, especially the bathroom on the second floor of the suite is not ventilated, and the bamboo curtain is a bit moldy. The bathroom on the first floor of the suite is better ventilated. The balcony glass door is closed, probably because of the little monkey. It rained, and the ground was mossy and a bit slippery. The hotel occupancy rate is quite high. It takes more than 20 minutes to get to Shizi Rock.

Выбрала данный отель ввиду его расположения, он находится недалеко от Сигирии и других достопримечательных мест. Не люблю писать отрицательные отзывы, но если честно, мне не понятно, почему все восхищаются этим отелем. Вероятно 50 лет назад он и был высококлассным, но не сейчас. На вилле половая плитка убитая, как на пешеходном тротуаре, в номере не хватает дневного освещения, сам по себе номер очень темный и унылый, в ванной комнате плесень. Кроме того, как гулять по территории, наблюдать за бабочками, птичками, обезьянами и выпивать в баре после ужина, там делать совершенно нечего.

15 minutes walk into town, so not a bad location. The room was very large with good AC and a mosquito net. The bathroom did have ants but would consider this a minor issue, overall the stay was good value.

La struttura è situata davanti al lago. Immersa nella natura è molto suggestiva.
Siamo arrivati intorno alle 18 e purtroppo la piscina chiudeva alle 18:30 per cui non abbiamo avuto tempo di testarla. Offrono servizio di spa gratuita ma i massaggi sono a pagamento.
Il ristorante è ben fornito di alcolici, si mangia discretamente a buffet cucina sia tipica asiatica che internazionale a circa 15€ a persona. Anche la colazione è a buffet; si trovano prodotti dolci/salati e uova cotte al momento.
La nostra stanza (matrimoniale deluxe) era molto carina, su due livelli: nella parte inferiore il bagno ha un concept particolare. Una porta scorrevole ti porta direttamente nella stanza per metà a tetto coperto solo da una retina. Tutto molto bello ma poco pratico e soprattutto c’è il rischio di trovare molti insetti, come nel nostro caso.
Nella parte superiore c’è la stanza da letto, molto confortevole.
La tappezzeria non è del tutto pulita e questo va in contrasto con tutta la struttura.

Não há reboques de dentes únicas no terceiro quarto até que a saída não tenha SIDO utilizada para o preço de 2000. O hotel está ansioso por receber, MAS há muitos conjuntos Você não Pode comer água, SUA boca Pode Nunca morrer, e é UMA tarefa de ouro. Há muitos caminhos para o círculo. Pode esperar que seja Muito alto no início.

The hotel has everything to be great but staff is not yet trained to deal with client.
I had in this place the worst experience ever from the time I’ve arrived in the hotel.
The receptionist was rude to me, we had to escalate the situation and then manager come to solve it but it totally messed our night with the reception misunderstanding.

Rooms were ok, beds were very squeaky, when asked to change they were quick to resolve. Changed rooms and the bed linen in the new room had stains. Lucky there were two beds one room so just slept in that. Left as soon as we could. Never again

Every interaction was warm, friendly, and delivered beyond expectations.
The food was outstanding, with rich and flavourful bakery items and beautifully prepared curries that made each meal memorable.
Our room allocation and room service were handled with elegance and care. The spacious bathroom, generous amenities, and the breathtaking view added a special touch that we will never forget. Loss property service is admirable. I got my valuable shirt back—honest and True Values at Service by the staff.
The evening dinner with our family and friends was wonderfully arranged and thoughtfully catered—an experience we deeply cherished.
To Sanath, Janitha, and the entire team: thank you for making our anniversary stay both memorable and heartfelt.
A special appreciation also goes out to all service staff, security personnel, and support teams for their exceptional dedication.

SSL Travel in JapanI recently stayed this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast was also a nice touch—fresh and with a good variety.
However, the only downside was the Wi-Fi. It was either very slow or not working at all during most of my stay, which was a bit frustrating since I needed to do some work online. I mentioned it to the front desk, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved.
If you don’t rely heavily on internet access during your stay, this place is a great choice. But for remote workers or those needing reliable connectivity, keep this in mind

方方The hotel is in a good environment, facing the Great Lakes. There are unwashed small stains on the sheets. At night, I went to the hotel to recommend the boat trip to the lake to watch the birds and watch the sunset. It is a very rare experience. When I came back, it was already dark. The moon in the sky, the light of the hotel on the shore, and the chanting of the monks. . . The whole process of paddling by two young people is very hard and environmentally friendly. The next day, there was some unpleasantness at the checkout. The dinner expenses that had been paid by my husband were in the blink of an eye and the same fee-paying waiter planned to take the payment of my friend. . .

ZZwe Lin HtetThe hotel is great except the toilet is outdoor so there were many ants, mosquitos and some insects. That's why when you open for a while to go to toilet then some of the insects are coming into the room. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

CChiara Martina LoiThe property is located in front of the lake. Immersed in nature it is very suggestive.
We arrived around 6pm and unfortunately the pool closed at 6.30pm so we didn't have time to test it. They offer free spa service but massages are subject to charges.
The restaurant is well stocked with alcohol, you can eat discreetly buffet-style cuisine, both typical Asian and international, for around €15 per person. Breakfast is also a buffet; you can find sweet/savory products and freshly cooked eggs.
Our room (deluxe double) was very nice, on two levels: in the lower part the bathroom has a particular concept. A sliding door takes you directly into the room with a half roof covered only by a net. All very beautiful but impractical and above all there is the risk of finding many insects, as in our case.
In the upper part there is the bedroom, very comfortable.
The upholstery is not entirely clean and this contrasts with the entire structure.
