Recentemente, me hospedei no Hilton Manchester Deansgate, localizado na icônica Beetham Tower, e, no geral, minha experiência foi memorável por muitos motivos. Desde o momento em que você atravessa as portas giratórias deste impressionante arranha-céu de vidro, é recebido por uma sensação de grandeza moderna que define o tom de toda a estadia.
Localização e Primeiras Impressões
A localização é absolutamente soberba — bem na Deansgate, a uma curta distância a pé do melhor que Manchester tem a oferecer, incluindo o shopping center Arndale, o distrito comercial de Spinningfields e a agitada vida noturna do Northern Quarter. As conexões de transporte público são excelentes, com a estação Deansgate a poucos passos de distância.
Na chegada, a área da recepção causou uma forte impressão. Tetos altos, linhas limpas e decoração sofisticada conferem um ar contemporâneo e elegante. Meu quarto ficava em um dos andares mais altos, oferecendo vistas verdadeiramente deslumbrantes do horizonte de Manchester através de janelas do chão ao teto — sem dúvida, um dos pontos fortes deste hotel. A cama era excepcionalmente confortável, com lençóis impecáveis e travesseiros macios que tornavam difícil levantar da cama pela manhã.
O quarto estava equipado com tudo o que se espera de um hotel Hilton quatro estrelas: uma TV grande, ferro e tábua de passar roupa, frigobar, cofre e um espaço de trabalho decente com boa iluminação para viajantes a negócios. O banheiro era limpo, moderno e abastecido com produtos de higiene pessoal de qualidade, embora a pressão da água no chuveiro pudesse ser um pouco mais forte. No geral, a limpeza foi impecável durante toda a minha estadia.
Instalações e Comodidades
As instalações são o ponto forte do Hilton Manchester Deansgate. O centro de bem-estar e o spa são um grande diferencial, com uma piscina de bom tamanho e uma academia bem equipada. Apreciei particularmente a sauna e o banho de vapor depois de um longo dia explorando a cidade.

Hotel was impeccable, amazing customer service. Was celebrating my partner’s 30th, they even upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. After an exceptional stay at the Wigan Holiday Inn Express on September 20th, 2024, I didn’t expect such a stark contrast in service at another location within the same hotel group the very next day (September 21st, 2024).
This time, we experienced a completely different attitude at the front desk—rudeness and dismissiveness. Despite multiple requests for assistance, such as having my room closer to my friend’s, an hour late check-out (which my friend was granted), and fixing the issue with my room’s air conditioning (my friend’s room was fine), we were met with vague, unhelpful explanations that treating a fool. It felt like dealing with political officials dodging direct answers.
For the first time ever, I left a hotel feeling genuinely angry. They might be better suited for a career in politics.
No sleep, kids running about, slamming doors, shouting and generally causing havoc. Throwing rubbish out of the window

Fiquei aqui antes do nosso voo de manhã, e não conseguia encontrar UMA localização melhor, porque está no terminal. Ficámos EM UMA sala de visão de pistas e é Muito bom ver OS aviões aterrarem e saírem, e não era muito extra para a sala de pistas EM comparação com um normal.

The style of the room is retro, pretty good, the toiletries are great, and there is a refrigerator. But the top-level swimming pool is very small, only two or three meters long. No one really goes swimming. If you live in the pool, the price is slightly higher. There is also a sauna on the top floor, which makes it very comfortable to steam~

Easy to reach from Deansgate and Oxford Road stations. Good value for money. Friendly reception staff located adjacent to a nice outside balcony overlooking the canal, where you can take your drinks from the bar. Manchester is easily walkable from the hotels location in the heart of Castlefield.

A sala estava limpa, bem mantida e incrívelmente confortável.A cama era como dormir em uma nuvem – tivemos algumas das melhores noites’ dormir tivemos em idades! O serviço de quartos foi rápido, profissional e o alimento era delicioso – um verdadeiro tratamento após um longo dia explorando a cidade.

GGuest UserAlthough there was a small problem with the system when checking in, the receptionist handled it extremely professionally, which made me appreciate it very much. The room is extremely clean, comfortable and has an extremely impressive view. The gym, swimming pool, food...all make everything more perfect. I will definitely introduce more friends and come back next time.
AAnonymous UserDuring my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience.
A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay.
The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience.
One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons.
In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.
GGuest Userno parking at this establishment and no dropping off available at times as their maintenance and delivery vans might take up the small space cut into the front pavement. They do provide you with a discount voucher at nearby public carparks. Rooms are clean but the decorating is a patch up job throughout. The noise from the tram it is horrible and through the night as windows are not soundproof. In our room the heating was out of order and oil filled radiators were put up instead. Television sets have either the option for TV channels or to connect to your phone: bad aerial prevented viewing most channels and TV only connected to the staff's androids and not to our iphones. There was no options for apps such as youtube or netflix and kids have to entertain themselves on their tablet. Swimming pool is the size of a private one in a residential home. Staff is courteous and the breakfast is way and beyond satisfactory. The majestic hall from their photos was nowhere to be seen. Would go again if no other options shall be available at the time.

The breakfast very usual level. Dont have expectation on it. There is on site starbuck. If u want to have better breakfast you may consider having at starbuck (but it open at 8am ) rather than at hotel.
There are only 1 big bar + restaurant nearby. The food is usual bar level quality but the price is lower than average. Around 13 to 15 for a main course.
GGuest UserI stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard.
Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none.
The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.
NNachtischThe hotel itself is a work of art, with an excellent location within walking distance to all attractions and the train station. The rooms not facing the street are very quiet. Rooms are equipped with a capsule coffee machine and an electric kettle, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom includes a shower and a bathtub, bathrobes, and a scale. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of the spa facilities, which feature a swimming pool, bubble bath, and both dry and wet saunas, all in a lovely setting. The gym is well-equipped. It happened to be a family member's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake in the room in advance.

GGuest UserAll the hardwares are brilliant. Nice room , great location and good facilities but horrible customer service . Have a nice check-in on the first day , sorry for forgot the name, beautiful smile with a warm welcome and remember me when I come back in the next week. However not on the other days, the other receptionist always look grumpy. The thing is I’ve paid the parking every day when I come back from work but for some reason it didn’t show I paid on one of the day and charged it on my card which I paid the deposit. Email the customer service to claim it back , sent all the transactions from my bank to prove but cannot notice the mistake in the first two emails and just say that is what it is. After a few days gat back to me with a few words the money will go back to my account in a few days. No apologies or explanation for the incident, make me feel that I’m the wrong side and just want to cheating. Horrible customer service.
GGuest UserRoom a little dated and sink did not work as the plug was stuck in it. The staff were very friendly but the food was not good. I asked for nachos and was told they weren’t available and so I decided to take fish and chips. The fish was over cooked and the chips were full of grease and I couldn’t eat them. Was given a refund for the fish and chips.
Breakfast was a good choice but you have to pay for a decent coffee. Not sure if I’d stay here again.
TTravelTime11Nice place to stay, though i think the jacuzzi needs to be warmer. The same block across the road (city suites II) has a much better jacuzzi and even a sauna included. Id pay a bit more and book the building across. Though the apsrtment is nice clean spaciousness and has all facilities you might need for your stay, and more!
