While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

It’s quite a walk from the Hbf, but the road is smooth and easy. The hotel is very close to other train stations and a large shopping mall where you can find everything, including a food court. Just keep in mind the closing times. If you need anything late, you’ll have to walk back toward the Hbf side, since the nearby Rewe closes early along with the mall. The room was nice and fairly priced overall. Breakfast was good, with slight changes to the options each day, which I appreciated. My favorites were the hash browns and fried mushrooms. The croissant, however, was just average compared to the ones at the Adina in Nuremberg.

O nosso quarto era atraente, o que foi muito agradável. Os funcionários eram amigáveis e ajudantes. O pequeno-almoço era rico e agradável. O facto de o hotel ter entrado em algum momento é normal. Só há pequenas coisas, como o tubo de roupa intacto, a mencionar. De qualquer forma, voltaríamos ao hotel, sentimos-nos bem levantados. O preço de estacionamento, 12 -€ por noite, é um pouco feliz, especialmente porque não existem acessibilidades de estacionamento circundantes, gratuitas. ”Geheimtipp” für alle, die absolut ruhig ( sofern die anderen Gäste mitmachen” im schönsten Viertel Stuttgarts wohnen und die City trotzdem zu Fuß oder per Bus in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen wollen und kein Restaurant brauchen. Die Wellnessabteilung ist gemessen an der Größe des Hotels sehr gut, vor allem die Sauna. Nur der ” Fitnessraum ” ist ein fensterloses Kaemmerchen. Schlecht ist auch die Parksituation: das Hotel verfügt über ca. 12 Plätze, bei mehr Gästen wird's knapp, Alle Anliegerstrassen sind, allerdings nur werktags gebuehrenpflichtig

Wir waren sicherlich schon 10-12 mal in dem Hotel mit Thermenanschluss und wollten nach dem Betreiberwechsel wieder mal einen Besuch tätigen. Tatsächlich ist nicht vieles anders geworden, renoviert wurde der Frühstücks-Buffet-Bereich und die Lobby. Anscheinend wurden auch alle älteren Zimmer renoviert. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer im Hauptgebäude und auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Checkout ist jetzt 12 Uhr, solange darf man das Bad noch kostenfrei nutzen. Uns hats gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Absolut empfehlenswert – modern, hochwertig und herzlich! Das Hotel ist total schön, neu, modern und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet , einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Alles glänzt, ist tipptopp sauber und stilvoll gestaltet. Man wird sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen, das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett, höflich und kompetent. Man merkt, dass sich hier wirklich Mühe gegeben wird, den Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – liebevoll dekoriert, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders hervorzuheben: der perfekt zubereitete Avocado-Toast mit Ei Benedikt – einfach ein Traum! Auch der Kaffee war richtig lecker und wurde freundlich serviert. Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht, hier kann man wunderbar entspannen. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist stilvoll und sehr schön abgestimmt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr gutes und angenehmes Hotel in Sindelfingen. Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis passt. Jeder Zeit wieder....

There was nothing to complain about, great breakfast

床和枕頭特別舒服，在這沒有失眠的煩惱 房間中間是個餐廳花園，週五晚上最熱鬧 酒店裡裝修擺設很有藝術氛圍 酒店附近有DM ，Rewe超市，早餐店，必勝客，KFC， 走約5分鐘左右就是一個小火車站， 去海德堡坐火車30分鐘不到，還算方便，就是一開始過去看到外面矗立着一個大大的水泥廠，有一丟丟小失望

Maritim standard is always good, first room had a smoke smell but they were happy to change. Breakfast is too expensive tough, but the piano bar is a highlight.
