We had a great stay at this hot springs hotel. The outdoor hot springs baths were the highlight – relaxing and perfect for soaking while enjoying the fresh air. Inside, there’s a cooler swimming pool that was great for a refreshing dip between spa sessions. The sauna and steam room were also excellent, clean, and well-kept, adding to the overall relaxing experience. A perfect place to unwind and recharge.

The offers a wonderful stay with modern and clean rooms, excellent facilities, and a very convenient location. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience for every guest. Highly recommended!

Были две ночи номер небольшой,но есть балкон и тихо. Персонал приветливый. Возникли некоторые моменты,но их пытались решить. Уборка - хорошая все поменяли и все необходимое дополняли. Кровать - удобная подушки мягкие Полотенце-чистые Территория хорошая Завтрак это пожалуй минус, ну или нам не удалось оценить.

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Забыть его принести после напоминания. Забыть отремонтировать лейку в душе. Забыть убрать номер. Пойти за карточкой и не вернуться - это, увы, в норме.

O hotel está bem, está localizado perto de um casino.O pessoal é Muito amigável e útil.A sala é grande e recentemente renovada.O hotel não é 5 estrelas, MAS é Melhor que 3 estrelas. Eles podem melhorar algumas coisas para melhorar. Só há um elevador que estava fora de ordem na manhã, o que significava que tínhamos de ir até aqui para o pequeno-almoço, e há um cheiro muito forte na sala das renovações que precisam ser tratadas. During our stay with family, the front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. They even took the initiative to help hold the door open when they saw we were traveling with the elderly and children. The guest room was clean, tidy and spacious, with a wet-dry separated bathroom that was convenient and comfortable to use. The room had ample heating, ensuring a cozy stay for both the elderly and kids. The hotel is located close to the museum and the square, making it easy to go out and visit scenic spots. Our child absolutely loved the hotel swimming pool. We were very satisfied with the overall stay experience.

Best hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. Also, I would like to highlight receptionist Dastan and Ruslan for making our stay easier and more comfortable.
