Lovely modern room. Great wet room. We run out of toilet paper and no other left in room. Bed was very comfortable. Hairdryer, iron and dressing gown in room.  Hotels fire alarm definitely worked as got woken at 7am to evacuate building. Security were very quick to sort issue, guest had lit candle in one of the rooms. Used the swimming pool steam room and spa which was free.  Good variety of food at breakfast with good view of surrounding grounds. Big car park free of charge

Our room was spotless , a comfy bed and a good shower , the pool+ hot room area were really good, but for reference there are 3 (members only) aqua aerobics classes a week which use the whole pool , and whose participants’warm up’ prior to the class -so it’s very busy to the class , there are a great selection of (pre bootable )classes , treatments and a well equipped  gym (all obviously open to  members ) , the meal options are delicious, and the staff are charming

Facilities is good as it has swimming pool sauna and steam. It’s also has Jacuzzi and gym room.  besides swimming pool, most of this is only allow for age above 16.  For the  breakfast,  if they can provide more vegetable salad it will be better.

We stay there as this hotel has a swimming pool. So, we are happy as not many people in the swimming pool and we can go anytime we want no need to book in advance. They only take a small area for swimming lessons so the normal guests can use more space.

PPSDIVAThe hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Stansted Airport. The room, while not particularly spacious for a family, was clean and well maintained. Reception staff were helpful and welcoming. However, breakfast and restaurant options for vegans or vegetarians (without egg) were rather limited. One concern arose in the restaurant; a member of staff declined my son’s request to sit at a particular table, stating it was for five guests, though we were three. I explained that we would leave early if seated there, but the request was still refused. We accepted another table, yet later two guests were offered the same table, with the explanation that more people would join them. In fact, no additional guests arrived, and my son was disappointed that he had not been allowed to sit there. The restaurant was not particularly busy that day, which made the situation feel unnecessary.

GGuest UserVisited this hotel for 5 days stay , room was lovely and big ,lovely shower, black out curtains, beautiful super king size bed , breakfast was worth the money , unfortunately the main meal was a big disappointment as very expensive for little amount and very tasteless , parking was good , lots of parking spaces , only down fall about the parking location there is only one entrance to the main building, one way in and one way out and you have to pay 10 pound a night very disappointed in parking and main meal , overall staff friendly, clean,  nice stay

GGuest UserRoom was old and shabby, holes in blinds marks and dirt on walls. Room was not clean. I wad told could not move me as they were over booked. Website was still showing rooms available.I asked to speak with manager wad told away till 13th April. I had to feal with reasturant manager. She advised me she couldn't help, although offered a free meal in reasturant. I was there for two nights. The cleaner had to come back twice, ad thick dust and rubbish behind headboard and under bed.
