Great stay, i wish they provide more comfortable blankets and heaters by default in the room and not having customers to ask for it. Its a 5-star hotel and they should be providing this by default , specially when the rooms are very very cold. Otherwise the hotel is great, good value for money. Lot of good restaurants if you go to Greater Kailash ( around 25 mins by car)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon for a week during a business trip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar. The hotel facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. I also had the opportunity to dine at their restaurants, and I must say the food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

The hotel was excellent, offering an escape from the city's bustle into a little oasis of VIP service and ambiance. This was my second stay, and I always recommend it. While it could use some minor renovations, it remains a fantastic property.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff(Prateek, Maringo, Rahu) who endured my breakfast experience was top notch. Would definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.

The rooms are clean. Breakfast is too good. The only point, which was disturbing- I was sleeping in the room, and their staff entered into the room using the master key. I asked for explanation but nothing was shared with me. I understand, maybe they were there to clean the room, but its simple courtesy to first check using bell or something. This time I was alone, it was breach of privacy.

It’s amazing stay. Service and food quality was excellent. We had all three meals there all was fantastic with good taste. In the breakfast and dinner ended with Rajasthani Fock musical bad. There is food ***eger Mr Sartaj, he is very kind and good service provider. Our all stayed in Welcomeharitage Ramgarh was remember able because of Mr Sartaj. Thanks Welcome heritage team.

An excellent place to stay while on business in Gurgaon. Clean, safe hotel. Great fitness facility. Wonderful breakfast. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Clientele was very international. Delhi airport reasonably close (15-25 mins). Road right in front of hotel is crazy busy, but not different from most of Delhi. Would stay here again on a future trip!
