O quarto é muito silencioso e o ar condicionado não é ruim. No geral, estou muito satisfeito. A cama de 1,8 metros de altura é muito macia para deitar. A qualidade do sono é excelente. O saneamento é geralmente limpo e arrumado, e o ambiente também é bom. O quarto Os itens equipados são todos gratuitos, e até fui à academia. A academia fica no terceiro andar, e você só pode ir lá com seu próprio cartão de quarto. Isso é digno de elogios aos moradores. As instalações de fitness são potentes e os elevadores do hotel são controlados por elevadores para a segurança dos hóspedes. Considere-o digno de elogios! Há muitos restaurantes ao lado do hotel. É muito conveniente para viagens de turismo ou negócios. Gostei!

The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Extremely close to the Longmen Luoyang train station. Turn right out of the station, cross under the overpass, and you'll see the green sign about 300m away. The property is modern and well maintained, with none of the state cigarette smell that Chinese hotels often have. The room was comfortable with plenty of outlets and even a mini fridge! Water pressure was good and TreSemme brand shampoo and conditioner were available. Breakfast was good in both variety and quality. Vegan options included steamed corn, sweet potatoes, fruit, cold salad, braised tofu, and an oatmeal station with hot soymilk. There were also vegetable buns and youtiao but I don't know if those were vegan. Theres a basic gym and self-serve laundry room. It was nice to walk into the lobby after a cold day and warm up with the complimentary tea available. A taxi to Longmen grottoes took about 15 minutes and cost 10元. A Didi to Shaolin temple took about 1 hour by expressway and cost 190元. Overall I'd recommend this hotel and I would happily stay here again.

Only ten minutes away from the airport. Good pick up and drop off service. Breakfast was empty, nothing to eat at 8:30 AM..... an army of old people ate everything and the hotel staff doesn't care to refill basic things like Bao zi, tea eggs, amd rice porridge. The gym looks pretty decent at the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are good quality. The walls and carpet are dirty.

Ivy e Xiao Chai, da recepção, foram muito atenciosos e prestativos, oferecendo um serviço excelente e uma ótima estadia. Foram especialmente gentis ao oferecer bebidas no check-in e no check-out, e até mesmo um simples caderno, o que é bastante raro. Teria sido ainda melhor se tivessem disponibilizado uma caneta ou mesmo um lápis. Cinco estrelas!!!

Esta foi a segunda vez que me hospedei neste hotel e parece que não será a última. O hotel está idealmente localizado no coração do distrito comercial central, com todos os seus restaurantes, parques e acesso ao lago Ruyi, além de fácil acesso ao transporte público – você pode pegar o metrô para qualquer área da cidade, bem como para o aeroporto ou ambas as estações ferroviárias. Excelente serviço na recepção e nos quartos, uma boa seleção de pratos para o café da manhã e, claro, vistas deslumbrantes das janelas.

The location is convenient because there is a mall across the road, and there are many street snacks to the east and north. The staff were all informative and efficient. Breakfast was fine, and the room was comfortable and quiet

Was very happy to find such a great modern hotel not far from Luoyang Longmen station. Location: relatively not far from metro station, but if you would like to go by foot with luggage, be ready that the road is not luggage-friendly. Picked that location to be close to high-speed railway station, and it was very convenient to get there. Breakfast: amazing, have all required types of food, everything is delicious. Other conveniences: small sports gym and laundry room are very easy to use. On the first floor next to reception you will find free snacks and tea, that is very convenient. Attractions: easy enough to get to main attractions of the city by public transport/taxi, didn’t have problems with it. Around hotel there is s lot of tasty restaurants. Staff: people in the hotel are very friendly and can share information if needed. Completely recommend this hotel.

Já fiquei em muitos hotéis e este realmente se destaca. O quarto é limpo e espaçoso, com comodidades avançadas, como banheiros inteligentes e cortinas elétricas. A equipe de atendimento é profissional e entusiasmada, e o serviço é atencioso e meticuloso. O café da manhã do hotel é farto e delicioso, com omeletes e wontons feitos na hora. A localização também é muito boa, com transporte e lojas convenientes ao redor, além de ser bem recebido.
