Just across the parking area, there's a 24-hour convenience store called Obentou Hirai offering ready-made bentos, hot meals, brames, and udon extremely convenient for late-night snacks or quick meals. 🍱 Escolhemos um pacote de quartos sem refeições, e na manhã visitámos o centro de memórias e refeições locais na estação Aso, com uma grande seleção de comidas e pequenos-almoços locais, além de muitos presentes e recordações para trazer para casa. Em geral, uma estadia confortável com tudo o que precisamos perto.Recomenda-se que você explore a área de Aso!

房間挺寬敞，窗外的景觀非常漂亮，夏天天氣晴朗，可以看到藍瑩瑩的河水映照着藍天，綠樹，白雲。可以在榻榻米上躺一個下午。 前台工作人員非常友好、温柔、有禮貌，可以用英語或者翻譯器交流，服務很周到。 酒店有温泉，但我這次因為身體不太舒服沒有體驗，以後有機會再來。 酒店樓下就有共享單車，可以掃付款寶開鎖，在鄉間騎車體驗很棒。人吉很漂亮，安靜，整潔，適合散步。這裏的人很友善。 我在這裏度過了非常愉快的四天假期，希望將來可以來人吉故地重遊。

Solid hotel. Close to the airport, decent facilities, quiet atmosphere and nice service. I recommend trying the hot springs. Bring a towel there with you!

The hotel is not a fancy one, but the staff members (mostly elderly ladies but one or two of them have very good English) are all very nice. Its award-winning food service is definitely a must-try here, especially the dinner as it comes with sunset view. We were lucky to be arranged a window seat and was able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while eating the delicious kaiseki dinner. Breakfast is also very nice. And because it’s not your typical touristic destination, you are getting a very good value for money.

Hotel and public bath area a bit aged. Good Large room. The 2 hotel onsen area need to drive or walk 5 -10 mins its not very convenient

酒店位於高原的平原上，空氣清新，附近風景很美，但地點比較偏遠適合自駕遊旅客，去阿蘇火山很近。 我入住新館，因為剛剛翻新，所以房間比較大，房間裝修很新，佈置簡潔，陽台外風景很美，住得舒適。 前台服務員是外籍人士，容易溝通及有禮貌，當我查問有沒有房內有私人溫泉池的房間可讓我們升級入住時，服務員主動為我安排一個家族風呂在我們指定的時段免費享用，這點很貼心。 酒店提供的自助晚餐及早餐一般，食物款式不算多及不夠熱，這是唯一令我們失望的地方。

O Pessoal é Muito amigável. As instalações também são mantidas limpas. Eu definitivamente Quero usá-lo novamente.

The onset was good in that hotel as it had both rooftop and open pool and I found that the water healed my painful water. The room looked a bit old to me but I guess I could have chosen a modern look. The hotel receptionist was kind to recommend us where to go for dinner. I think it is one of the best hotels if you stay near Mt Aso.

The resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano. Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's.
