Obrigado Mercure."

"Honestly, given the low price that provides 2 meals and onsen experiences, I think it is quite good for value, but of course the building is very old and rather broken (although it is still usable). But then, it will take an hour to go to Nikko and the surrounding area isn't interesting to visit, just to stay in this hotel is not a very good option especially if you want to go hiking in Nikko."

"The buffet, public bath area, room, staff and etc. are all perfect!!! Especially the game center, swimming pool and the musical performance at the night. You can simply spend a few days in the resort! It is close to the attractions so the place is perfect!"

"The Kinugawa Yume no Ki Grand Hotel offered an outstanding overall experience. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by meticulous and attentive service. The staff were friendly and professional, and communication was seamless. The guest rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a warm Japanese-style ambiance that created a relaxing resort atmosphere. The environment was also kept impeccably clean. The onsen facilities were comprehensive, with both indoor and outdoor baths offering unique features. The tranquil bathing space was perfect for relaxation. Dinner and breakfast were of high quality, with exquisite and delicious kaiseki cuisine in generous portions. The dining atmosphere was wonderful, and I highly recommend it for couples or families. I would definitely return if I have the chance."

"first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel, because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme, the carpet, the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design, etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults, with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station, only 3 hrs.from Tokyo. We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize, can accomodate even 10 person, the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour, like beer, japanese wine, sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs, especially for the elderly when slippery, there's & a little bit far from our room, the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard, majong, etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan"

"The exterior of the hotel is pretty, but the interior of the hotel is dated and needs a bit of updating. There were parts of the hotel that were completely shut down (maybe there are saving up enough money to one day renovate). However the facilities and rooms are well maintained and the onsens are beautiful and peaceful. There are 2 main onsens, that are separated by men and women. Each day the onsens are switched, in the morning you will go to one, and in the evening before dinner you can experience the other onsen. Onsite there is a really nice restaurant and gift shop that featured local products at reasonable prices. There is a 24 hour coffee/tea station that is free to use. It's a short 10 minute walk from Kinugawa Onsen Station. When you arrive they provide you a yukata to wear while you are staying at the hotel. The rooms are spacious with options for a western bed or japanese style (sleeping on the floor). We opted for the western bed to be higher off the ground as we thought it would be colder to sleep on the ground. Although the rooms are very well heated and was a bit too warm, that we needed to open the window to cool the room down. The rooms have nice views of the countryside. They provide a pitcher of ice water in the room and you can go to the front desk to refill with ice if more is needed. The bathroom is quite large and has both a shower and toilet in a separate room of the bathroom; although we mostly bathed in the onsen. There is a 7-eleven nearby that was open 24 hours, but otherwise there isn't much else around the hotel. Also the town of Kinugawa Onsen closes quite early, around 8pm it's quite deserted. We were there at the end of November 2024, and it seemed that the hotel was mostly unoccupied, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was a very nice one night stay."

"今評判のオールインクルーシブ!土曜日の宿泊でしたが色々な遊び場やプール施設も広くてゆったりしていて混雑をさほど感じませんでした。食事会場が一ヶ所で料理を取る動線に問題があるのか並ぶ時間がありましたが少し早めに会場入りしたのでなんとかなりました。温泉もとても良かったです。子供の入力ミスがあり前もって連絡をTrip.comよりいただき助かりました。ありがとうございました。"

"A lovely hotel with a great onsen. Traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious! Not much going on around the hotel though restaurant-wise, it’s definitely easier coming with a car."

"Прекрасный отель! Великолепные горячие источники, полный релакс. Очень хорошие крема и шампуни для волос для всеобщего пользования , а также великолепные завтраки и ужины- с деликатесами из клешней крабов, икры, тунца и тому подобного. Спасибо. Мы- гости из России."
