At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

我是攜程上訂的，在2樓，有陽台可吸煙，裝修比較新，早點豐富，有楊州炒飯。前台美女、帥哥非常負責且非要熱心幫忙，對一個身在異鄉的人來説非常難能可貴，該酒店不大很很温馨且離阿立套廣場很近。周邊有很多華人超市。推薦！！！
