Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. The management needs serious improvement, and the reception staff were not welcoming at all. The first room I was given had a door that would not lock. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. However, the second room also had issues. The portable heater was broken and not working properly. I informed the receptionist, and someone came up to look at it. I was told it was fixed, but it wasn’t—the room remained cold throughout the night. On top of that, I wanted to take a warm bath to get comfortable, but the bathtub tap was not working either. Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and poor customer service made this stay very uncomfortable. I do not see myself returning to this hotel. They really need to do better.

I stayed for 7 days. The location is excellent, and I felt at ease knowing that English was spoken.✨ **Location:** It's within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and Avenue des Champs-Élysées, meaning there are tons of train and bus lines available! You can even get to the Eiffel Tower and Disneyland without any transfers. Access to Charles de Gaulle Airport is also good, taking about 50 minutes by train or 35 minutes by car. I also went to Orly Airport for one night to visit Nice. You can get to the airport line (CDG, ORLY) with just one transfer, so the location is truly fantastic. **Amenities:** Water and potato chips were provided daily. Tea and a kettle were also available, which was a nice touch. There are no toothbrushes, pajamas, or slippers. I brought my own slippers to use in the room. I never quite figured out why some days there were no chips or water (lol). **Cleanliness:** Bed making was done meticulously every day. It seems towels are only replaced if left on the floor; they weren't replaced on days I left them on the shelf.

What I liked: A beautiful, stylish, and very clean hotel. We stayed on the 35th floor with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was excellent, and the reception staff were very kind and friendly. What could be improved: The service was sometimes slow, and calls were not answered, so I had to go to reception personally. We also couldn’t book the pool because all time slots were full. More availability or longer opening hours would be helpful.

The view is genuinely worth it! Our room overlooked the Paris skyline with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower, making every morning and evening feel special. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with Bus 30 stopping in front of the hotel entrance and providing a direct route to the Eiffel Tower. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, including Monoprix and K-Mart (asian grocery), as well as a number of shops and department stores. If you are into local farmers' market Marché Grenelle on Sundays is 10min walk from the aparthotel. The metro and RER stations are also close by, making it easy to explore Paris. If you enjoy walking, the pleasant stroll along the Seine River to the Eiffel Tower is highly recommended. The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was functional and well-equipped for regular cooking. Do note that the hotel does not provide basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, or pepper, so you may need to purchase these yourself. The cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils were all clean and adequate for our needs. Although housekeeping is not provided for stays shorter than one week, we managed well. There is a rubbish disposal room on every floor, making daily waste disposal convenient. They also provided the broom & vacum cleaner. The hotel also supplied sufficient dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, and other essentials for the week. The only item we needed to replenish ourselves was the coffee capsules. Expect the room to come with some wear and tear. The main downside was the lift situation. During our stay, only two of the four lifts were operational, serving two towers with more than 20 floors each. As a result, waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours and check-in/check-out periods. We experienced a wait of approximately 20 minutes for the lift on arrival, which was frustrating after a long journey. Overall, despite the lift inconvenience, the excellent location, stunning Eiffel Tower views, spacious rooms, and practical apartment-style facilities made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again.

The hotel is in a great location for Disneyland Paris, only 12/13 minutes walking. The room has the potential to be great, but poor levels of cleanliness and damage make it less attractive. The security latch on the door was gone, tap missing the handle, and the plug socket next to the bed was broken. If these things were rectified and the general level of cleanliness was improved (no hairs on the floor and walls, for example) this would be an easy place to recommend.

Early luggage drop-off was available, and it was very convenient for getting to and from Disneyland.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. And the location was also perfect. We arrived against the car and parked on the other side of the street in the garage.

We had a lovely stay. The room is comfortable, well equipped, modern and clean. The foyer and restaurant is very charming. The pool area is very nice and we swam every day. Highly recommend this hotel

Super beautiful hotel located next to Disneyland Paris. Easy to access with a big private parking lot. The breakfast was impressive. The rooms were beautiful and playful. Had a very nice style. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel even to order in it was easy and fast. I would definitely come back, I had a good time.

What an amazing place. Can’t imagine Disneyland’s accommodations possibly being better than than this! The property is huge, beautifully decorated, it really does feel like you’re walking into a 5+ star hotel reception. The rooms themselves were lovely and highly suitable for our family. Was both the largest, loveliest and amazingly the least expensive of all the hotels we’ve stayed in on on our trip so far. Special call out to the gentleman who welcomed us at reception when we arrived. Truly gave us back our faith in hospitality. Wonderful. Can’t wait to go back as am dying to try the spa facilities. Almost gave up Disneyland for the spa, but kids wouldn’t go for it. Next time.
